Stayed in unit 302 the end of September. It's a wonderful time to visit the area. Low crowds, beautiful water. Owners are extremely accommodating. Willing to answer any and every question promptly. Condo is nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable. Balcony is huge. Pool is not large but with the condo building not being large and not having alot of being people staying there that was never an issue of feeling crowded in pool. Everything was stocked like described. Everything clean. Great area, great owners, great condo. Would definitely rent from again!

Just got back from this fantastic condo. Location was perfect, 5 minutes back in to Fort Walton, 15 minutes to Destin and best of all NOT CROWDED!! Food choices within a mile were easy to get to and not overly busy. Condo was clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was and island was great for our family. The Balcony had wonderful views of the Gulf with great patio chairs. The convenience store just down the street was great so you didn't have to leave Okaloosa Island. We can't wait to go back to Summerlin 302!

Spent a week in this astonishingly beautiful condo! Very clean and absolute beautiful views from the living room and this place has set the bar very high for future vacations! I also can’t say enough about the owners and how wonderful they were to work with! This isn’t goodbye this is see you soon!

Our stay at this beachside condo was nothing short of fantastic. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the beach and stunning views. The condo itself was impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. There are great restaurants in the area that we highly recommend (Cowhead + steamers) The pool was a highlight; it was well-maintained and provided a fun alternative to the beach. What truly set this rental apart was the exceptional hospitality of the hosts. Their communication was prompt and friendly, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home and more. I can't wait to return!

Loved this condo. The balcony was awesome and the long bar in the kitchen was great. Beds and furniture were comfy. Dark curtains was a plus for keeping the sun out for a late morning sleep but easy to open to let in the sun when wanted. Owners were great and answers all of our questions.

We enjoyed our week at Summerlin. The condo is wonderful; comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, large kitchen, spacious living room and a beautiful view of the ocean. Drew and Ladonna were great hosts. Prompt replies to our messages and very informative. Will definitely rent again!

We have stayed at Summerlin before and love this location. This was the first time to stay in this unit and it was perfect for my little family. It was perfect in the morning for coffee drinking on the deck, easy chair setup and family oriented beach. My granddaughters always found someone their age to play. The ocean was so clear and very little sea weed. Drew was an excellent host and so quick to respond to my numerous questions. We will definitely be back!

Summerlin 302 is a really lovely condo in a great building. We've rented in several building on FWB, and Summerlin is a smaller condo which means the beach set ups are not crowded; neither is the beach itself. We especially enjoyed the view from this unit which is really a 4th floor unit as there's a garage underneath. The garage was especially helpful for loading in the pouring rain. The Gardeners were extremely helpful in getting a personal item back to me - wonderful service! My only suggestion would be to update the pictures (truly faded) and the bedspreads. But really, do they matter when you're on the beach?

The Gardner’s are super host. Answered all my questions promptly and courteously. Love the condo. All updated amenities. Truly the best place to stay. I only have one suggestion, there was vacuum cleaners in the guest bedroom and tiles under the sink in the guest bathroom. This cut down on storage for our items. If these could be moved to a better location, maybe the laundry room. But definitely would stay here again. Thank you Gardner’s for letting us enjoy your condo!

The Summerlin is an intimate, quiet, and beautifully appointed 30-unit condominium that has been voted most attractive building on Okaloosa Island. The Summerlin is situated on 200 feet of snow-white beach in the middle of Okaloosa Island (Fort Walton Beach), a narrow barrier island that affords both Gulf and intercoastal waterway views. This condominium has great 'curb appeal' with lush tropical landscaping.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a newly renovated bathroom. Walk through the sliding doors that take you directly to the balcony which overlooks the sugar-white sand and shimmering emerald and turquoise waters of the Gulf. The master bedroom has a TV.
The guest bedroom has a king bed, and TV.
The fully equipped kitchen has upgraded appliances with granite counter tops.The utilityroom has full size washer and dryer.
The dining area has table and chairs for a seating of 4, and 2 bar stools.
The cozy living room has a sofa bed and two additional chairs, and TV.
Walk out of living room to the large balcony with a tables and 4 chairs.
Heated pool is beachside with restrooms.
