Well kept condo in a great spot, overlooking the beach and pool. Very convenient to the ample, white sand beach. Parking garage as never an issue as there was plenty available. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We have vacationed in Okaloosa Island for over 15 years and always at the same place. This was our first time to stay at Water's Edge and couldn't have been happier. The room was spacious enough for the 3 of us and loved the fact that we were on the 3rd floor and you could park on the 3rd floor of the parking deck. Made getting in and out a breeze. Also very easy to get down to pool and beach. Grounds were clean and all of the staff we encountered were very nice. Beach chair service was excellent also.

The condo is great!! EVERYTHING you could need or want is included in the kitchen. The balcony is spacious and has great views of the gulf and dolphins playing daily. The parking garage is a huge perk! I had an issue with the bedroom tv and it was quickly fixed by Michelle! Then, forgot an item of clothing in the dryer and, again, Michelle to the rescue!! The items is being shipped to me. If there is a downside to the condo, it's the noisy walkway right outside the bedroom window. No fault of the management or owner, and if you're sleepy enough, it's not that much of an issue. Thanks for a great vacation!! I'll be back!!

Waters Edge Resort, unit 306 is a beautiful beachfront, full 1 bedroom condo with an ocean view. The private balcony of Waters Edge Resort, unit 306 faces the ocean (Gulf of Mexico) and has a direct view of the magnificent pool deck. Waters Edge Resort, unit 306 comes complete with hallway bunk beds, a full kitchen, 2 bath, living and dining area, pullout sleeper sofa, Cable TV, WiFi, and much more.
The bedroom is decorated with the comforts of the guests in mind. It has a comfortable queen size bed, and an updated flat screen television. The private master bath is located off of this bedroom as well.
There is a bunk area in the main hall with individual lighting for each bunk level. You will also find that the full hall bath is located just steps away from the bunk area. A sofa sleeper in the living room can be accessed to accommodate 2 additional guests.
Our kitchen is fully stocked, and can cater to a four course meal or a quick afternoon snack. We have truly kept the guests and their families in mind. Additionally, while preparing your meals you can gaze out and enjoy the back drop of the beach, or listen to waves.
The living room has plenty of seating, as well as being able to view the beach from the couch. There is a sliding glass door that opens into the balcony, where you can watch your kids at the pool, or simply sit and just enjoy the beautiful beaches.
Though Destin and its many attractions are only a short drive away, this stretch of Powder White Beach is much more Private. You will enjoy your space in the sand without all of the crowds and noise.
