Great condo with a pretty view. Stayed here with my family which includes 4 kids and was a pleasant stay with children.

Was pleasantly surprised with the condo. Seems updated. Great view of the beach. Is located in front of a non-central elevator, which does make it easier to get to the beach. Did come with 2 chairs and an umbrella. Plan to stay again.

Clean and well equipped. We would stay here again.

This space was just what we needed for our spur of the moment beach trip. Loved that it was in a quieter area, but close to the action. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The condo was fabulous! Beautiful location, right on the beach. We sat on the balcony many times watching dolphins swim by. We will definitely be booking with Legacy again in the future!

We love the Island Princess property and location. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. Great place to stay and we are already trying to decide what week to come next year!

We had a great rental experience. The room was ready slightly earlier than promised and we were able to go right in, using our code. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. The one time I needed to contact Legacy (the broom was missing from our unit), they responded right away. We would definitely stay in this unit, complex and rent with Legacy again.

Found the condo to be very clean. Had a great view. Great location, right on the beach.

This was our third time staying at this condo and we absolutely love it! The condo is clean and you can’t beat the view from the balcony. We had two small issues with the cable box and electric (storms were in the are) and Legacy was prompt at answering my calls and sending someone out to fix it. They ended up being building electric issues and Cox media issues they had no control over (no fault of Legacy or the condo itself). Our kids love the condo and everyone had a great time! We highly recommend this property and we can’t wait to come back.

Just returned from Island Princess 614 - it is absolutely beautiful! Owner has thought of every detail, and the condo is very well-maintained and tastefully decorated! Looks just like the photos. A closet full of kids' activities/games was an awesome surprise for our family. We loved our stay and didn't want to leave! We've already booked this unit for next year and can't wait to come back! A few very small/minor things would have helped/been nice to have but totally nothing major: - a laundry basket - a broom for sweeping up sand (vaccuum provided, but broom would have been more useful) - and we saw no options for recycling plastics but there should be! Also would point out there is actually no covered parking for this unit, although the check-in instructions say there is, but it was no big deal to find un-covered parking even close to the elevators so was not an issue for us. We also had a small blip with the wifi not connecting one day, but a tech was there within a short time to resolve the issue in less than an hour. Great condo, great location with lots to do and see, overall excellent vacation! We hope this unit will be kept as beautiful when we return next year!

This unit was absolutely adorable, perfect for our beach get away!!! The view was amazing, we loved having breakfast on the balcony every morning!!!

This past summer my wife and I spent our honeymoon here and it was a beautiful place! The unit was clean and stocked with all of the kitchen tools that we needed to cook.
