It looks exactly as pictured! Had everything we needed for the week. The beach and pool toys in the closet were a huge hit with my son. It was nice to have enough room (and bathrooms) for everyone!

Enjoyed the condo- it was spacious and the location on the 3rd floor with the parking garage right there was great. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Appreciated the beach chairs and beach toys. Condo was pretty clean- some of the tiles in hallway were broken or loose, but overall no complaints!

This was the nicest condo we have stayed at. Place was clean! Beds were comfortable! Very spacious! Parking garage was nice. Small spots, but that has nothing to do with the condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival there were no surprises compared to the photos online. There were 6 of us and the space never felt crowded. The location to the beach is amazing as well as the view from the balcony. The balcony is not very large but perfect for 2 or 3 people to enjoy together. Parking on the 3rd floor is ideal especially if you are unpacking or packing a car. Small amenities were greatly appreciated (coffee filters, sugar packets, extra beach towels, extra beach chairs, shampoo, plenty of bath towels) all contributed to a great stay. The only minor complaint is the condo could have been cleaner, nothing major but sand was not only on the floor but kitchen table, coffee table and countertops. Over all it was a perfect week and we would definitely stay again!!

Waters Edge 317- 3 bd/3 ba plus hallway bunks on Gulf, sleeps 10
Beach service, which includes two chairs and an umbrella, in season (March 1-October 31). There are two additional chairs in the unit.
The spacious living and dining area has plenty of seating and boasts amazing views of the beach and water. There is a 55" TV and Blu-ray/DVD player for your enjoyment.
The balcony offers a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. Morning coffee or evening meals can be enjoyed outdoors in one of the four chairs available.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. The large pantry provides plenty of space for your food, snacks, beach towels, etc. Don't feel like cooking...the condo is located close to Stewby's, A.J.'s, Old Bay Steamer, and The Gulf restaurants. There is also a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. WIFI is included in the unit.
The Master Bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and balcony access, as well as an attached bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower which is wheelchair accessible, a jacuzzi tub, two sinks, and a walk in closet. The bedroom also has a 40" LG TV and Blu-ray/DVD player.
The second bedroom has a king sized bed, large closet, and a 40" LG TV and Blu-ray/DVD player. It is conveniently located adjacent to the hall bathroom.
The third bedroom has a queen sized bed, plenty of closet space, and a 32" LG TV. This bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand up shower.
The hallway bunk area is perfect for young children or teenagers. The bunks are located across the hallway from the bathroom that has a full sized tub/shower and a spacious area for getting ready. The bunk area has lights for reading and space below to store suitcases. The sleeper sofa in the living area provides room for two guests.
Two parking passes are available during your stay. There is a 4 level parking deck, which allows for three levels to be covered from weather. The condo is conveniently located on the third floor which offers a covered walk from your vehicle to the condo door.
One of the pools is heated seasonally.

Weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) are preferred. We will consider shorter lengths when they are close to the arrival date.
