If a hurricane is headed toward our property, we don't expect you to go to the beach ... we will refund all payments received.
If the Governor shuts down short term rentals as he did for Covid-19, we will refund all payments received.
If you need to cancel for any other reason, please notlify us as soon as possible. If we can re-rent the unit, we will refund your payments in full. If we cannot re-rent the unit, we will refund fifty percent of your payments.

The Daniels Family
Our family has visited Fort Walton Beach for over 30 years, and it is our favorite vacation spot. Over all those years, we have never found a better place to stay, by far, than the Island Princess, Units 606 or 603. After discovering Wanda and Bud's condos, we refuse to stay anywhere else. Their units are always immaculate, and they are such a pleasure to work with as well. We recently had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return. It is the perfect family environment for enjoying a lovely, worry-free, beautiful beach vacation. Thanks so much Wanda and Bud! We greatly appreciate you!

My wife and I + stepson + 2 grandkids stayed at 606 over Spring Break in 2024. The place was immaculate and well stocked with any kitchen utensils that we could have needed, plus the added touch of typical spices and cooking oils that was very helpful and saved us a lot of money. We really enjoyed being able to walk right onto the beach and the location (Island Princess) was perfect. Wanda was also great to work with. I would highly recommend this place to anyone...especially if you want to save the fees associated with Air B&B or VRBO...you can work directly with Wanda.

This condo was, by far, one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. This was our first time going to Fort Walton and also our first time in Florida. From the booking until the checking out, Wanda was wonderful and on top of her game. The condo itself is in perfect condition. It has everything you need and the view is breathtaking! We will definitely book this condo again!

My wife, her friend, and my self stayed at 606 for 9 day this past February. The weather was wonderful. The unit had everything we needed. Being up on the 6th floor, you could really hear the ocean waves coming in whenever the sliders were open. We really liked that! The unit had everything we needed for our stay. It was well appointed and we lacked for nothing except our personal stuff and food supplies.Wanda was very responsive in getting the check in information to us ahead of time. she checked up on us while we were there to make sure we got there ok and that everything was in presentable order. The check out procedure was simple. If there are ever openings in this unit when we want to go, we would jump at the chance to rent this unit again! Thanks Wanda for making it so easy for us!!

Our family has stayed in both Island Princess units 606 and 603. After visiting Fort Walton for many years, this is by far our most favorite place to stay. Both condos are absolutely beautiful and also extremely clean and comfortable; truly like "home away from home" - only better, because it's on the beach! The view of the beach from either of these units is incredible! The owners, Wanda and Bud, are always a pleasure to work with and they truly care about their guests. We just returned from a 4-night stay and can hardly wait to return!

Our family was very well pleased with our stay at unit 606 at Island Princess. The condo was beautifully decorated, super clean, spacious, very comfortable. Furniture and appliances in excellent condition. Kitchen well equipped. WOW! What an awesome view. Loved the balcony. The owner, Wanda, was great to work with during the entire rental process - booking through departure. She was so kind, accommodating and gave us all information needed to make sure everything was perfect - very reliable. OUR GULF FRONT RENTAL FEATURES 3 BEDROOMS & 3 BATHROOMS WITH A DIRECT VIEW OF THE BEACH
The master bedroom has a king size bed, attached private bath with large shower, TV and access to the balcony to enjoy the Gulf and beach views. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, TV, attached second bathroom and a view of the Intra-Coastal waterway. The third bedroom features two twin beds, TV, attached private bathroom and a view of the Intra-Coastal waterway. The dining table seats 6. The kitchen counter has 2 bar stools for additional seating. The living area has a sofa, 2 chairs, and a TV/DVD player. The floor to ceiling double sliding doors offer a breathtaking view of the Gulf and lead to the balcony.
We enjoy coffee and breakfast on the balcony; it’s a great way to start the day! The kitchen is fully equipped and can be used as much or as little as you like ... you're on VACATION! The unit has a washer/dryer for your laundry needs. We provide wireless Internet service and cable TV. Bed, bath & kitchen linens are provided. We provide laundry soap, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods and dish soap.
