Were pleasantly surprised that the property was just as described. It was very clean and the staff was really nice and helpful. The view is great from the balcony. It appears that some nice updates are being done at the resort, so we would love to return again.

My family had a wonderful time at Gulf Dunes Resort over our fall break in October 2018. Accommodations were just right, easy access to the beach and activities along the FWB/Destin corridor.

This place is a little slice of heaven! The condo was clean and all ready for us when we arrived. Check in and check out was easy. Had a couple very small maintenance issues while we were there and they were taken care of immediately. Condo overlooks the pool area so most nights my husband and I would watch the kids swim from the balcony. We have four kids ranging in age from 10-16 and never felt cramped in the room. Condo is equipped with everything you need. Condo could use just a little TLC, but all in all, very nice! Short walk over the little boardwalk to the gorgeous white sand beach and clear blue ocean! We had a wonderful week and would book this room again in a heartbeat![]
