Great communication from the very beginning and was adaptive to needs of checking in, and even the need of a casserole dish to bake for Thanksgiving!!Loved this place!!

The icemaker wasn't working when we arrived so I texted the property manager Jill and received an immediate response. Next morning she and her husband were there with 2 bags of ice, which were very much appreciated and a little while later, we had ice. We received our check in information a week prior to our visit, which is really nice and convenient. Mattresses were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The Keurig was a major plus! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful condo to stay in and accommodated our family well! I gave it 3 stars for cleanliness because when we got there it appeared to not have been cleaned, but when I contacted Jane she assured me that it had and offered to have someone come the next morning to do it again, but I declined. She was quick to try and make it right though and that was what mattered. Both beds in each room are SUPER COMFORTABLE as well as the sheets. The bathrooms are nice with the master shower being huge and awesome! The kitchen could have a little more to offer as far as utensils if you are trying to cook, but overall was not that big of a problem. My biggest complaint is the view. I was under the impression that we had an oceanfront view from the wording in the pics, but the condo is located on the side of the complex so the view from the balcony is of a hotel and parking lot. You can definitely see the ocean from the side of the balcony, but it is not an oceanfront view if that is important to you. In having noted that, the condo itself makes up for the view with plenty of storage, nice comfy beds (even the sleeper sofa), nice appliances, and a nice washer and dryer. It honestly feels like home! One of the pics shows sand toys and boogie boards...there were not any sand toys when we arrived and two of the boogie boards were broke. There were two extra beach chairs, but we never had to use them because we had brought our own. The cooler pictured worked nice as well. The beach chairs and umbrella set up on the beach is an added bonus and the 'cabana boys' as I called them were very helpful, accommodating, and friendly! The pool area is nice as well and so are the rinse off areas on the way back from the beach. We are definitely already booking our vacation for next year at IP, but this time we are going with something oceanfront. If you do not mind being on the side, this condo is PERFECT!!!!! Island Princess 418. Beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath
Unit 418 is a beautifully updated, two bedroom, two bathroom condo at the Island Princess beachfront resort on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach. It is on the quiet, west facing side of the building with gorgeous partial ocean views. The building is directly on the beach. No streets to cross!
There are custom tile floors throughout. The fully appointed living room with 55” tv, sleeper sofa and matching club chairs. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful tile work and all of the pots, pans and utensils you need for cooking.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, comfortable lounge chair, TV and a large adjoining bathroom that has an oversized custom tile shower. The second bedroom has two full sized beds, TV, and a tub/shower combination in the bathroom with plenty of built in storage. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Enjoy your evenings on the patio enjoying the sunset after spending your day on the sugar sand beach!
We have free seasonal beach service, wireless internet, cable tv and free parking on the second level. There are plenty of things to see and do in the area and many restaurants within a short drive.
