SUMMERLIN 501 DIRECT GULF FRONT!, Fort Walton Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This is a Beautiful Condo with Beautiful Views! We had everything we needed for during our stay. The Master bedroom has a sliding door that goes to the Gulf Front Balcony, we slept with this door open and the screen closed and went to sleep to the sounds of the waves lapping on the shore. Had the perfect view of the sunrise and an Awesome view of the Sunset right from the balcony. My husband is handicap and uses a walker, the condo was easy for him to maneuver and the one bathroom had a walk in shower which was great for him. The owners were easy to work with and answered any questions we had. We would stay here again in the future. Thank you for a beautiful vacation.

My husband and two boys stayed in 501. We loved it. It was well stocked, had anything we needed. It was very clean and has amazing views. You can see stunning views of the ocean from the master bedroom, kitchen, and living area. It is an excellent location for a family. All guests were courteous, it wasn’t loud or obnoxious at night as some condos are. The beach area was never overcrowded. The chairs were placed perfectly. Even if you get down to the beach a little later you can still get a good spot. The unit is well decorated. I love the beachy decor. I highly recommend. The owner is courteous and responds quickly.

We’ve stayed in a lot of condos all over the south and I can’t think of a better value than this unit. Instead of noticing negatives as the week went on, we kept finding new things to like. The condo is decorated and appointed as you’d expect to find in a private residence. It’s beautiful, purposeful and consistent throughout. It’s also professionally maintained - everything works. It has everything you need, and mostly everything you didn’t realize you needed. Looks good in pics - looks great in person. The building is in a great location on the island. It’s quiet, but not too quiet. And the unit is us a perfect location within the building. Located on the eastern edge of the 5th floor (6 if you count garage) of building gives you the added bonus of a balcony that is open on 2 sides. You’re high enough to get fantastic views, low enough to feel like you’re on the beach. Enhanced views while sitting, and breeze from any direction. The owners also provide a reserved covered parking space on the eastern edge of the ground level garage, which is right next to the private boardwalk access to the beach. No need to haul your beach gear (and sand) back and forth from the condo - just store it in or in front of your vehicle. Which brings up another feature - the place is secure. We never saw anyone in or around the property who were not staying there. Owners also include beach service - 2 loungers and umbrella that are set up each morning. Just walk out and claim one, always more than enough for all guests. And they have 2 beach chairs and various beach toys in the condo. And finally, the owners David and Nancy. Seamless, simple transaction and very quick to reply by text. Even gave us advice for a last minute condo for our friends. Thanks for a fantastic week.

We look forward to our yearly trip to Florida! Being retired we have stayed in many areas and this is our perfect place. Amazing sunsets from the balcony,beautiful setup in this condo, with large living areas , very nice furnishings. Close to shopping, restaurants and other fun attractions.

You won’t find a nicer condo! Clean, beautiful happy decor, and a it’s a corner unit! You have the nicest view of Okaloosa island’s white sandy beach all the the way to the pier. I’m going again & again & again!

Beautiful, clean condo with updated modern furniture. Perfect place for a family getaway to the beach. Views are amazing, the beach is gorgeous. Plenty of space for my family of 4 to enjoy. Lots of kids activities and things to do all close by. Great rental!

The view is to die for! Pictures online were good but in reality the place feels like home but way better. Had all the amenities I could want on my trip. There's lots of condos with beach access and amenities. This one definitely had something special. Definitely going to come back!

Spectacular view of the beach from the large balcony, master bedroom & living area. This condo is bright & beautifully decorated with plenty of room to entertain & enjoy our stay. Large kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances & plenty of cookware for our needs. Bedrooms are colorful & beds are very comfortable. The living room provides a great view of the water & the pool. This unit provided all that we needed for our family. Beach chairs & umbrella were set up for us daily & plenty of parking too. The owners put extra effort into accommodating our needs. We loved it& will be back every year! Can’t wait to see the updates!
