Summerlin Unit #504, Fort Walton Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit. Jano is awesome to work with. She has everything that you could possibly need in the condo while on vacation. She has it beautifully decorated. Throughout the week we kept catching ourselves saying how nice this condo is. Do not hesitate to stay here! It has quickly become our favorite!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Summerlin 504. The condo is spacious and nicely appointed. The kitchen has everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and all bed and bath linens were high quality. The location was wonderful - the beach was not crowded. Jan was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay again!

Summerlin 504 is absolutely beautiful! The pictures do not do this condo justice! Everything was decorated so nice and newly renovated. The condo is very clean, well laid out and the balcony is so relaxing with a perfect view of the beach. This was our first time staying in Fort Walton and we loved it. The beach is so pretty, not overly crowded and the water is beautiful. The complex is smaller and very family friendly, it also has a nice pool. The chair service that is included with the condo made things so easy and convenient. To top things off, Jano is amazing to work with and makes booking so easy. She even checked on us during our stay and made sure we were comfortable. We had the best week in Fort Walton staying at Summerlin 504!

Had a great stay in 504. Entire condo has been updated. Breathtaking view of the gulf from balcony. Great restaurants nearby. We love the area and condo.

This was our first stay in the Fort Walton area. This was one of my favorite condos and community. The condo is gorgeous!!! I was impressed with the cleanliness, decor, amenities, and well all of it. We had a wonderful relaxing week. A very special thank you to our owners. They were so prominent to respond to any questions. I can not wait to return!!!!!!!!!!

We have stayed in JanO’s condo twice now and both times we have been more than happy. She is so sweet and easy to work with. The condo is CLEAN! The amenities are top notch and the view... well you can’t get much better! Did I mention the condo is CLEAN? I have stayed in others that I had to clean upon arrival... not JanO’s condo! It’s our favorite! I can’t wait to come back!!

We LOVE Summerlin 504! Condo is even better than pictures portray. Decorated so nicely and furnished very comfortably. We have been vacationing in the Ft Walton Beach/Destin area for 20+ years. This is our favorite condo in all those years. It is very well stocked. The rental rate is very reasonable for the area and condo quality. The included beach service is a welcome added perk. The beach was not crowded due to the size of resort (only 30 units). We had a wonderful stay. And to top it off, Jan mailed out our deposit refund on the day we left so we received quickly. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We spent February in 504 and had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean, well equipped with everything you could possibly need and the view was spectacular! As a long time vistor to Fort Walton let me say this condo is PERFECT. Location is wonderful, always clean, owners are great,view the best and everything you need is only 5 minutes away. No need to go into Destin unless you want to. This is our third year to stay here and I hope to have a whole lot more. Can't wait till next year.

Summerlin 504 is a great condo. It is decorated beautifully with a classy beach theme. It was very comfortable and roomy. As we walked in the door the first day we could tell immediately that it was very clean. Also this condo is well stocked and has plentiful bath towels. We enjoyed the beach with beach service included. Great experience all the way around. Jan is very easy to work with and we would absolutely rent from her again.

Working with Jan on the rental was an absolute pleasure and just the start of a perfect vacation from the reality of 2020. We arrived and the condo was absolutely spotless and very comfortable feeling. Could not ask for a better location and view. Everything a family could want or need on vacation was there from all the cooking utensils to beach toys for the kids. Only problem we had was wanting to leave.

Unit 504 is a great place to stay. It has all the amenities you need and is always clean. We've been there two years in a row and really like it. Jan is very good to work with. The Sumemrlin is in a great location on the island.

We loved our stay. The condo was well equipped and very clean. The beach was not overly crowded and was really close to the condo. This condo was one of the best we have ever stayed at

Have enjoyed many visits to Summerlin 504. Just visited Sept 14-21, 2019 and cannot wait to visit again. Condo is everything as advertised. We always find it clean and comfortable. Location is quiet and convenient to shopping and dining. Jan is a pleasure to work with. Thank you again, Jan for a wonderful week.

Summerlin 504 is the perfect place to stay on the island. We have been to four different condos here, but this was the finest. Great location and very nice and clean accomodations. Comfortable and ideal setting.

"This is such an easy review to write. Robert & Jan the owners are so pleasant to work with , and talk to when renting their really nice updated condo at the Summerlin. We have rented their condo for quite a few years and hope to continue our visits. It is a well equipped spacious home "away from home". The kitchen has everything you need to prepare any type of meal, if you decide to stay in and cook. . Lots of clean towels are provided for a nice shower after all the sun and sand for a day on the beach. You can't miss the perfect sunrises and sunsets from the balcony."

We have been staying in #504 for 7 years. Amazing Views, beautiful sunsets. Equipped with every comfort of home. Quiet complex which is great for families, tons of parking. Beach side Master and balcony. Newly remodeled bathrooms. Beach side pool. We like to call #504 our home away from home. You can't go wrong with #504. Robert and Jan pay attention to every detail to ensure you vacation is perfect!

We love Fort Walton and this condo is our favorite place to stay! It has every thing a family needs for the perfect vacation. It is nicely furnished and well equipped to fit your needs. The beds and linens are so comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked and the view from the balcony will take your breath away! We love that it is a small complex with only 30 units so you have lots of room on the beach to enjoy that beautiful sand and water. We have made so many wonderful memories here and look forward to making more this summer!

We have been coming to the beach for over 20 years. This condo was one of the best we have ever stayed in. It was smaller, which meant there were not crowds of people. It was very nicely decorated, it had an amazing view, the kitchen was stocked with with everything you would need, the bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on, the master bath was awesome as well, and I could go on and on. The condo was the cleanest one I have ever rented. Too many great things to list! The owners were very accommodating.
