The property owners were fantastic to work with. They replied promptly to any questions we had. The condo was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we could have needed. The use of the two chairs and beach umbrella were an added bonus plus use of the pool. Perfect view of the Gulf and sound. We were there to unwind for a few days this was the perfect location. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely rent from them again.

Location is very convenient to anywhere you want to be. Very modern and clean, a gem.

The location is right on the beach with BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED!!! Chairs and umbrella set up for you...😁
The balcony view was great...coffee on the balcony in the morning and cocktails at night...we saw dolphins swimming by the 1st night.
The unit has a full kitchen with everything, even a cooler to take to the beach...love the icemaker in the frig.
The washer/dryer were a huge plus so we could dry our bathing suits and do laundry before we left.
There's a Publix grocery store within a 5 minutes drive.
There was plenty of parking close to the elevator.
The only thing I would add would be beach towels.

We had really enjoyed our stay with out any issues. The home has everything we could possibly require. The kitchen was better equipped. We absolutely loved entire experience we had at your home. The aroma sphere was pleasant and home is decorated really well. From patio sea beach view is speechless and also spacious. We would love to visit again.

The view from the couch is unbeatable. They had games for our family to play. Guess who and Destin monopoly. The beach is not nearly as crowded as we expected it to be. Beach service was perfect. We would suggest visiting the Pier. We loved our time there. It was affordable and Josh was very easy to work with.

Property was beautifully decorated with enough space, it accommodated my kids in the bunk bed. Sofa (bed) and we did get privacy as well with the room and option to make full bathroom private or just half giving them kids chance to shower as well. Kitchen is well equipped. Please provide more trash bags we had to use the ones given in grocery stores and it took several trips keep in mound we were there all week.

Our experience was great. The only down fall was finding the actual room and the fact that the closest elevator was out. That has nothing to do with the condo owners that is poor property management.

Our stay was wonderful! The beach service was a major plus and the condo was beautiful and well kept! The view was amazing and everything was as listed! Thank you so much for the quick communication and just easy process! Overall, highly recommend and would stay here again!

My sister and my first impression was how clean the condo was. It was very comfortable. Also well furnished.

It as unfortunate that we did not have a working elevator near our condo which was a great inconvenience. Also parking area had lights not working which is a security risk. I’m sure HOA fees are part of property maintenance. Those who maintain the property should pay greater attention, not a good reflection on the owners of Island Princess

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed; sheets, pillows, extra blankets, towels, and mini toiletries, laundry, and kitchen supplies. If I was nit-picky, and you plan on doing much cooking, I would recommend bringing a few good skillets. Though some are provided, they aren't great. Otherwise, EVERYTHING you could need is stocked in the kitchen.

I had a little trouble (on my part) getting into the property on arrival, but the owner was quick to answer my call and get me in. It took less then two minutes. After a long trip, I was very appreciative that he was so available.

I would certainly stay again and recommend this property to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

Have to agree with a former renter’s review about the barking dogs. The house is kiddy-corner to the condo unit and the dogs were noisy. Otherwise everything was fine. Beach is outstanding along with Lazy Day chair service.

This property was immaculately clean, well supplied, and comfortable. The location was convenient, while still being off the “main road” and the traffic that goes along with that, which was a huge plus in my book.

I had no need to communicate with the host after arrival because everything was perfect. Dale was on top of communication leading up to my arrival, so I had everything I needed to get right into vacation mode as soon as I arrived.

I would absolutely recommend this property to others looking for a vacation rental and wouldn’t hesitate to rent again myself in the future!

This property was everything it said it was. Very comfortable!

Property was as listed. Kitchen was well stocked. I know this is not a reflection of the property, across the highway there were dogs that barked continuously, it sounded like a puppy mill. When I was taking a walk they were jumping at the fence as I was walking by.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! It’s well decorated and was spotless when we got there. This was our first stay here, but we will definitely rent again! Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise!!

Although our trip was cut short due to a tropical storm, we had a great time. Overall, the condo appeared to be clean; however, there was dust on top of the door frames and pictures on the wall. Most people do not check there I imagine. The coffee pot was filthy dirty, but not a big deal to clean. Also, the wrong size coffee pot was being used while I found the correct size pot in a cabinet. I am not sure why that was, The owner was generally quick to respond to my inquiries, but there were a couple of delayed responses since he was traveling in Europe at the time of our visit - so, a time zone problem. Again, this was not a big deal. The owner was gracious to refund us for a couple of days that we had to leave early due to the tropical storm. The condo is on the west side of the building, which provides shade in the morning for breakfast on the balcony, but sun in your face in the afternoon. The balcony provides a view of both the ocean and the bay. The elevators were usually not busy, but we used the stairs a lot instead. There are other units at this resort that face the ocean directly, but you will probably pay more. I would recommend this condo for the value.

I came here with my family and we really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. It was close to everything. The beach was right outside the condo and was great. Water wasn’t the best but that can’t be helped. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time and enjoyed the trip!!

My daughter and I stayed here while in town for a softball tournament. Glad we had a decent size kitchen to cook in and the balcony provides a great view of both the gulf and the sound. I liked that it’s in the corner of the building so there isn’t as much traffic by the door. Owner was super helpful and communication was excellent! Would stay here again!

This was our third year staying here and it keeps getting better! Dale is great to work with and is very responsive.

The unit is fantastic! It has everything you need for a fantastic vacation. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Great 1 bedroom condo that had everything we needed for a week. Beach chair service was a great perk.

We loved the Condo! My only complaints would be that there was not enough cabinet space for groceries and we couldn't get the outlets in the bathrooms to work but those were not deal breakers for us. The condo was super clean and lived up to the pictures and other reviews. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking this room again in the future!

Good place to stay

Loved our stay in 619! The view from the large balcony was wonderful. It was very windy during our stay, so it was hard to enjoy the beach. I would recommend putting some type of hand rail in the shower/bathtub to make it easier to get in and out. Thank you for sharing your condo!
