The condo looked just as it appears in photos-beautiful! The kitchen is very well equipped. I wondered about the location above the pool, but with sliding glass doors shut we never heard any noise. We especially like that one of the bedrooms has 2 double beds. Hard to find. Perfect for party of 3 couples and one child. We hope it is available to book when we return to Ft. Walton next year!

We loved our stay at Jennifer’s condo in Fort Walton Beach. The condo is beautiful with an awesome view of the beach. All of the beds were comfortable, the linens and towels were nice quality, and the master shower was phenomenal! The unit was immaculate and so well maintained. The beach is fabulous, and the beach service is a nice perk. Loved being able to watch the dolphins from the balcony! This condo is also in a perfect location to walk to several great restaurants. We hope to rent this condo when we visit again. One of the best places I have ever stayed (and I’ll admit I’m particular ??) !

We visit Okaloosa Island several times each year and have stayed at Waterscape, Water's Edge, Azure and Summer Place. I estimate that we have stayed at about 10 different units within Summer Place. This condo was far and above the cleanest and most updated unit we have rented. The owner was great to work with and we are so appreciative of her renting it to our family. We would love to go back ASAP!

We have visited Okaloosa Island for years. This is the nicest condo that we've ever stayed in. The condo is well furnished and has gorgeous views of the gulf. We even saw a group of rays in the water. We beautiful white sand and turquoise waters were so inviting. The beds were so comfy! We can't wait to come back and visit again.

If you are looking for a 5 star, beachfront condo with elevated furnishings and a responsive host, look no further. This place is it!! I've been vacationing through VRBO for 20+ years and this place is top notch. The perfect location to restaurants, HarborWalk Village and the Okaloosa Island Pier. You can drive 5 minutes to a Publix, 6 minutes to HarborWalk, or just walk across the street or to the pier for dining.. The white sandy beach and the heated pool is calling your name. We had the best time here. Jennifer was so easy to work with. She was just a text away. Condo was beautiful. I cooked our Thanksgiving dinner there and had everything I needed. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was just great! Would definitely stay again

Beautiful condo that is tastefully decorated. This condo gives you a comfortable homey feeling! There were 8 of us ranging in age from 4 to 79 staying there, and we had plenty of room. The condo location made it very easy to get to the beach or pool. Views from the living room and balcony are breathtaking! When emailing Jennifer she always responded promptly and was very gracious. My son had to contact Jennifer about an hour after we had checked out of the unit as he left something and needed to get it. He said she was very nice and had him back on the road very quickly.
