This is our second time here with many more yearly visits to come! The host is top notch and this condo is absolutely perfect! Everything you need is within blocks! Fully furnished, views to die for and the first floor location is steps from it all!! We have been on many beach vacations and since we found this unit…it is our new go too!

We absolutely loved the location of this unit. It was our second time staying here, but with small children it cannot be beat! The kids loved being able to go out to the pool without any stairs or elevator and we loved being able to be close to the room when they inevitably forgot a toy or something. Speaking of toys, there were tons on the balcony storage! The kiddos loved all of the toys and the Disney DVD’s that were there the day it was a bit rainy. Also, every Wednesday night from Memorial Day to Labor Day - Okaloosa does a firework show! We watched from the pool and could’ve watched from our balcony if we wanted. It was great! All in all, a wonderful week and wonderful trip and we can’t wait to go back. Kim is a great host and has tons of things in her unit that make it truly feel like home away from home. The location for the pool and beach is the best, and there are plenty of restaurants you can even walk to if you decide to! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

My family had the best time in Kim’s condo! The first floor is absolutely the best location!!! Right at the pool, grill and lounge chairs just outside the patio. The beach is so close. Shortest boardwalk with fewest stairs I have seen along the panhandle! The condo is well equipped and very clean. Unloading and reloading the car is a breeze with the parking lot so close to the front door. I will continue to rent from Kim. She is easy to work with. May is a great time to visit - less crowded and beach is perfect.
The location really is ideal with kids! My housekeeper will appreciate that you noticed her work; she takes her job seriously. You are always welcome back!!!

Kim was a gracious host and easy to work with. The condo exceeded our expectations and the location was perfect. We had 4 adults and 1 child under 1 year old. The access to the pool area and the beach were fabulous. Kim keeps the condo well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Just bring your clothes, towels, and swimsuit! The unit was clean and everything was in working order. We plan to come back again.

Where do I begin? So many great things about this condo and especially the host/owner. Kim was quick to reply to emails or texts and was so professional and caring. We have stayed in many condos in Florida but Kim’s is tops with all the extra amenities and supplies. The location on the ground floor cannot be beat. It was so close to everything and within steps to the pool and hot tub. We do like the smaller buildings overall and this definitely met that criteria. The condo itself is very nice and clean and beautifully decorated. It’s very spacious and met all of our needs. The daily beach set up was definitely a plus and appreciated. We never had one issue come up or any negatives during our stay. I can’t wait to come back for our next visit!!

Everything from the hot tub, pools, beach, restaurants..ALL WALKABLE..we never even needed to hop in the car!

We loved this condo. It was very clean and has everything you’d need to stay a week right on the beach. Most condos don’t have much extra items if any at all. Kim supplies extra toilet paper, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, dishwashing tablets, Hans soap for bathrooms, spices for cooking, pool floats and beach toys. The condo balcony walks straight out to the pool which is so convenient… literally a 3 minute walk to the ocean water. The kitchen had every cooking pan and it wail you’d need. It was amazing!! Thank you Kim!

From the first call I made to Kim, until the day I checked out of the condo I was so amazed. Walking in the door of the condo and seeing all that was provided left me in awe. We seriously could of went with just our clothes and been perfectly fine. Kim has everything you need for your stay. There were extra blankets, a huge bean bag chair (which my son loved sleeping on), an air mattress, high chair, pool toys, beach toys, spices, a pantry that had extras in it in case you forgot something at the store, plus much much more! The condo was decorated beautifully and I could live there everyday and be happy. It was great having the condo right night to the pool as well. We didn't have to carry everything we needed for the pool and beach all of the time. Our vacation was perfect! I highly would recommended Kims Condos to anyone.

We just returned from a late Spring Break trip to Summer Place 108 and loved it! We liked how Summer Place was a smaller building because the pool and hot tub area was never very busy. The condo was cutely decorated, super comfy and clean, and had everything we needed from dishes to beach toys. We have lots of little ones, so having the heated pool and hot tub right outside the room was super convenient. The included daily beach setup was a great bonus and made visiting the beach a breeze! We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone, but especially if you have children!

We just returned from Kim’s Summer Place #108 for Spring Break and I can easily say everything was fantastic. We have five children (14,11,7,5,4) and her condo was absolutely PERFECT for our family. The condo was very clean and spacious. Three bedrooms were plenty of space for all of us and with her condo being on the first floor with immediate access to the pool deck it was a complete game changer. We could very easily leave the kids playing in the pool while making lunch or getting some of the other kids getting ready for the evening. Also, with the direct entry door to the condo from the parking lot we really felt like we were just in a private home vs an actual condo, there was no need at all to go into the lobby. Also, the included 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas was a great amenity that literally saved us hundreds of dollars. The usual cost for 2 chairs and an umbrella at any hotel is ~$50 and we had double that for every day of our stay. This was our first stay in FWB, we usually stay in Destin and I can also easily say that FWB is way better than Destin. Every restaurant we went to was a local joint (in walking distance) and the food/atmosphere was wonderful. Needless to say, we will definitely we returning to Kim’s Summer Place condo again!

What an amazing experience. The condo is completely up to date and decorated so perfect for the beach. The spae provided allowed everyone to enjoy their own quiet spaces when needed. The easiness of the pool and beach access are amazing. The first floor is ideal for a family with small children. Such a nice accommodation of having beach service with 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas to accommodate the entire family. The beach toy collection was absolutely amazing for our two small girls. This was the most relaxing Fall Break we have had in a long time. Perfect location to access all the fun in the sun!! The owner was easy to communicate with and made the rental process easy and convenient. We are all ready to head back for another Fall Break in an amazing, relaxing condo!

Welcome to your ideal vacation home! This wonderful 3 bdrm 2 bath condo sleeps 6 - 7 people and is located at Summer Place, one of Okalossa Island's finest properties. With 2 large pools (one heated) and just 53 units there will never be a crowd around the pools or on the beach. There's nothing else like it on the beach!
Families love our 1st floor unit -- just walk directly out to the pool or beach with no stairs or elevators required!! Little ones can play on our large beachfront fenced patio while their parents relax and enjoy the ocean view. Make breakfast in our beautiful and well stocked kitchen and watch dolphin jump in the emerald green waters of the Gulf.
The living area, dining area, kitchen and master bedroom all have great ocean views. We have 2 bedrooms with king beds and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twins (bunkbed). We have Smart TVs in all the bedrooms with HDTV in the living room.
This family friendly unit has a pack and play, high chair, booster seat, stroller, safety rails for the lower bunk, and a baby monitor so that you can sit in the sun by the pool (directly in front of our patio) and listen for your little one during nap time. We also have puzzles, games, and a small video library for adults and kids. Our deck box is full of pool and beach and water toys for the kids to enjoy!
The Summer Place has a huge pool deck with 2 large pools and a jacuzzi complete with a little waterfall. The pool area overlooks the sugar white sand of Florida's most beautiful beach. Because of the zoning controls on Okaloosa Island (no building can be over 60 feet high), we have all the beauty of the Destin beaches but none of the crowds -- to say nothing of the traffic! The Summer Place also has a beachfront BBQ/picnic area with gas grills and a fully equipped exercise facility with a view of the Gulf. We also pay for beach service with 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up for each day of your stay!
Our unit features 9 ft ceilings, 18' ceramic tile throughout, maple cabinets with granite countertops, cultured marble tubs and surrounds as well as marble vanity tops. We have a large laundry room with side by side washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a tv/dvd and the living room has a 45'' HDTV.
