We had such a wonderful trip! From the moment we arrived throughout our stay it was phenomenal. The condo was top notch clean and stocked with essentials. Danica is such delight to work with. She had great tips on dining as well as thrift store suggestions. We enjoyed our trip to Crab Island. Make sure you get on the water!

First time stay at Waterscape and already booked for next year! Stayed in C405, which was exactly as advertised. Great view, very clean! The condo was in excellent condition, felt like home. Danica was phenomenal! We appreciated her responsiveness, attention to detail, friendliness, and how easy she made the rental process for us. Waterscape also exceeded expectations. Well-tended, friendly staff, felt very safe walking around the grounds. Parking garage was conveniently close to the condo entrance. Due to the cool weather, we didn’t try the heated pool. White, sandy beach was beautiful and uncrowded.

Spent a little over two weeks in C-405. Danica made the rental process very easy for me. She was even able to let me change my arrival date to 4 days earlier than originally planned. The condo was great. Very clean with all the amenities of home. I especially liked having all the light switches and kitchen cabinets labeled so I knew which switch turned on which lights and where items belonged. It was a great experience. I wish I could leave higher than a 5 for the rating because Danica and her condo's deserve a rating of beyond amazing! We were able to pack up and go on vacation last minute and it was awesome! The weather was perfect, the resort was fantastic, the condo was breathtaking, and meeting Danica was the cherry on top. Not only is the resort so convenient to many places to eat and activities, the staff is beyond friendly and personable and the rooms will make you never want to leave. We had an amazing view and ate breakfast every morning on the patio. The condo's have everything you need to make you feel right at home! Grills and cookware along with washers and dryers in the units! We had the BEST vacation and will continue to book with Danica.

Danica is very detail oriented which took away a lot of the stress that can come with going on vacation! The condo was beautiful, clean, and came stocked with everything we needed. My kids especially loved the lazy river and lily pads in the pool. They have already asked to come back!

We stayed in condo C405 and not only was it a beautiful condo inside with plenty of room for 6 of us but the view from that room of the pools and grounds is beautiful too. Danica made our vacation there so easy. She took care of our grocery shopping so our fridge was full when we arrived. She makes staying in one of her condos feel like you're staying with a friend.

I would highly recommend Waterscape Resort in Fort Walton beach!! We stayed in room C405. The owner, Danica, has a very classy condo. The beds were super comfortable, along with the couch and chair in the living area. She has a wonderful balcony with a beautiful patio set. There are 3 levels of pools. One for toddlers, another for kids and still another for older children and adults. I just can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. You will need to see it yourself! So make a reservation and start having FUN!!☀ï¸ðŸ–ï¸ðŸš

Mrs. Danica always makes sure everything is perfect upon arrival, while we are there and also after we leave! This time I happened to leave a couple bags and she immediately text me asking if I needed them shipped or hold them for me until our next vacation in August! She sure makes vacationing fabulous! Not sure where to start, but I know one thing about renting from Danica Connell, you are getting premium service from a seasoned professional. If we had to rate “Waterscape Rentals by Owner” on a scale from 1 to 10, they would be at least a 15. Danica goes above and beyond your expectations. She treats you as her family and all of her properties have a little bit of her personal touches in them. You would not be disappointed in renting from Danica. If there is any issue, she responds immediately and works to get it corrected. Waterscape Rentals by Owner has grown over the years and you will find out for yourself why that is. I cannot sing enough praises for our stay at Waterscape! We became 1st time Snowbirds and stayed for the entire month of January 2023. Everything was wonderful! Our condo was very clean, nicely furnished and decorated. There was nothing we could have wanted as it was very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The shower was great and the Big Bathtub was so nice for a long soak!!! The balcony was so nice to sit and see the views of the pool. We were out there pretty much most of the time, weather permitting which was most days! Loved the convenience of the washer and dryer right next to the kitchen. Danica was a pleasure to work with. She even left us a personalized beach bag which was such a nice surprise. We used it every time we went to the pool.

The weather was perfect If you're looking for a kid-friendly environment for the whole family to make memories this is the place. The extras are very nice. Danica goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need in a vacation home! She has thought of every small detail, down to the night lights throughout the condo (which are important to my small children). We had to walk a good ways to the pool/beach from the C building, next time we will definitely book in the A building.. and definitely ground floor for convenience.

Our family squeezed in a much needed long weekend for some Florida Sun. Danica helped us book our dates quickly and easily. The unit was very nice and had everything we needed. Easy walk to pools and beach! Our family which included 2 teenagers had a great time. Loved the parking right outside your door too. 5 🌟s all the way around. Waterscape was beautiful. There are soo many pools. The kiddie pool & lazy river were our favorites! Danica is the BEST! She puts so much time & thought into every little thing so your stay is perfect. I’ve always wanted to rent from her because I knew everything would be top notch just by following her Facebook rental page. There are so many extras for your use and everything is so CLEAN! She is very accommodating & will help you with whatever you need, even go shopping for you or take you out on her boat! All of her little notes she sends you are perfect. I knew exactly how to get to the room, pool, beach, etc. Best vacation so far! Can’t wait to come back!

Home away from home… beautiful condo, extremely clean and organized with beautiful decor, walked in with music playing and lighting set the for a wonderful stay. Danica is a terrific host. Unloading and loading was easy because the truck wasn’t far from the room Beautiful pools, lazy river, and courtyard as you set on the balcony. We will be back soon.

Wow! What a terrific week! Our families rented C504 and C505 for vacation. Danica thought of EVERY detail! We felt so welcomed and her thoughtful touches took the trip to the next level. These two condos were terrific for traveling with kiddos- excellent views of the entire property (including the ocean) and easy access to both the parking garage and the splash pad/pools. Danica was so responsive and great to work with. The condos were sparkling clean. Literally just pack your bags- she's got all the details covered! We will definitely be back!

This place (and Danica) has exceeded our expectations by far. Welcome to Waterscape C405!
Waterscape C405 is located on the Florida Panhandle in the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach area in one of the most popular resorts on the Gulf Coast. We are a 2 bedroom plus bunkroom, 2 bath condo with all the perks you'd expect from a 5-star resort, plus many that you haven't yet considered. Waterscape is the Gulf Coast's most fun, family-friendly, BEACHFRONT resort featuring multiple pools with waterfalls, a heated pool, lazy river, waterslide, toddler pool/splash pad, two hot tubs, onsite tiki hut, and MORE! This condo is in the C building with straight-on beach views and covered back door parking. Located on the 4th floor, we are a quick elevator ride down to the tropical oasis that puts Waterscape on the map. This unit has been fully renovated with updated appliances, front load washer/dryer, and all new furnishings. This unit offers two master suites, each with a King bed, which is perfect for traveling with extended family or friends. The living room and southern master bedroom open to the spacious, sun-kissed patio which includes seating for 4 to enjoy the morning sun or afternoon shade.
C405 boasts a very large, fully stocked kitchen making cooking-in a breeze (but of course, cooking is optional!). There is also an additional bunk room with Smart TVs on top and bottom that makes the kids happy to climb into their sleeping quarters. Need baby gear? We have you covered. There is a pack-n-play, high-chair, and all-terrain wagon to help! This unit sleeps 6 people comfortably.
