Danica goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need in a vacation home! She has thought of every small detail, down to the night lights throughout the condo (which are important to my small children). We had to walk a good ways to the pool/beach from the C building, next time we will definitely book in the A building.. and definitely ground floor for convenience.

Our family squeezed in a much needed long weekend for some Florida Sun. Danica helped us book our dates quickly and easily. The unit was very nice and had everything we needed. Easy walk to pools and beach! Our family which included 2 teenagers had a great time. Loved the parking right outside your door too. Danica gave us suggestions for food and answered any questions we had. She gave us most of our answers a week in advance which was great! I highly suggest to rent from Danica!

Danica is probably the best to rent from. I visit FL twice a year and this was my first time to book directly by owner. She was very thorough and provided any information I could possibly need. C405 was like staying home away from home. All utensils & appliances are top quality. Nothing is cheap and just there to be "stocked."

5 🌟s all the way around. Waterscape was beautiful. There are soo many pools. The kiddie pool & lazy river were our favorites! Danica is the BEST! She puts so much time & thought into every little thing so your stay is perfect. I’ve always wanted to rent from her because I knew everything would be top notch just by following her Facebook rental page. There are so many extras for your use and everything is so CLEAN! She is very accommodating & will help you with whatever you need, even go shopping for you or take you out on her boat! All of her little notes she sends you are perfect. I knew exactly how to get to the room, pool, beach, etc. Best vacation so far! Can’t wait to come back!

Home away from home… beautiful condo, extremely clean and organized with beautiful decor, walked in with music playing and lighting set the for a wonderful stay. Danica is a terrific host. Unloading and loading was easy because the truck wasn’t far from the room Beautiful pools, lazy river, and courtyard as you set on the balcony. We will be back soon.

Wow! What a terrific week! Our families rented C504 and C505 for vacation. Danica thought of EVERY detail! We felt so welcomed and her thoughtful touches took the trip to the next level. These two condos were terrific for traveling with kiddos- excellent views of the entire property (including the ocean) and easy access to both the parking garage and the splash pad/pools. Danica was so responsive and great to work with. The condos were sparkling clean. Literally just pack your bags- she's got all the details covered! We will definitely be back!

As much as I want to be unfair and not leave a review, due to fear of everyone else knowing of this gem, I understand how it's only fair as that is how I discovered Waterscape: by research and reviews. This place (and Danica) has exceeded our expectations by far. I am proud to say that we WILL be repeat loyal customers as the care, quality and professionalism that we experienced to us, in this time and era is rare. Waterscape C405 is located on the Florida Panhandle in the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach area in one of the most popular resorts on the Gulf Coast. We are a 2 bedroom plus bunkroom, 2 bath condo with all the perks you'd expect from a 5-star resort, plus many that you haven't yet considered. Waterscape is the Gulf Coast's most fun, family-friendly, BEACHFRONT resort featuring multiple pools with waterfalls, a heated pool, lazy river, waterslide, toddler pool/splash pad, two hot tubs, onsite tiki hut, and MORE! This condo is in the C building with straight-on beach views and covered back door parking. Located on the 4th floor, we are a quick elevator ride down to the tropical oasis that puts Waterscape on the map. This unit has been fully renovated with updated appliances, front load washer/dryer, and all new furnishings. This unit offers two master suites, each with a King bed, which is perfect for traveling with extended family or friends. The living room and southern master bedroom open to the spacious, sun-kissed patio which includes seating for 4 to enjoy the morning sun or afternoon shade.
C405 boasts a very large, fully stocked kitchen making cooking-in a breeze (but of course, cooking is optional!). There is also an additional bunk room with Smart TVs on top and bottom that makes the kids happy to climb into their sleeping quarters. Need baby gear? We have you covered. There is a pack-n-play, high-chair, and all-terrain wagon to help! This unit sleeps 6 people comfortably.
