The Emerald Isle complex was fully renovated in 2016, at a cost of over four million dollars. Enjoy local restaurants and the shopping convenience of Ft. Walton Beach but all the tourist amenities of close-by Destin (six miles). No smoking in the unit or on the balconies. No pets allowed (the owner has severe allergies).
