Our recent stay in this condo was such a great experience from the start when I contacted Kim Johnson!! She is very attentive to any questions you may have and even contacted us during our stay to see if we had any concerns (No concerns). Her housekeeper does a fabulous job as well. Room was very clean. It’s decorated so cute too. When booking her paperwork/info is informative and easy to understand! We had the best time and can’t wait to visit again. Thank you Kim for a memorable getaway!!!

We stayed in 309 the last week of September. Because of some conflicts at work, we weren't able to make reservations until a couple of weeks beforehand. By that time, the unit we wanted to rent from Kim was already taken. She was very accommodating and put us in this bigger unit for the same price. We absolutely loved our time there. The unit was wonderful, with views from the back and side. Having chairs and an umbrella waiting for you on the beach each morning was a huge plus. The beach is amazing. There are plenty of good restaurants within a short drive. My wife can't wait to come back. Thank you Kim for making our stay possible.

We stayed here as two families and had a blast. The condo was the cleanest and most updated co do we have stayed in. Kim was awesome at communicating and so was her housekeeper! They truly have your best interest at heart. We loved it and will stay here again!

What can I say that hadn’t already been said about Kim. She was a wonderful host. Excellent communication and a super hero in helping our family find a perfect last minute vacation spot. The condo was beautiful. It had a great ocean view with a roomy balcony for your morning coffee. The pools were nice and clean with easy entry for our children and you CC are only steps away from the beautiful beaches. We will definitely be back for a return visit!!

I know it can be very overwhelming to look for the perfect place for a family vacation, I know because I started looking last year. We just returned from a beautiful family vacation yesterday. This place was the perfect place to stay. Very roomy with everything you need. It was like a home away from home! Plenty of amenities and plenty of things to do within walking distance. Very clean and beautiful views. Kim is so easy to work with, I will look into her condos first for our next trip! So if you are looking for the perfect place, do yourself a favor and check this out!!

This condo is beautifully decorated. It is very roomy and has all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. It has a large oceanfront balcony with a fantastic view and cooling breezes. Kim is great to work with as she responds quickly and handles requests asap. I highly recommend this condo. This is our 3rd year to rent from Kim and we will definitely continue to rent from her for our summer beach trips.

We just returned from a wonderful week celebrating birthdays and making wonderful memories with some of our kids and grandkids. The condo was great with plenty of room, the views were awesome and sunsets were beautiful. Kim was so easy to work with and was so helpful when we left something behind. We enjoyed the beach chair service too. It was so nice to just walk out to the beach without having to bring the chairs with us. We will definitely be back!!

This is a perfect condo especially for larger families. It was well-stocked, clean, plenty big and in a perfect location. The balcony had beautiful views of the ocean and the two pools and hot tub were a great bonus. We will definitely be staying here again.

Kim, the owner,was great. Our flight was delayed and we didnt arrive until midnight. Our code to the condo was not working so I called Kim and she immediately answered and gave us an alternate code. We loved the location, the pool, the chair and umbrella that went with the condo and not having to deal with keys. The condo was extremely clean and would recommend this condo to anyone.

COMPLETELY REDECORATED DEC 20222! Stunning views from large Gulf front patio and side windows!
Summer Place 309 is a spacious, newly designed, and fun family unit with amazing views. This is an end unit so there are windows along the west side of the unit which means lots of sunlight and bonus views of the Gulf! The condo is decorated in the turquoise blues of the Gulf so the ocean is the primary feature. This unit is the perfect vacation home -- amazing beds, 600 thread count linens, a well equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a family meal while watching the emerald waters of the Gulf, TVs in every room with an eye popping 60 inch smart TV in the spacious living room, and so much more. I am so confident that this will be your favorite place on the beach and that you will return year after year!
Our gulf front living room has ample seating for your family/friends with 2 couches and a comfortable chair. You can read or talk while enjoying the ocean views or watch the game on our new HD TV or choose a video from our collection for a family movie night. You'll love gathering here!
The master bedroom features a top of the line Jameson mattress with 600 thread count linens for the best night's sleep possible. There are large floor to ceiling windows for spectacular views of the Gulf or you can step directly out to our large Gulf front patio from the master bedroom. We have a comfortable chair for curling up with a book and watching the waves roll in. The master bath features double sinks, a large soaker tub, and a separate shower.
The second bedroom functions as a second (but smaller) master with a king bed, luxurious linens, and a private bath.
Our third bedroom is a large room we decorated just for the kids! It's a bright and fun room with a full on bottom/twin on top bunk bed and a twin/twin bunk bed. The kids have their own TV and a large window with a view of the Brooks Bridge and the intercoastal waterway. There's even a cute bathroom with double sinks and fish swimming everywhere and some additional ''mirror space'' in the bedroom.
Our 4th bedroom is our favorite! We designed the space as a media room room for the kids complete with a large flatscreen tv, movies, and a game system along with a great couch! We have a high quality, 24 inch tall aerobed with built in pump that sleeps as well as any mattress we've seen and there's plenty of room to inflate if when you want. There's a large closet with a chest for storage so this is not a cramped space never meant to be a bedroom. We love having a place for our kids to gather for their own games and movies while we enjoy some quiet time to visit with friends or screen our own movie on the huge living room TV.
Our unit also has a nice laundry room with a full size, side by side washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergent so can throw in a load of clothes when you need!
Our kitchen has great counter space and is well stocked for cooking. We have all new stainless steel pots and pans, baking dishes, mixing bowls, cookie sheets and muffin pans and pizza pans, a crock pot and more. Our coffee maker is high end complete with a timer so it's ready when you are and a stainless carafe for keeping a pot of coffee warm for mornings on the patio. I've done my best to anticipate your all your needs and most of your wants! I love to cook so this is a favorite place of mine.
Summer Place has 2 large, beachfront pools as well as a hot tub. We also have the only beachfront grilling and picnic area on the island. Our wide beaches are the most beautiful you'll find with sugar white sand and views forever.
I'm confident that you'll love your stay in unit 309. We've decorated and furnished it as our home and we take great pride and care in it. If you're looking for an immaculately clean, well appointed, top shelf property, you'll love ours. We ask only that you leave it as your found it and that you ENJOY your stay!
