B203-Front Row Beach View, Fort Walton Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We just left from our family vacation and fell in LOVE with Waterscape! We rented 2 units- B314 and B203. Danicas units were not only pristine, but also well decorated, and made you feel at home! All the kids loved the pool floats, and sand toys that were available to play with during our stay. And the mommas loved the wagons that were available for us to use to carry kids, and their gear! We look forward to returning next year.

My family and I visited waterscape and rented with Danica. The rooms were very clean and updated. She also provides a ton of extras including beach toys, wagon, umbrellas and chairs. She also made it super easy to pay for rentals and refunded deposit promptly. She recommended several restaurants that were great. We were beyond pleased with B203. The balcony was used many times for pictures. The background is palm trees, sand dunes, and the beach. We enjoyed the beds so much my husband is wanting to purchase one. It was very spacious and clean.

My hubby and I took both of our moms and met up with our two older kids and their families for a wonderful extended weekend together at the beach. We rented two condos from Danica and were SO thrilled at how they were perfectly stocked with everything we could ever need for a great time there!! The condos were beautiful and very clean! They had comfy beds and furniture, nice appliances and kitchen essentials, also, very nice extras like beach chairs (nice ones-not just cheap junkie ones), umbrellas, floats and extras for the beach, including a nice beach wagon, etc. We have been taking our kids several times a year to the beach every since they were born (33 Yrs ago) and this place is our favorite now!! The condo was great and the complex was just as great!! There are so many activities n fun for the lil ones, beautiful pools, many wonderful amenities and a beautiful beach and scenery!! It has gone to our top favorite over our old favorite, the Turquoise condo complex! I highly recommend this condo, complex and probably any unit that Danica has to offer, as she is great to work with and has such wonderful attention to details and customer service. We had a wonderful time with many great memories to cherish and appreciate Danica and her wonderful condos for helping it all turn out fun and perfect!!

We had a fantastic time at Waterscape and the condo was perfect for our group of 6. It was very spacious, clean, and fully stocked. The gulf view was beautiful and the condo location was great. It was easy to get to the pool and beach. Danica was great to work with. Excellent communication throughout the entire process from start to finish. Highly recommend. Our family will be back.

Awesome view & beautiful condo!!! Lazy river & zero entry pool with waterfall make it a great resort!! We stayed in B203. Danica is awesome!! Very responsive & came to help us with a minor issue. Can't wait to go back!!

We just completed our seventh trip to Waterscape but better yet our first rental with Danica. She has done such a great job in decorating the many units that she handles. We were in B203 which had the most perfect view of the ocean. She offers so many extras like pick up and drop off at the airport. It was a wonderful week with the grandkids and celebrated our little ones first birthday.

Second year staying with Danica, was wonderful!! We will be back!!!

This was our 4th time at the waterscape and staying in one of Danica's units. We booked for next year as we were driving home. Her condos are 100% perfect. So clean, and fully loaded. She makes vacationing with 4 kids as easy as possible! See you next year!!

We had a great stay - the beach was close with beautiful sand and clear water. And the place was great - beautiful view, beautifully decorated, and several nice touches - the iPod with beach playlist was definitely a nice touch - as were the wagon to use and the monogrammed sand buckets with our kids names. We’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

We had such a wonderful experience ! Our condo exceeded every expectation. It wonderful that it was perfectly stocked with everything needed for the beach, which made traveling/packing so much easier. Overall was very clean & had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place!

We recently had planned our second trip with Waterscape Rentals by Owner, unfortunately our flight to Ft. Walton was canceled shortly before departure, due to weather. Unable to find a comparable flight or driving option, we decided to cancel our stay 😞. The owner, Danica, had our week long stay rebooked in less than 24hrs and refunded us!! You will not find a better owner to rent from (we have rented from two other owners at Waterscape). With that said, we can not wait for our third stay with Waterscape Rentals by Owner!!

We stayed in room B203, and couldn't have been happier. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony and the room was in excellent shape. The room had a modern beach vibe, which I appreciated very much and included easy access to the beach. Had everything we needed, although we bring our own beach chairs, etc. Somebody without their own equipment wouldn't need to take trip to a beach store because the room had everything! TVs worked well, beds were comfy, and all amenities were great. We stay at waterscape every year, and so far have not been disappointed. However, this room was one of my favorites.

We stayed at B203. The beach view is amazing and peaceful! The pool areas and beach are just down the elevator and out the door! Literally minutes from the room. The beach service was nice to have! They were all so nice and went over the top to make sure everyone was having a good time! B203 is an updated and very clean place! The bathrooms are huge, beds are comfortable, plus the kids loved the bunk room! We flew and did not rent a car and there was so much to do in walking distance! This is by far our favorite family trip we have taken so far! We can not wait to come back!

We have been vacationing on 30A the last couple of years, but came to Waterscape last minute during Spring Break this year. This vacation by far blew every other beach trip out of the water (even the teenagers agreed). Danica has literally thought of every detail!!!! From sharing a service that can have your groceries waiting for you to letting you in on tips and tricks for the resort to make the best of the vacation. Every amenity was available. The beach crew was phenomenal in getting everything set up! I can’t say enough about this trip and how well Danica maintains her rentals.

We just returned from our first stay at Waterscape Rentals by Owner. We took our 8 year old grandson during his Spring break…this was his 1st time to see the ocean. What an AMAZING experience! Danica provides above & beyond customer service from initial contact to make reservations, throughout the stay, and checkout. We stayed in condo B203…the ocean view was breathtaking & the condo was perfect. If you have children, you will never need to leave the resort…our grandson loved it…from the Lazy River to the Lily Pad Rope Course & the various pools…he could not get enough. The bunk beds with his own TV were a big hit too. By the time we left, we felt like we’d made a new friend … Danica is a gracious & kind host! 5 Stars is not a high enough rating!

Loved this condo! Had everything we needed and more. Location was perfect in building B. We could go back and forth from the beach so easily. Will stay here again!

We had the best time. Danica really rolls out the red carpet for you. We arrived and fun, beach music was playing on the iPod. Each television has kid friendly options. The condo had a wonderful view. She was easy to reach via text and provided any and everything we needed. She offers all the extras like grocery shopping. I can't say enough nice things about her and we would definitely rent from her the next time we come back.

We booked B203 directly with Danica. The condo is spectacular with a close up gulf view. Watch beautiful sunsets from your balcony. Danica is really great to deal with and she takes the time to make sure you are well taken care of. Her condos are clean and well stocked. Danica is very prompt in responding to any question or needs. No doubt in my mind, I would recommend booking with Danica.

Everything was so easy and Danica was very pleasant to work with. The resort was great for little kids, especially the heated pool in March. The room B203 was conveniently located to the pool and beach, making to easy to walk back for forgotten items or a quick snack/drink.

Every visit to the beach is a wonderful thing...but staying in one of Danica's condos at Waterscape on Okaloosa Island is the icing and cherry on top!! Danica is a caring and confident owner/property manager and she will make sure your time spent at the beach is a pleasure, rain or shine!!

My wife, daughter and I stayed at B203 and it was great! Danica was very accommodating and responsive. B203 has been recently renovated, and also has a great beachside view.

Perfect place for a getaway with friends or family! Huge pools (1 heated for the brave folks), steps from the beach, gym on-site, condo was comfortable with lots of space and all the necessities!! Restaurants are within walking distance. You will love staying here!!

We planned a last blast of summer getaway before school started back, and it was every bit of a blast! The kids had so much fun with all of the amenities at the resort. Danica was an amazing hostess, as she was super helpful and very accommodating in every way imaginable. We look forward to vacationing at Waterscape through Danica again for many summers to come!
