We stayed in SP608 for two weeks. It is the 6th time we have stayed there in the past three years. The condo is well appointed with everything you need. The view from the comfortable balcony is killer. Jake handles the beach service and is outstanding to work with. Kim is very professional and always addresses any questions promptly. Okaloosa Island is a gem as is SP608!
The view really is incredible! I'm always honored that you return again and again!

We have rented from Kim for years. This condo is beyond ideal for us as a family traveling with a young child and grandparents. We have stayed in both 108 Summer Place and this year in 608. We love both condos, and we love Kim. 608 has an amazing top floor view. The setup has everything you could possibly need. The furniture is comfortable and cozy. The decor is beautiful. The condo was very clean upon arrival. Jake is the beach service attendant, and he was kind and wonderful to us. Always nice to have the included two umbrellas and four chairs. We never rent from anyone else because Kim and her condos are perfect for us.

This was our first time working with Kim. She is extremely professional and easy to work with. She is responsive to any and all questions during the process. We have stayed in several condos on Okaloosa Island over the past 30 years and #608 was the best. It is well appointed throughout and very comfortable. There were only two of us and the master had a wonderful bed, yet there is plenty of room for the whole family. Dependable wireless and cable connections were easy to use. The view was spectacular from the living area, master, and the large balcony. There was easy access to pools, hot tub and the beach...definitely a condo I will rent again.

We have been staying in summer place for many years!! These last few years we have especially loved staying in unit 608. It has the most awesome view and such a comfortable balcony to watch the sun set!! The condo has beautiful decor and has an updated feel to it. Beds are really confortable! Kim is so accommodating and makes sure you have everything you need!! We head to fort Walton twice a year, usually in May and September or October! Summer Place is only 6 stories tall which is really nice and this condo is on the top floor!! The highlight of our year is our visit to Fort Walton to this beautiful condo!!

This was a great condo complimented by an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Kim, who owns the condo, has it well stocked with everything one would have at home and decorated with modern, updated furnishings. My family and I have stayed at several of her condos over a number of years while visiting the area and always found them to be well appointed and comfortable. Probably most important is the fact Kim makes herself readily accessible should the need arise and is attentive to the needs of her clientele. In summary, one cannot go wrong taking a week or relaxation renting this or any of her condos.

My family and I stayed at this condo in July of 2020. We were so impressed with the location and easy access to the beach and restaurants. The condo was fully stocked with every kitchen gadget, pots, nice knives, and anything you would need to cook a big meal. The interior furnishings are beautiful and classy. The beds are very comfortable too! We have been renting from Kim for over 10 years and each time she gives us the best service. I’m looking forward to our next beach trip and staying at one of Kim’s condos!

We stayed in 608 and it is a beautiful condo! Updated and decorated beautifully. Well stocked, loved the added beach chair rentals, that is a must!! Our family just loved the island, as it’s not as busy as Destin but has the same beautiful water and sand. The owner is the best owner I have ever worked with and I am almost 60 years old and have traveled a lot in my life!! She is the best!! The balcony is very comfortable and that’s another bonus, most have furniture that’s uncomfortable. We will be back!!

Summer Place 608 was completely redone in 2020 with all new tile, paint, furniture, linens, art work, televisions and more! Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers the most beautiful views in the building from our top floor vantage point. The large, private patio with comfortable seating for all is the ideal place to watch the most beautiful sunsets imaginable! This unit is the perfect vacation home -- high quality beds and linens, a well equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a family meal while watching the emerald waters of the Gulf, smart TVs in every room, and so much more. It's a ''must see'' condo! We're convinced you'll love it!
Our gulf front living room has ample seating for your family/friends with 2 couches and a comfortable chair. You can read or talk while enjoying the ocean views or watch the game or a movie on our new 65 inch HDTV.
The master bedroom has a king bed and perfect views of the water and the sunrise. The room also has a wall mounted SmartTV and a large walk in closet. There's also a private bath with a tub/shower combo and a large vanity with double sinks. Our mattresses and sheets are heavenly!
The second bedroom also features a new king bed with luxurious sheets, a wall mounted SmartTV, and a direct access to the hall bath.
Our third bedroom has bunk beds with a trundle so there's plenty of room for the kids and they have their own wall mounted TV!
Our kitchen has great counter space and is well stocked for cooking. We have stainless steel pots and pans, baking dishes, mixing bowls, cookie sheets and muffin pans and pizza pans, a crock pot and more. The new Keuig coffee maker makes it easy to brew a fresh cup of coffee or tea for mornings on the patio. We've done our best to anticipate your all your needs and most of your wants! Our goal is to have you return to our place again and again.
We have a full sized washer and dryer in our condo and we provide laundry detergent if you'd like to throw in a load of clothes. My motto is always pack light. :)
Summer Place has 2 large, beachfront pools as well as a hot tub. We also have the only beachfront grilling and picnic area on the island. Our wide beaches are the most beautiful you'll find with sugar white sand and views forever.
I'm confident that you'll love your stay in unit 608. We've decorated and furnished it as our home and we take great pride and care in it.
