Tiki Beach 33 directly on the Beach. WOW!, Fort Walton Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This is our second time staying at Tiki Beach, the first time for Unit 33. It is the perfect location: you are right on the beach, but you don't have to deal with tons of people in a hotel or a large condo. You have a private area of the beach with fewer people. The unit is beautiful and well-equipped.

We have rented Tiki 33 several times over recent years, and every stay is better than the last. Diane is super accommodating, and the unit has absolutely everything you need for your stay, with a casual, coastal vibe. Views from the balcony are stunning, from sunrise to sunset, and you can even see fireworks once a week during the summer months. Shopping and restaurants are close by, and Diane can provide you with a list of 'things to do" in the area. One of the best things about this unit is that it's a smaller building, so the beach area is never crowded, as it is with the larger complexes. Every year I look forward to staying at this little slice of heaven - already looking forward to next year's visit!

My best friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tiki 33! A wonderfully decorated and well stocked condo. We were very comfortable and felt right at home. Of course, the location is fantastic as well, with gorgeous ocean view and quick access to the beach. Diane is a very accommodating and kind host! We hope to be back again another time.

We had a great time on our vacation!!! Tiki Beach 33 is so beautiful. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable!!! The sunsets were amazing from the balcony. Diane is so easy to work with and that made everything come together for the perfect vacation!!! We will definitely be back here next year. Tiki Beach is so convenient to everything we love on Okaloosa Island!!!!

Look no further! This is the place to rent!! We have rented for the last three years and each time was perfect! Located directly on the beach, the private access ensures the area in front of the condo is never crowded. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also provided. This perfect location is close to restaurants and grocery. The fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer are great perks. Spectacular views from the private balcony as well as inside the unit. Diane, a delight to work with, offers great support and is helpful in providing local information. Completely renovated, always clean and quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Tiki Beach 33. The condo was absolutely beautiful The views were spectacular. The pictures of the property were great but truly did not do it justice. It was easily accessible to everything we love in the Okaloosa and Ft Walton area. Diane Botting our rental agent was amazing. She made everything a truly great experience. I highly recommend this property and Diane to make a vacation as wonderful as our time that we spent at Tiki Beach 33!!!! Loved it!!!!

Diane’s 3 rd floor unit was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen was fully stocked if you decide to cook. The views are breath taking , hearing the ocean put us both to sleep for the evening! Beach chairs and umbrellas was a nice touch ! We definitely would rent from Diane again

We stayed in Tiki 33 the last week of March 20 22, it was absolutely beautiful,clean,perfect location and the host Diane was awesome!! Already planning on coming back March 23!!!

Stayed at Tiki Beach 33 the end of March, the unit was amazing, clean, right on the beach and a great location to everything! We will be traveling back next March and we will definitely be staying here!! Diane the host was awesome, any questions or concerned handled it rapidly!!

We have stayed at several rentals in Florida and my husband and I both agree that is one of the best. The unit is decorated with lots of little touches to make it seem homey. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. It was super clean and the view was amazing. Diane was very easy to work with and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

We have rented through Diane several times and have never had a single issue! The condos are always clean and we usually check in early. Being so close to the beach, an amazing view, everything you could possibly need is already there! Pack clothes and food and you're set for a week in secluded paradise! Thanks again Diane!

This was our second stay in this complex but first in this unit. It was furnished nicely, comfy master and the twin in the Living Room was perfect for our group. We think Stewby’s (Nearby)is a jewel of a restaurant, Publix is just a short drive away and delivery is always an option. Diane is very easy to work with. You cannot find a complex closer to the beach. We will definitely be back.

I have been renting from Diane for 4 years now and have stayed in all 3 of her units for a total of 8 times. She is always a delight to work with and very responsive. The units are always very clean and the view is spectacular! I truly look forward to these trips every year! I also cook in the units for most of the meals that myself and others in the party eat and the kitchen is well stocked, the location to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores is perfect and the trip is always well worth it! I cannot say enough positive things about Tiki Beach and Diane. I often refer others to her condos as it's so convenient and she's so easy to work with! Can't wait for trips in 2022!

Cleaned the heck out of the place before we left, still got a letter saying “left it a mess”. Have a video to prove it wasn’t a “mess”. But guess she needs the $200 more than us! Be careful!

There is alway another side to the story. This is a 1 bedroom condo, 750 sq feet. I rented my unit to 2 adults, 2 children. I was called by my association, informing me there were 9 people staying in my unit and they sent me photos, with 9 people staying at the unit. These people broke their contract when they brought an extra 5 people to my one bedroom condo.

Our first time ever to visit florida and we were not disappointed! The condo was so adorable, very clean, and diane was awesome to work with. She responded quickly to every question. We definitely plan to come back!

Great location away from all the busy busy. Beach front is all yours, locked gate allows privacy. The views from the porch are just amazing, watch and listen to the waves from sunrise to sunset. Our stay was great but wish we had more time to explore more of the area. I guess we’ll be back.

This was our first time to the area. Beautiful condo with all the amenities you need for a great stay. VERY clean! Great location! Diane was very accommodating. Small condo complex, quiet, decorated in a soothing coastal vibe. The beaches are gorgeous! We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

This was our second time to stay at Tiki Beach. The first time was in a different unit and we had a amazing trip. This time was no different and we weren't disappointed at all!! We absolutely LOVE how low density it is and the location!! You are so close to everything. We had a very minor issue upon arrival and Diane was so quick to respond and get it resolved!! This was our laziest and best vacation yet!! We will be back!!! Thank you for sharing this special place this us!!!

Our family had the best time at Tiki 33. Location was perfectly located on the beautiful beaches of Ft Walton just minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. The unit was stocked with anything and everything you could think of possibly needing. We will definitely be back! My only suggestions would be to update the tv in the bedroom and putting a locking door handle on the bedroom otherwise everything was perfect and Dianne was great! The beach chairs and umbrellas were also added plus!!!

We stayed as a last minute add on to a trip with a larger group in a nearby condo. The location and proximity to the beach were ideal for us. The unit was clean, comfortable, updated, and beachy. We look forward to a return visit soon!

I wish I had the ability to give Tiki #33 a 6 Star rating! The New remodel and upgrades were wonderful! The condo itself had all the amenities that you could possibly need. The view from the balcony were Amazing and the balcony chairs were very comfortable. The private beach access was a great perk and because of that private beach access we never were crowded at the beach dirctly in front of our condo. Tiki Beach #33 even provides beach chairs and a beach umbrella for the guests. After a long day at the beach my family loved just going back and relaxing in this VERY confortable condo. Diane was great to work with in all regards and went the extra mile to make sure that our vacation was a success. If I am ever going to be back in the Fort Walton beach area I am staying at Tiki Beach #33!

We have been to Diane's tiki condos 3 times and all times have been WONDERFUL!! The view is amazing and the condo is so comfortable. Truly a home away from home. We will continue to come and stay here as much as we can. So much fun and so relaxing to just watch the water from the beach or the balcony
