Summerlin 605 , Have stayed there many times , Also stayed in 603 , These Units are the best we have found in Ft.Walton , Everything is always clean and very well decorated , With this Condo you get Beach Chairs and Umbrella from March till end of October Which is a plus ! Working with the Gardner Brothers has always been 1st Class , Never an issue . Recommend anyone coming to Ft. Walton check out 603 & 605 Summerlin

Summerlin is one of the best rental places on Okaloosa Island and #605 has to be a best condo in Summerlin. It's kept up, well decorated, comfortable, has everything you need. And the price was great. A big plus is a walk-in shower in the master bath and a tub-shower in the smaller bath, in case your kids don't like a shower. I've never booked a rental as easily as I did this one. The owners were prompt in responding to questions and were very helpful in walking me through the rental process (it was so simple that I was a tad stumped at first,) I hope this is where we can stay when we return to Okaloosa Island.

Summerlin was booked “site unseen” and we have been coming back to 605 every year. We love being on the top floor and the end condo. It’s a lovely, well appointed, nicely decorated and very clean condo. The owners are simply wonderful people and will respond quickly, if the need arises. I can’t say enough positive things about the condo and the owners. We are here for two months and call this place our home in Florida. Simply stated, this condo is the best!

Summerlin 605 is one of the best condos on the beach! Owners are friendly and responsive. We have been coming to Ft. Walton Beach for many years and by far our favorite condo is Summerlin 605. The Condo is well appointed and always very clean. Thanks for another excellent week on the beach!

Summerlin is a great place to stay. This unit has everything you need and more! The owners are amazing to work with. Bring an extra umbrella bc you dont want to leave the beach until sunset!! Tip the beach service workers bc they take great care of you as well. Can’t wait to come back.

We have stayed in 605 for several years and cannot say enough good things about the condo and amenities and also the owners. They are easy to reach, available to answer questions and you can just tell they take pride in their units. We love the gulf coast and as soon as we found The Summerlin and The Gardners we knew we didn’t need to look anywhere else! We have expanded this vacation to include both my family and my husbands family and we all just have the best time. It’s the perfect wrap up to the summer. I encourage and recommend everyone to check out this condo (or any others that are owned by the Gardners) because you will not be disappointed. They have thought of everything to make vacation a relaxing experience! We look forward to returning for years to come!

Our stay wasn’t long enough, but it was so nice to get away for three days to Summerlin 605. I only have good things to say about this condo! It is a quiet, clean, comfortable, homey condo, that the owners give extra attention to. They checked on us to be sure all our needs were taken care of and made sure we knew we could contact them if anything came up. I’ve stayed in numerous condos throughout the years, and this one had everything you could ask for, even including a higher quality toilet paper. I made the comment to my sister-in-law that everything in this condo “worked”. (Those of you that have stayed in condos where the ice maker or kitchen appliances don’t work know what I’m talking about.) Summerlin 605 is one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in and hopefully we’ll get the opportunity to return.

What a great place! Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. It was cute, clean and had everything we could possibly need. The view was beautiful. We woke up every morning to have coffee on the balcony and watch the dolphins and sting rays play! We were able to vacation with our entire family as we rented 605, 604 and 603. Thank you for letting us make wonderful memories together. We have already booked again for next year!

We travel to Okaloosa every Summer and this condo was one of the best. We were certainly faced with some obstacles in deciding if we should travel during this time. Dale answered every question we had and put our minds at ease. The condo was very clean and well decorated. We did not go out much while there but we had everything we needed. The was a great condo. Enjoyed the open layout floor plan. Great views from the six floor. End unit which was nice and quiet. Nice large shower. Enjoyed having garage parking. Mrs. Gardner was great to work with. Would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Summerlin #605. Very comfortable, well kept and clean. Beautiful view of the gulf and nice to have available beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys, floating items. Would highly recommend this property. Owners and the management were very helpful and attentive.

This Condo we stayed in May 2020 is simply the best Condo we have found in Florida . The Beaches had just opened back up since the Virus had hit us all , And working with Bobby and Dale made the rental process as easy as possible . The Condo was well stocked with everything I mean everything that we needed for our week stay , And it was the cleanest Condo we have ever stayed in , Which was very important to Us in the world we live in now . The Summerlin is an intimate, quiet, and beautifully-appointed, 30-unit condominium that has been voted most attractive building on Okaloosa Island. The Summerlin is situated on 200 feet of snow-white beach in the middle of Okaloosa Island (Fort Walton Beach), a narrow barrier island that affords both Gulf and intercoastal waterway views.
This beautifully decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath unit sleeps six.The master bedroom has a king size bed with a newly renovated bathroom. The sliding doors take you directly to the balcony. The extra large balcony overlooks the sugar-white sand and shimmering emerald and turquoise waters of the Gulf. The master bedroom has a TV mounted on the wall.
The guest bedroom has a king bed with a smart TV mounted on the wall.
The fully equipped kitchen has upgraded appliances with granite counter tops.The large utilityroom has full size washer and dryer.
The dining area has table and chairs for a seating of 6.

Okaloosa Island is a three-mile strip of beach sandwiched between federally-protected land (beaches) that will never be developed. Okaloosa Island is only six miles from Destin, but without the crowds and traffic of Destin, largely due to its limited size and a height limitation (seven stories - no high rises here).
