Spacious house by the Beach*Downtown FWB, Fort Walton Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This house was the most accommodating and perfect home that we've stayed at on all of our vacations. The location, the comfortable furniture, and practical household items throughout the home made our 8 day vacation feel like we were at home. We had so much fun on our vacation. We look forward to booking with you again the next time we visit Fort Walton Beach.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is large and nicely laid out. Very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood located close to grocery store and good restaurants.

The pictures of this house do not do it justice! The accommodations were beyond expectations. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is an oasis and very relaxing. The communication with the owner is prompt and check in is so easy. The bedrooms are so comfortable and well appointed. The beds and pillows are top notch. Very quiet neighborhood and it felt like home. Will definitely stay again when visiting Fort Walton! Thank you!

The property was a very nice home. They had everything you needed! Quiet neighborhood, towels, dishes, linens...the list is endless. The wifi was not good, but they had many options on the tv instead. They made up for it in service. Even helped us find a nice restaurant!!! Would highly recommend. Hope to stay there again next summer!! 6 STARS!!!

We had an amazing stay here. The picture do nothing in comparison to the actual beauty of the home. It is stunning. Great location within walking distance to the grocery store, food and the main strip. Driving distance to multiple beach accesses.

This house is great! It’s nice that each bedroom has a bathroom attached to it! Not too far of a drive from the beach.

This property is absolutely beautiful. We could tell from the very first step in this property that time and love went in to it. This property is very spacious and full of every amenity you can think of. From the big kitchen to the very spacious living room everything was perfect for our stay, and let’s not forget the master bedroom/bathroom that will have you awestruck. What a week we had in this home away from home. Thank you so much for allowing us the opportunity to vacation and relax in this property.

Recommend a good place to rent for vacation

My family and I had a great time relaxing in Fort Walton Beach. I really wanted a rental on the beach, but they seemed so commercial. This house was not by the beach, but was really cute. I was a bit hesitant due to the out dated pictures, but I was pleasantly surprised. A nice size kitchen with bar style seating meant we didnt have to eat out every night. A bathroom for every bedroom was definitely a plus. The master bedroom is very big. The backyard is perfect for grilling. The neighborhood is excellent for walkers. My husband and I did early morning walks over the bridge to the beaches of Destin. The teenagers were able to walk to shopping and local restaurants. We went bowling, and shopping at the outlets on the otherside of Destin. We took a pontoon rental boat and headed to crab island. Overall we enjoyed our little break. A perfect beach vacation.
