To book, send me an inquiry. I don't allow online booking as I like to speak to my guests. I have a four night minimum except in Winter. Sometimes I will allow 3 night rentals, if it is a good fit on the calendar, or through the week.
I don't allow reservations that create skipped nights that become unrentable.

We LOVE Danica! We took a short notice opening for the Bay House and we were treated like royalty. Everything was perfect. The best part of staying in the house was the incredible Sunrises and if you time it just right the Moonrises. Stunning every morning!!

Oh my goodness! I've just returned home from a 10-day stay at The Bay. This is a 4 bedroom house on the water in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. (It's actually 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the main floor with the entire upstairs being a loft full of beds and its own full bathroom). It's HUGE!! It's very comfortable with so much space to spread out. The outdoors is amazing! The water is crystal clear, and you can walk forever and it's only to your knees. Excellent for kayaking, paddle boarding, sunbathing and for children to play safely. NO HUGE WAVES. It's in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood. Great for walks, bike rides, golfcarts. Close to shops and restaurants. But I think the best amenity is the privacy. Your group has its own house, backyard, dock, sandy area, water. This is a great fit for a large family, a reunion, a girls or guys trip. We'll be back for sure. ðŸ‘ðŸ‘

The Bay House is amazing, if you enjoy privacy and peacefulness this is the place for you! All the comforts of home with the Bay in your backyard. The bonus toys included like the paddle Boards and crab trap give you lots of extra entertainment along with a fire pit makes for perfect evenings. Danica as always is amazing and gives you all the information you need making renting easy. I promise you will be sad when you have to leave this little piece of paradise!

We stayed at The Bay for my sons birthday, 4 nights. The house is absolute perfection! We traveled with 4 kiddos ranging in ages 4-15 and there was soo much to do there at the house for each one, I could barely get them to leave to do anything else. Which meant more relaxation for me 😉 Sand fun? ✅ water fun ✅ drool-worthy views ✅✅. Danica also grabbed my groceries for me before my arrival and made sure every detail was taken care of. Cannot say enough good things about our stay or our host.

We had a wonderful time staying at "The Bay" with Danica. The home is absolutely beautiful and the views are magazine worthy. The beds were extremely comfortable which is something we really appreciate when going on vacation. The home was super clean and supplied everything we needed for our stay. My parents and our family of 3 plus two dogs had a fantastic time at this gorgeous home over Christmas! Danica went above and beyond to make our stay special. From the beautifully decorated Christmas tree to the sweet gifts that she left for us, everything was wonderful! The views of the Bay are just incredible and having a yard with a fence and hedges on two sides all the way down to the water let our fur babies enjoy the outside without worry of them wandering off. Thank you so much, we can't wait to visit again in the future!

The Bay House: Luxurious Oasis on Fort Walton's Bay Drive
"The Bay" is a beautiful, quiet, luxurious home with one of the best views on Choctawhatchee Bay. This home is located on Bay Drive which is home to Ft. Walton Beach's most premier bayfront properties. Views extend from Shalimar to Ft. Walton Beach and include Destin's Mid-Bay Bridge, Crab Island, the Destin Harbor, and more.
Seated on a half acre of waterfront property, this home is sure to have something for everyone. The private dock is open to swimmers and boaters alike. There is a small boat launch just a mile down the street which is hidden from all but the locals. If you like fishing, or even watching for them, we've got you covered there too. Large and small crabs, redfish, mullet, shrimp, stingrays, and even dolphin are frequent visitors to our oasis here. Like to walk, run, or bike? Bay Drive has you covered. It's the prettiest street in town, with Spanish moss drooping from our beautiful trees. We are also less than a mile from Ferry Park which has tennis courts, a zipline, baseketball courts, a walking trail, frisbee golf, and more. We are also very close to the Ft. Walton Yacht Club, and from our dock you can watch Regatta (sailboat races) every Wednesday of summer.
The inside of The Bay is just as exciting as the outside. It has the finest furnishings with a classy, coastal charm. Beautiful marble, granite, and high end cabinetry work fill the kitchens and baths. Floor to ceiling windows are sure the please the eye. Both the Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom Suite have gorgeous views of the Choctawhatchee Bay. From the kitchen you can overlook the waterfront while preparing the next meal. Floors are whitewashed hardwoods. No expense was spared.
This home includes 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It can sleep 10 people in beds plus 2 on a sofa bed. The driveway has room for 6 cars, or a few less and a boat trailer. There is an outdoor swing on the patio, as well as a tree swing for the kids. An outdoor shower is located on the side of the home to leave the sand outside.
If you want to bring your boat, you may certainly do so. Jet skis are welcome here, too. We have a dock with ropes and bumpers waiting for you. If you want to kayak, bring it. Snorkeling, shelling, fishing, swimming, or just doing absolutely nothing....This is your private playhouse and has everything for your dream vacation in your private backyard. You can rent a Golf Cart and ride around our cart-friendly community--to shopping, restuarants, great parks, or to the grocery store. When you want to go to the beach, there are seven local access points within 2 miles of our driveway. Come enjoy the quiet side of Destin/Ft. Walton Beach!
