Tiki Beach is a wonderful beach front unit directly on the beach, 2nd floor. There is only 9 units in this building. Beach access is just 1 mins walk. To book I need to email you a contract. I take personal checks & pay pal. I also will consider a small pet. We only take 1 pet if approved.

Tiki 22 is a beautiful place to stay. Clean and well furnished. Balcony right on the beach. Our stay could not have been more pleasant with no surprises. The owner is very helpful.

Stayed in Tiki 22 for second time. Great view through the sea oats as storm approached. Booked our usual beach chairs with the Turtle Walk beach guys. Condo has everything you need. As usual manager Diane helped with everything we needed. Love all 3 of the Tiki condos -22,32,33- that she manages. Will be back in 22 in September.

We booked with Diane for our one week kid free vacation and had the best time ever! It was perfect! We will definitely make this our go to once or twice a year. Everything you can possibly need is there, the distance from the beach is amazing, the view from the balcony doesn't get any better and our fur baby got to join us! We have rented Tiki 22 repeatedly over the years and have been pleased with the accomodations. At a previous stay we noted a few issues with the unit and were delighted to see those issues were corrected on our most recent visit. What a great unit right on the beach. It’s so cozy and private. The view is amazing. The Tiki is so clean with lovely decor. It holds everything you would have at home. Diane is such a pleasure to communicate with. My daughter is batting cancer and I couldn’t have found a better place for her to have some R & R. She was so happy to just sit on the balcony and listen to the waves as well as watch the school of dolphins that came by. On our last evening we enjoyed a fireworks display one of the hotels put on. She thanked me 100 times during our stay for finding this location! Will definitely go back for a longer stay. Thank you Diane.

First stay at Tiki 22 after staying at 32 and 33. Loved this one just as much. Best equipped kitchen you can imagine. Great king size bed and closet full of chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. Will stay here again

Tiki Beach #22 was a wonderful unit with a breathtaking view. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities that you could possibly need. I loved the convenience that beach chairs and umbrellas were provided for the unit. The unit itself was very comfortable. The private beach access was also a great perk for renting this unit. Lastly, I can't thank Diane enough for working with us on our unique scheduling situation and how she certainly went the extra mile to make our vacation a huge success!! Highly Recommend Tiki Beach Unit #22!

To start with Diane is amazing to deal with . She sends you information on the area so if it’s your first time there you already have a idea of things you may want to do. The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully , with anything you need to prepare your meals. The sound of the gulf waters can be heard sitting on the couch or you can step out on the deck and enjoy the amazing view of the beach and the beautiful water rolling up on the sand. At night we would sit outside and watch flashlights dance across the sand and listen to children giggling as their families would walk the beach trying to catch the tiny little crabs that would come out at night which I would like to add are tiny and harmless but to a child is very exciting. I’m not trying to sound like a hallmark moment but if your day to day life has gotten to you and your looking for a place to relax or just want to treat your family to a great vacation spot . Then tiki beach unit 22 is the place you need to check out.

A prefect little get away. The Tiki Beach Unit #22 was quaint and quiet even during 4th of July Holiday. Sit on the balcony and see the beauty of the gulf and in the morning you will see pods of dolphins catching fish in the schools that form off the shore. Diane was easy to work with and very accommodating. We really enjoyed it.

My husband and I have been to beaches all over the US (including Hawaii) and Mexico and we've yet to find a more PERFECT place than Tiki Beach 22. It's our dream place, a place we love to celebrate everything special and all days included. It's beautiful, perfect and we couldn't ask for more. What a nice, well equipped, clean, cozy, condo! I have never stayed somewhere that was so close to the beach. You could hear the waves crashing and my girls giggling from the balcony, and living room:) It was cool enough in April to leave the balcony door open and the balcony door even had a screen! We loved our mini beach vacay and plan to take another one soon. Thank you Diane for sharing !!

The condo is beautiful............love the pastels &"beachy" decor. Very clean & well stocked. View of the gulf is stunning! Wish we had had a little sun to go with it. Nothing like preparing meals & looking right at the surf. Dianne very helpful with tips & suggestions about things to do in the area. Responded quickly to any questions/concerns. We really enjoyed the condo. Laying on the couch & listening to the surf, now that's living! Thanks Dianne for everything

Tiki Beach is our absolute favorite place to stay in Fort Walton Beach. It is a quiet building perfectly situated on the beach. The condo is charming, neat, and clean and located near several eateries, bars, and pubs. The owner, Diane, is easy to work with and responds to messages very quickly. Her condos are the first place we check when we are coming to the island.
