We stayed at Waterscape and rented thru Danica- She made everything so easy... She answered any questions we had up to our rental time and while we were there... The condo was beautiful and in a wonderful location...We loved the music playing when we came in the room- The beds were super comfortable... It had everything we could possibly need and we also took advantage of the grocery pick up (highly recommend this service)… We will definitely be returning!!!

I rented B106 from Danica for a family vacation with my grown kids and grandkids. This was a great experience from the minute I decided to book the room. It was an easy process to book and pay deposit. I then had the option to make payments during the year, which worked out great!! Then it was finally time to pack and get ready to head to Florida. Danica sent me a packing list and other materials to make my trip go smoothly. We arrived and the room was amazing!!! We had a ground floor room (great for the grandkids). The condo was huge and located with a pool view and short walk to the beach.
I'm already trying to get the hubby to decide on when we can go back.

This was our second year in a row to stay at Danica’s condo for our family trip, and it was just as great as last! Literally everything you need is in the condo and I didn’t over pack this time because I knew she’d have more than enough, down to beach chairs and toys! It is so clean when you arrive and we had beach music playing so that was a nice little touch :) Danica is so present as a host and texts back immediately if I ever had any questions! The resort and beach are beautiful and we can’t wait to come back and make this a yearly trip for our kids!

We had so much fun at Waterscape! Danica was amazing to work with and very communicative with anything we needed. Our place smelled amazing and clean when we arrived. You can tell the cleaning crew takes pride in their work. We would definitely be back and add sometime on to our trip so the kids can enjoy more beach and pool time, so much to do here in Waterscape!

Waterscape was the BEST place we have ever stayed, Hands down! We have rented different places over the years but never loved somewhere so much to go back the following year. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and Danica was so easy to work with and made our stay perfect! Loved the bathroom in the master bedroom, and being literally a few steps to beach and pool. Also having a nice size patio area was perfect for my grand babies to play.

We love Waterscape--no matter the season! This was our first winter trip to the island and it did not disappoint. We booked through Mrs. Danica and she took excellent care of us. Our condo was ready for our arrival with fun music playing to welcome us. She and her staff had picked up our groceries from Sam's and stocked our fridge/pantry. That's probably the best $50 we spent on the whole trip. The condo decor is spot-on! We loved it so much that we want to redecorate when we get home. She also included two beach chairs and sand toys for our grand-girl to enjoy. The patio has the perfect lounge chairs and table for four. Book with Danica--you'll be glad you did! We can't wait for our next trip to Okaloosa Island and Waterscape.

Waterscape B106 is located on the Florida Panhandle in the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach area in one of the most popular resorts on the Gulf Coast. We are a 2 bedroom plus bunkroom, 2.5 bath condo with all the perks you'd expect from a 5-star resort, plus many that you haven't yet considered. Waterscape is the Gulf Coast's most fun, family-friendly, BEACHFRONT resort featuring multiple pools with waterfalls, a heated pool, lazy river, waterslide, toddler pool/splash pad, two hot tubs, onsite tiki hut, and MORE! This condo is on the highly sought after ground level in the B building and is located in the desirable "inside" of the U, only THREE DOORS back from the beach. Step off this patio right to the gate of Waterscape's Lazy River. A few steps further has you right at the boardwalk ready to cross over onto the white, powdery paradise. Our ground level, beachfront location is highly desirable and considered a "prime" location within the resort. This unit contains two master suites, which is perfect for traveling with extended family or another small family. The living room and both bedrooms open to the spacious, sun-kissed patio which includes seating for 4, two lounge chairs, and a deck box filled to the rim with beach toys and floats.
B106 boasts a fully-stocked kitchen making cooking-in a breeze (but of course, cooking is optional!). The living room has a full-size sofa that converts to a Queen size tempurpedic-topped sofa bed, an oversized chair, and an HDTV in case you need to spend some down time indoors.
B106 is colorful and classy, offers a beachy charm, and has been carefully designed to feel like home. We have selectively stocked the condo with things you need, but nothing you don't. We offer complimentary beach service, plus an extra set if beach chairs and an a large 8' umbrella, to provide front-row beach seating at your leisure. This equipment is also handy at the pools, as sometimes vacant chairs can be difficult to come by. We furnish an all-terrain wagon for your little ones, a pack-n-play, high chair, and a variety of other items to make your visit easy. These are a few of the details, but I don't want to spoil all the fun!
Waterscape B106 has a bunk room that will offer extra space for your little beach-goers. Additionally, there is a cable-connected HDTV on both the top and bottom bunks. This puts children in the right mood and makes them happy to climb into their sleeping quarters. Our bunk room features a privacy curtain making sleeping in a breeze. This unit sleeps 8 people comfortably.
