Island Princess 613 - Spectacular Views!, Fort Walton Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This was our second time staying in the same unit. Everything was as good as the first trip. Great location and view, excellent communication from the management company - everything was super easy.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The property is amazing - high in furnishings and not your normal vacation condo. They go the 2nd mile to make it exceptional! All New furnishings and decor! Management company does an excellent job in communicating when the unit is ready to check in, not like most management companies where you cannot check in till 4 PM. Corey and his staff are amazing. Keep up the good work, guys!

We were very happy with the condo we rented last December from Legacy. The condo was very well furnished and, just as importantly, the view was perfect. We will check back for our next vacation!

Perfect location. Beach view is beautiful and access to the beach was super convenient. Beach had crystal clear water and we saw a dolphin from the balcony one morning. :) The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Host responded very quickly to the couple of times we had questions.

We usually stay at a resort type hotel, but this time we decided to rent a condo and was not disappointed. It was spacious, clean and a great location.

We loved the gorgeous view and finding the condo very clean when we arrived.

My husband and I stayed here back in May of this year and we absolutely loved it! The views are amazing along with the sounds of the ocean as you open the balcony doors. This condo is top notch with all of the bells and whistles, we absolutely lacked for nothing! And, to put the icing on the cake you couldn't ask for more pleasant owners who always answered any questions in a timely fashion. I would recommend this vacation condo to anyone and can't wait to visit again very soon. And by the way, they have another condo right next door that we haven't visited yet but I'm sure we will sometime hopefully in the very near future. The owners of this condo are the best. This wonderful condo has everything: Perfect view, everything you need in the kitchen, board games, video games, books. This condo is close to everything and is so relaxing. A must see and highly recommended. Thank you Jeff and Beth for everything.

Our stay was amazing. The condo was perfectly located directly on the beach and only minutes from food and shopping. The view was beyond words... The condo itself was a warm cozy home away from home. Overall I highly recommend this condo!

We enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room to move around, without feeling cramped. We had a beautiful ocean front view. Everything about this place was amazing. We will be staying again.

My husband and I stayed at the condo earlier this month and absolutely loved it. Everything was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The condo was well stocked with the supplies we needed and then some! The very short walk to the beach and free beach service were perfect for our stay. The bed was also very comfortable each night we were there. Thank you so very much for allowing us to use your condo! We will absolutely look into using it again in the future. :)

Each time we come down we seem to try a different condo, always looking for good ones. This is one we might just have to return to. Beautifully decorated, a kitchen with everything, and a terrific view from the 6th floor balcony. Free beach service is a great added bonus. Owners were easy to reach and quick to respond when we were planning our trip. Wish the pool were a little bigger, but all in all we're really enjoying our stay. This unit is so very nice and clean. The views are the best on the island and it has very up to date furnishings. The owners (Jeff) is very easy to work with and fast to return emails. My husband and I just retuned home after an incredible week at Okaloosa Island. The weather, the beach and the ocean were perfect. But what made our stay there wonderful was staying at condo 613. It was beautifully decorated. It was cozy. We felt it was our home the moment we walked in. The kitchen was a dream kitchen. Everything anyone could possibly want and need was there. It would be anyone's dream kitchen. We have stayed at other condos at other beaches but this was the best and one we will certainly want to stay at again. Thank you so much for this great vacation experience.

This was our first trip down in this area and we had a wonderful stay! Beautiful view from the balcony, we saw dolphins from there. It was nice to have chairs and an umbrella for us. The condo is very nice, clean, spacious. We will be back again!

What a beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condo on the shores of the Gulf! The condo has been completely upgraded and the attention to detail second to none. Thank you, Beth and Jeff, for a wonderful stay at your condo. This is our new go-to place in this area! Quiet, relaxing with stunning views of the emerald green water and powdery white sand.

This is our 2nd time to stay at the Island Princess in this unit and we are already looking forward to staying in this unit in 2014.

Like Okaloosa Island location, and Island Princess very much. Unit 613 was well furnished and comfortable. We have stayed here several times and will be back.

This was our first vacation to Fort Walton Beach, but will not be our last. We loved the condo. The condo was very clean, the furniture was comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the view from the balcony was priceless.

We had a very relaxing honeymoon here. It is a great condo. Very clean and a peaceful atmosphere.

The location is close enough to Destin to be very convenient, but out of the traffic. The property was clean and well maintained, and Unit 613 was up to date, well equipped and very comfortable for me and my family.
 

We've been coming to IP for 12 years and this was one of the nicest units we have been in. Decorating was tasteful, kitchen was the best equipped and very clean compared to some others.
 

This was our first time to stay at Island Princess #613. We were impressed with the cleanliness and beautiful decorating (i.e. granite and stainless steel, new paint, etc.). We, in the past, have stayed at another complex on the island; however, all agreed to need to come back to Island Princess #613. Wonderful Unit + Wonderful weather = A perfect vacation!
 

We spent a week at the condo and fell in love with the condo as well as the beach. It was our first trip to Okaloosa Island and we loved everything about it.. the waters were crystal clear, dolphins spotted daily, the nightlife was fun, we were close to everything, ect. Most of all we were all very pleased with the condo, its picture perfect. Well maintained, perfect location, great pool, comfy bed, equiped kitchen, spectacular views.. everything you want in a vacation rental. Cant wait to come back!!

We had an amazing week in this condo. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. It was obvious that the owners care about their property and work to maintain it. The view was outstanding and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony early in the morning and late in the evening listening to the surf and soaking up the beauty. The beach was pristine and the staff of the Island Princess were courteous and helpful. We hope to return someday and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Me and my family had a awesome time at this condo! We seen dolphins everyday at morning and afternoon the boys loved it! The view is awesome from the balcony didn't want to leave it! The condo is very nice and comfy it's like a home away from home. We are already wanting to plan to come back again next year at the same place!

Island Princess was a great place to spend Spring Break with our family. The beach is beautiful. The condo was close to restaurants, shopping, & activities, but was not located in all the traffic. Our condo was very nice & the service was great. We would definitely recommend it to our family & friends. We hope to return there in the future.

This is our 5th winter in 613 and each year enjoy it better than the last. The owners really care about their property and have gone to great lengths to update and keep it looking new. It is greatly appreciated.

This was my husband & my first condo rental & won't be our last. Island Princess 613 was an amazing place to stay. The views were amazing! All the rooms were clean & there was plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed & it was great to have a full size fridge! We enjoyed every second of our stay, it was hard to leave! I'l stay in that condo again, in a heart beat! Clean, cozy & felt like home away from home.
