We absolutely had the best time! This condo is the perfect location right in front of the lazy river and the awesome pools and hot tubs, we didn't hear any of the noises inside the condo either. Very convenient parking garage with private entrance to the condo. Very easy walk to the beach with the wagon using the crosswalk and loved being being able to shower on the beach before coming back to the condo. Very family friendly atmosphere, we enjoyed a 2 minute walk to the pier to fish almost every night. The patio is large and spacious, I was in shock of how big it was. The condo is very nice and clean, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels, linens and pillows. The owners are wonderful and so easy to deal with, we can't wait to come back.

The unit is fully equipped,including WiFi and a private garage. Just a few steps to the Pool area and the 700 foot lazy river. The pools and lazy river are beautifully optically lighted at night. There is a large tropical sunbathing area around the pools. The elevated walkway crossing Highway 98 makes exploring the property and getting to the beach safe and simple with a 5 minute walk.. On the gulf side you have a children's water garden, splash pad, large gulf side pool, and use of several additional pools. There is the Emerald Coast with a beautiful white sugar sand beach, state of the fitness center, showers, restrooms, beach rentals, restaurants and a cabana bar. Within walking distance is Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, The Boardwalk Beachfront Recreation Center, Fishing Pier, several restuarants & bars, Beasley Park, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone and The Emerald Coast Convention Center,
