The open concept living space allows you to be in the kitchen or the living room and enjoy each other’s company. The condo has all new flooring and updated furniture to allow you to relax in ease. The large 70” Smart TV will allow you to continue to watch your favorite streaming shows from home or a football game. The owner has provided some board games and playing cards as well for some fun family activities. The living room sofa folds out to a Queen sofa sleeper. The adjacent dining space has a seating for 6 and there is additional seating at the bar. The kitchen has all new stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and dishes needed to cook up a meal before heading to the complex pool or the short walk to the public beach. The kitchen also has a Keurig and an air fryer oven.

The guest bedroom features 2 double beds and a flat screen TV. The bathroom offers a combination tub/shower.

The second-floor balcony overlooks the Venus complex including the large complex pool.
