What a great place- the view was amazing! It was a great size. There were 5 of us, we all had our space (important with teens). It really felt like being at home. Beach service was great. While the next place over, the walk was literally a few steps different. It would have been nice to have salt/pepper and dish soap provided, but- we were aware we would need to bring- so no big deal. (May be Covid related). Cooking was easy- had everything we needed. The view made being in the kitchen even fun. The unit was very quiet. Pool area could get a bit noisy if on the lani, but never heard a thing when inside. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay-thanks for sharing your comfy beach house! Hope we can return!

Summer Place 305 is a beautiful gulf-front unit. It had everything my family needed for a wonderful stay on Okaloosa Island. The views are amazing! The unit was very clean and wonderfully decorated. Everything was great. The only suggestion that I would have would be to use the beach service for Summer Place. The complimentary beach service being next door at Waterscape was a little inconvenient since the beach was much more crowded there than it was in front of Summer Place. Had the beach service been in front of Summer Place then everything about our stay would have been absolutely perfect. My family and I loved the condo, though, and will definitely be planning a return trip next year!

This was the perfect place for our family, including my Mom who has back problems. The place was well equipped, right next to the elevator, and a short walk to the sand. It was very clean and beachy and had plenty of space. We will most definitely be back!!

DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
Summer Place 305 is a beautiful 3 bedroom, third floor, beachfront condominium on Okaloosa Island. This unit in newly furnished with upscale furniture and decor. The private balcony, accessible from both the master bedroom and living room, provides an unbeatable ocean view where dolphins can commonly been seen daily. The Master bedroom has a king bed, large flat screen TV, balcony access, and private bath. The second bedroom has two queen beds and adjoin the second full bathroom, which is also accessible from the hallway. There is a separate bunk room with a TV for kids. The living room can sleep two on a queen sofa bed, and features a large Flat Screen TV. The full kitchen has modern appliances with seating for 10, perfect for dining in.

There are several nearby beachfront restaurants that are within walking distance to Summer Place, and all of Destin's famous attractions are within only a few minutes' drive.
