The condo is exactly like the photos. The proximity to the beach is unmatched. Stewby’s within a mile was amazing. Only a couple minute drive to Publix made life much simpler.

This was our first time at Ft.Walton Beach, and we are already planning our next trip. The condo was more than we could of asked for. Location was perfect with the most amazing beachfront view from sunrise to sunset. Very spacious living area, kitchen/dining area with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice comfortable furniture and beds. This condo is located where you're able to get to the grocery or shopping/sight seeing. Great parking. The whole property is clean and very kept. It was a pleasure doing business with the owners. Can't wait until next year??

We couldn't ask for anything better! We truly had a great time at this fantastic condo. I'm not sure where to begin, but the location, amenities and comfort were second to none. Our week flew by, particularly since we had nothing but a great vacation - stress free. From the booking process, keyless entry, comfy beds / furniture, everything was flawless. All we had to do was enjoy the spectacular views, relax by the beach (w/ included service for 2) or pool. Assigned parking was definitely a plus and the location of the condo was very convenient to anything we needed - restaurants, Publix, fishing excursions, and shopping, etc. Thank you for sharing paradise and we look forward to returning.

This condo is fantastic!! Very clean, awesome location, and amazing views! The accommodations were wonderful! The condo is decorated nicely, the beds are super comfortable, the couch and loveseat my husband wanted to take home he enjoyed them so much, and the towels are so soft! The beach service was an added bonus! We loved having beach chairs and umbrella every day without having to worry about lugging a ton of chairs and canopy to the beach! Also loved having a assigned parking spot so we didn't have to worry about parking. The keyless entry was great so we didn't have to worry about losing or keeping up with a key. Jill was wonderful to work with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend this condo for an awesome stay! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Jill for allowing us to stay in a piece of paradise!

We loved this condo for all the attention to detail. Comfortable beds. Soft towels. Soothing decor. The owners really roll out the welcome mat. The balcony is the highlight as nothing can beat the view of the Gulf of Mexico. Thank you Kevin and Jill for hosting our wonderful yet get a way!

Excellent location. Very clean. Awesome views. It was a very memorable vacation. The accommodations were great. The pool was enjoyable,and was kept clean daily. The entire property was attended to daily. The beach service was set up everyday by 9am, it was nice since we were from out of town. Close to AJ’s and Old Bay. You miss the Destin bridge traffic since it sits on Okaloosa Island. Jill and Kevin were very helpful and responsive. We had problems at all, the keyless entry was great and having an assigned parking spot gave a peace of mind. Definitely would stay there again. Thank you again!! Kelley

Had a fantastic girls beach outing here. This condo was modern and clean. It is close to stores and restaurants, yet peaceful. The elevator and the remodeled walk-in master shower worked well for one of our group who was handicapped. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back.

My family and I stayed at 'Sand, Sun and Fun' for 4 nights over Spring Break. Great condo facing the Gulf and overlooking the pool area. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well (Stewby's, The Gulf, Old Bay Steamer). Hope to return again this Summer!

My boys and I just returned from our stay, it was perfect! The condo was pristine, and had everything you could possible need and more. The balcony has a great view of the pool and beach. We really enjoyed our visit and can’t wait to go back.

This condo was perfect and the views were incredible at this spacious, well appointed condo. We watched the dolphins swim up and down the shore from the balcony every morning. We really enjoyed the sugar sand beach, pool, and grill area. The condo is also very close to all the great Ft Walton Beach / Okaloosa Island attractions nearby. We WILL be returning to this gem on our next trip to the panhandle. Can’t wait to return!!
