The property was very nice and clean. The owners were very accommodating. I loved the location and the easy access to the beach. I will definitely be going back.. I had a great time.

The condo was wonderful. It was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it had everything we needed. The view of the beach from the balcony was amazing. We sat out on the balcony with our coffee every morning watching the dolphins. It was a very short walk to the most beautiful beach, and the beach service was great. The umbrella and chairs were set up by an attendant, and all we had to do was pick one and make ourselves comfortable. When my chair broke, the attendant was there immediately to replace it. The rolling carts to get our belongings to the condo and back to the car when we checked out were great. We were able to get everything in one trip. Everything was designed to be effortless and stress free. We are already planning next year’s vacation and hope to rent the same condo!

Everything was great from the communication with the owners about checkin process to the room. The room was very clean and the view was great. We loved it!! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to book.

These owners are easy to work with and provide more basic supplies than other condos (paper towels, trash bags, dish and laundry detergent, TP etc.).
Although the a/c went out part way through our stay, communications with the owners was efficient. The repair guy was there and had it fixed as quickly as they could, even staying beyond what I would consider a normal workday to finish the repair and make sure the unit was cooling appropriately.
A definite 'pro' is that even though we were staying in the height of the summer season we never had issues finding a parking spot.
The two major 'cons' with this complex is there is no a/c in the elevators and the shower station to rinse sand off after being at the beach is only accesible via the underground parking area instead of conveniently located at the walkover like most condo complexes. Neither are something that would prevent me from staying here again.

Great location, plenty of parking. Beaches were clean, we were surprised how quiet it was. The condo was clean and had everything that was needed for our stay. We will be staying there again.

Amazing location, beautiful beach, not too much traffic, quick drive to most attractions. Condo building had wonderful heated pool and hot tummy, worked out perfectly for cooler days. Bunkbeds and fold out couch made it perfect for a family of 5. Had a couple minor issues with condo but owner was quick to respond and fix the problems.

Pelican Isle is a seven-story beachfront complex located on the beautiful white sands of Fort Walton Beach. The view from the balcony is one of the best beach views on the island. The complex includes a large gulf-front heated pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, fitness center, high-speed internet, BBQ area, and plenty of parking.
The newly renovated kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a large French door refrigerator, which is a very rare find in a one-bedroom. Beautiful Granite Countertops are also in our condo.
The master suite features a spacious comfortable King Size Bed with a private full-sized bathroom. The hallway features two comfy bunk beds with flat-screen TVs with another full-size bathroom. The top bunk bed has streaming wireless while the second bunk bed has a built-in DVD player. The living room also features a large flat-screen TV, which will allow you to watch movies from Netflix. A Belgium Waffle iron is an example of one of the many extras included in the kitchen. The unit also includes a private washer and dryer.
Some of the many activities in the area are Parasailing, Watersports, Offshore Fishing, Golf, Snorkeling, Gulfarium, the Track, Big Kahuna’s Water Park, etc.
While at the beach, you will be able to enjoy full-service beach service, which includes one umbrella and two beach chairs. Seashell collecting in the day is always a favorite pastime for young and old vacationers. At nighttime, it is always relaxing to sit on the spacious balcony overlooking a romantic beach view while sipping a glass of wine or your favorite beverage.
During the summer months on Wednesday nights at 9:00 PM, you can view fireworks from the beach, which are shot from the Boardwalk.

In the summer we rent from Saturday to Saturday just like most owners.
