All Spring, Summer and Fall bookings are Saturday to Saturday, with a 7 night minimum stay. Winter rates require a 3 night minimum.
We require a $500.00 deposit to reserve through paypal at jzielny54@gmail.com or a personal check
The balance and a refundable $500 damage deposit is due 60 days prior to stay.
A rental contract will be sent for virtual signature and return.

We have stayed at Island Princess in Sept for about 12 years. This is one of the nicest condo in the complex. You do not need anything but your clothes, beach towels and you are ready to go! If you eat in, the condo has all that you need to make your mealsI Thanks Jane for the wonderful hospitality!

We loved our stay at the condo and everything about the condo. It was VERY clean and newly updated and loved all the furnishings. The bed was very comfortable. We will stay there again. Jane was very easy to work with and it was a seamless processs.

Everything about this unit lived up to the reviews and photos! Our family of 6 had an absolutely wonderful, relaxing week at the beach and thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious accomodations. The beds were SO comfortable, and waking up every morning to the beautiful view was paradise. The complimentary beach service was wonderful as well. The staff there was attentive and polite. Just be sure to get in line early if you want front row! This was our first time to this area and the white sand beaches are beyond compare. All in all, a perfectly wonderful vacation in a beautiful unit in a fabulous location!

Because during this week we had the great pleasure of staying in the cleanest, brightest and most charming condo on the coast. Everything in the accommodations was just right. The gulf view was perfect. Even if a bit rainy on some days. The nearness to wonderful restaurants made our evenings romantic and delicious. A special shout out to the Marina Cafe. It made our anniversary dinner perfect. The ocean view from the master bedroom and the wonderful little kitchen, the thoughtful touches like plenty of outlets and USB ports to charge everywhere, all made it feel more like a small home than a rental. We even had a lock misadventure that the fantastic owner resolved in under 5 minutes. Try getting a response like that from a hotel chain. Unlikely. The bottom line is that we would not consider staying anywhere else in that area.Submitted Nov 20, 2018

This condo was so beautifully decorated. It was very clean, stocked with everything you could need, and we enjoyed every bit of our stay. We were able to watch the sunrise right from our bed! Beach life doesn't get much better than this. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool offered in the common area, and the beach service chair/umbrella was perfect for us, especially since we flew to Ft. Walton. The owners were wonderful and very easy to work with. Can't wait to plan another trip.

Really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable and the view was the best. The owner was in contact to make sure everything was satisfactory right after we checked in. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Love this condo was set up so cute and homie! Was very relaxing beds were great! The staff there was super nice! We were there with other friends and the same condo building they were able to put our chairs together!
The owner of the condo is very sweet caring! She has put a lot of work into this condo will totally recommend it others!

The condo was beautiful! It was so clean! I’ve stayed in many places and always had to tidy up before I felt comfortable in the place we were staying but 303 was amazing! Everything was so bright and clean and refreshing! The couch and seats looked brand new, the beds were so comfortable, I honestly can not say enough about the place. The view was perfect. The elevator was quick. 100% satisfied! Will stay again and will definitely recommend this condo to anyone I know is interested in Destin area. The owner was right at hand and always quick to respond. She was extremely patient with my final payment after losing a loved one right at the time it came due and understood completely. Having a parking spot reserved for our condo was wonderful. Our vacation was relaxing and so enjoyable due to the ease and comfort and cleanliness.

wish I could wake up to this view every day! This is a beautiful condo, obviously very well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed long walks on the beach every morning, the beach was very easy access. We appreciated the prompt responses from the owners and felt right at home in this lovely, cozy spot. Would highly recommend this condo and will most DEFINITELY be returning back for another stay, hopefully very soon.

The condo was very nicely decorated and felt luxurious to us. We had a large family gathering with many individuals in a variety of different condos and everybody felt that ours was the nicest! We will definitely be returning to this condo. The experience with the owners was also very efficient and easy. I appreciated how prompt they were with replies to all of the questions and in getting our deposit back to us promptly! We would definitely recommend this unit!

Our stay at IP was wonderful and this well-located condo w/covered parking made it even better. Spacious, neat, clean w/well-appointed furnishings, modern well-equipped kitchen w/big fridge - b.y.o. scrubber for stainless pans & sinks tho, we could never remember to get one when we went out. Starter items were helpful. Bedrooms were furnished nicely and the beds were cushy & comfortable (loved the shutters vs. curtains), huge master bath. All rooms had a tv/dvd player. Washer/dryer came in very handy. The balcony view was great and we loved having our morning coffee out there - I wanted to take that barchair/table set home with me! Pool, hottub & reserved beach service was nice. The beach was clean & uncrowded so we were able to set up a canopy & small pool right behind our chairs for our 10 mo. old great-grandaughter to play under - she loved it. Restaurants, shopping and markets were plentiful here and in nearby Destin. We highly recommend this condo

Our condo is a 3rd floor unit and located directly on the beach at the Island Princess Resort on Okaloosa Island. With stunning views from the balcony, you'll never want to leave! We are owners that keep our unit clean, updated with clean furniture, linens and kitchen items. It's our second home and we visit frequently.
We are a non-smoking, no pets, two bedroom, two bathroom unit. We beautifully renovated with granite countertops, new kitchen cabinets, stainless appliances, fully equipped kitchen, coastal furnishings, and plantation shutters in the bedrooms. There's a custom shower in the master bath, and tub/shower combination in the second bathroom.
The cheerful master bedroom has direct oceanfront views and has a king bed. The second bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. ****Although the unit sleeps six, we rent to a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children at a time.***
There are televisions in every room including a 48" flat screen Smart TV and DVD players for the kids to watch movies.
Enjoy hassle free check-in using keyless entry, complimentary assigned covered parking. There is free wireless internet, cable tv, a ring doorbell for maintenance calls and deliveries, and free seasonal beach service of two chairs and one umbrella. (March1st through October 31st) Enjoy the heated pool and hot tub and exercise room. We provide games, books and starter cleaning supplies. Island Princess is close to many excellent restaurants, a short walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive to Destin.
