Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and sliding doors will be secured to prevent opening. There will also be workers present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building. Currently, the west pool is scheduled to be closed from 11/10/2024 to 11/23/2024 and from 12/25/24 to 1/21/25. The east pool is scheduled to be closed from 11/25/24 to 12/6/24 and from 2/14/25 to 3/11/25. ****
