This condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and well equipped. The view of the gulf was spectacular. I enjoyed watching the sun rise every morning sitting on the balcony. The other guests staying in the other units were very friendly and respectable. The condo's location was superb - with the famous Stewbys being right across the street and the pier lest than a mile walk on the beach. Frank and his wife were very pleasant to deal with front starting the booking process to the departure. The unit was clean and fully stocked. Their pictures do not do this unit justice, it truly was one of THE BEST units I have ever stayed in. The unit came with daily umbrella and chair service, which was an added bonus. Thank you Frank for a wonderful stay. We hope to see you again soon.

We stayed here from September 20th -29th, it was absolutely fantastic. Hurricane Helene came bearing down and the owners were so helpful and supportive letting us know what to do. The condo itself, pictures do not do it justice. Every little detail you could think of, the owners did already and did it fabulously. The view is incredible. We have stayed in Destin many times and will be back here for sure. I can’t say enough good things about our vacation there.

This is a 5 star stay all around! Communication with Frank was great straight away, and we were able to book easily. The condo is clean, updated, set up with lovely beach decor and everything you need for a wonderful stay. They even went out of their way with a personal touch for my wife’s birthday that was much appreciated. Location is perfect, easy access to 98 and to the pool and beach walk. This is a fantastic place and was a great experience all around. We’ll be back!

I was looking for a weekend beach rental to take my grandmother to the ocean for her 90th birthday, and Frank and Marta provided a perfect spot. It was "clean as a pin" as my grandmother said, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Our hosts were very thoughtful and accommodating. I highly recommend this unit, and hope to be back soon!

We loved everything about this condo and would love to book it again: perfect location, right on the beach, higher on 6th floor with beautiful beach view, parking was always available. The condo were well maintained, nicely decorated and very comfortable for our family. Communication with the host Frank and Marta were great, they were so easy to talk to and respond to our questions quickly.

We recently secured a week at this beautiful condo on Okaloosa Island, FL, and couldn't be more pleased with our experience. It was a first time for us renting a condo for a family vacation. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, offering a wonderful retreat away from the bustling crowds of Destin. The owner, Frank was incredibly responsive and accommodating. From start to finish, the host had been very attentive to every question and was always available. This unit even supersedes the pictures and info. Beautiful coastal decor and very well appointed with most of your needs. Comfortable bed, awesome kitchen and outstanding gulf view. Umbrella and 2 beach chairs provided by owner thru a beach service. Makes the beach activity even better. Definitely recommend this Unit 607 and look forward to returning. Also, upon our arrival, the owner had a surprise waiting for us!!!

Primary guest(s) must be 25+ years old and closely supervise any guests under age requirement, maximum of 6 guests in the condo.
NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO VAPING in the condo or balcony, no parties, no luggage carts inside the condo.
NO LUGGAGE CARTS in the condo.
Condo association quiet hours 10pm-10am.
Pool hours 9am-10pm.
Check-in at 4pm, Check-out at 10am.
Failure to follow any rules as listed in the reservation agreement will lead to eviction with no refund!
**This is a pet free building and enforced by building security/ Emotional support animals(ESA) are not required by ADA laws to be allowed in vacation rentals.**
We are located in a condo building - we are not responsible for noise from other guests or construction, any closed amenities due to maintenance or any other building issues. Guests must adhere to HOA/building rules and quiet hours.
Guest agrees to abide by all rules and regulations posted on the premises related to the Rental Property.
Guests agree not to use the premises for any commercial activities or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation.
In no event shall Guests assign or sublet the Rental Property in whole or in part.
Failure to follow the condo and/or building rules can result in eviction with loss of all rents and deposits. Condo/Building rules are posted inside the unit.
No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, condo amenities, elevators, etc. The Owner will make every reasonable effort to ensure that such appliances will be and remain in good working order. No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, snow, construction at adjacent properties, or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of god or nature.
In the event Owner is unable to make Rental Property available for any reason other than described above or a reasonable substitute as determined by Owner, Guest agrees that Owner's sole liability as a result of this unavailability is to provide a full refund of all monies paid under this Agreement and Guest expressly acknowledges that in no event shall Owner be held liable for any special or consequential damages which result from this unavailability. Guest also agrees to indemnify Owner from and against liability for injury to Guest or any other person occupying Rental Property resulting from any cause whatsoever including, but not limited to, injury sustained as a result of use of the phone, spa, hot tub, sauna, whirlpool tub, pool, exercise equipment, elevator, etc. except only such a personal injury caused by the gross negligence or intentional acts of the Owner.
Your health and safety are our top priorities and concern. That is why we are implementing a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect our property against Coronavirus with special emphasis on all high touch areas in our rooms and common areas. All bed linens, bath, and kitchen towels are sanitized and changed between guests.
We provide starter supplies of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo. If guests run out of supplies, they will need to purchase additional supplies. We are located in a condo building which has the potential for noise/disturbances from other residents - we are not responsible for noise from other guests or construction, any closed amenities due to maintenance or other reasons, or any other building issues. Guests must adhere to HOA/building rules and quiet hours.
Departure instructions – we ask that our guests remove all trash and food from the fridge and freezer and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. Close all exterior doors and windows.
Please DO NOT strip the beds as this will be handled by our cleaners. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests.
