Wonderful stay overall! We had an excellent room on the first floor. The room was perfect for our family of 6, and we had a great host. Will definitely be coming back.

Danica is amazing and very attentive and responsive when I needed anything. She has any and all the information ready before you check in. She is even ready on a Saturday night and at dinner to get the guest (me) the information needed to get into the condo because the guest (me) lost the email he needed. The condominium was amazing. It was decorated fabulously and very clean. It is a perfect place to vacation.

Waterscape with Danica was just perfect! Everything we needed was thought out and ready for us. Lots of extras included. Grandchildren loved the lazy river and all the fun activities going on. It will be hard to go to a hotel with just a pool now. Hope to return many times in the future!

We had the best time here. We had our beach wedding and everything was perfect. The condo was amazing--it was clean and had plenty of room. The kids loved it as well as the pools and the beach. We will definitely be back next year.

The condo was clean and great location on property with families with young children. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking a variety of meals. The beds were comfortable. The communication prior to arrival was perfect. We had one issue with dishwasher and the response time was awesome. It was corrected very quickly. We will definitely be back .

This was our 3rd time coming to waterscape and 1st time renting with Danica. Everything was easy from the communication process to booking, to arrival. She was always very responsive to any questions and had a ton of helpful information. We stayed in B106 and loved how close it was to the beach. It's always myself and husband traveling so I can't talk on kids activities. We usually hang by the pool and hot tubs but don't really use the pool. The heated one is nice though. They only thing we wish which has nothing to do with Danica is that at least 1 of the hot tubs would go adult only after a certain hour in the evening. It's frustrating when kids are allowed in at all times. So just be aware of that. We usually go end of April and have beautiful weather. This time we went beginning in May with beautiful weather but a lot more crowded. We will definitely rent from Danica again. Go for the ground level if you like a walkout.

We absolutely love our visits to Waterscape! Especially any of Danica's units. Condos are always clean and welcoming. Danica is so efficient and good at the details which makes our vacations more enjoyable and less stressful. I can't wait for our next beach trip. I would definitely recommend any of her condos with no hesitation.

Another fall break knocked out of the park. If you are looking for a place to stay this is it. Staying at Waterscape has amazing beach vibes and lots of relaxation. We are repeat visitors and this is the only place we stay. And I ONLY rent from Danica. She makes renting a breeze and is a pleasure to work with. The condo has plenty of room, stocked with everything you need to grill, always clean and kid-friendly. Our favorite part is always the beach music playing when you open the door. Highly recommend. Can't wait to come back!!!!

This condo is top notch. We have been coming to Waterscape for about 5 years now. This is best condo we have had and will continue to rent this particular one. Ground level so convenient and Danica is available for anything you need. Definitely recommend for families and definitely will be coming back.

We stayed here for a family vacation and to celebrate my daughter's first birthday! Danica's unit B106 is fabulous! Clean and has everything you need. The pack n play, high chair, beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest, and beach toys are such great amenities that you don't find in other condos! It was so helpful not to have to pack all that stuff! She is great with communicating and the grocery stocking service is amazing! She even picked up a cake for my little one. I highly recommend her and her condos. We will definitely be back!!! Wonderful time!

This was our first time experiencing Waterscape! We go to the beach every single summer and have never had such a great hostess like Danica! It was the perfect place for us and our two littles. We will most definitely be back!

Sad that 5 stars is as high as I could go. It's definitely a 10+ The condo was way above our expectations, very clean, up to date, and lots of room. Pools and lazy river were great. Plenty of parking! Fort Walton is amazing. It has plenty of wonderful restaurants and fun things to do without the long lines. Danica was wonderful to deal with!

We stayed here this past week and the condo has a perfect view of the lazy river and great, easy access to the beach. Kids had the best time and adults got to relax and enjoy!! We will be staying here next summer. Owners were super nice and the condo was very clean!!

This condo is located in a prime spot! We absolutely loved everything about it! Decor was great, bathrooms were large and beds were comfy. Our kids loved their privacy curtain for the bunk room and the top and bottom had a tv. We've rented from a lot of places and their cookware is always a little iffy but Danica's pots and pans were clean and we had plenty of options. Thank you for a wonderful stay for our family vacation! The music playing when we arrived was a nice touch!

B106 is a fantastic location - close proximity for unloading your vehicle, entering the pool area, as well as walking to the beach!

We stayed in B106 during our stay. We couldn't of asked for anything better. Danica was so accommodating and responded to any and all questions very quickly. The location of this particular unit was perfect. It was right by the lazy river and a few steps from the beach! The condo was clean and was set up with basically anything you would need even a beach wagon and beach toys! I love how takes the time to get to know her guests. The kids loved her. Whenever we take a beach vacation it will only be booked with her. No one in our group of 8 had any complaints.

We had a great time at this condo. Danica is very attentive and had the condo very clean. She even let us know the condo was ready early. She has it stocked well and is very roomy. It was nice to be so close to the beach and pool. Perfect for small kids. Gatlin our godchild had the best 3rd birthday here. They keep the grounds very clean also. Condo size exceeded expectations. The ground floor worked well for my 5 year old and his grandparents who joined us. Perfect weather and the condo events (movie night, pirate visits, etc.) were a nice bonus! Excellent communication! We will be back.

Danica's condo is well-appointed, roomy, and impeccably maintained. It did not feel much like a rental, but was clean, had the most perfect access to the water park and beach, and comes with a lot of amenities (like beach service, kayaking, paddle-boarding, plus she provides toys and beach chairs). That all made it feel easy. Danica even helped me figure out the closest pharmacy when we had some medicine spill during travel so it was ready for pick up when we landed.

We loved it. Will absolutely come back again and bring family and friends.

I believe that these were the nicest condos I have ever stayed in at the beach. Danica has a first-class setup and takes care of her clients. We stayed in one of Danica’s properties at Waterscape for spring break 2023. The condo was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Waterscape is wonderful. The pools and beach are easily accessible and they offer lots of activities for the kids. Danica is the best and has thought of everything to make your vacation enjoyable! I highly recommend using the grocery service. It was wonderful arriving to a stocked refrigerator and beach music after a 7 hour drive. We will be back!

My first time at Waterscape in unit B106 on Okaloosa Island and I loved it! I booked with Danica and she was amazing! She was so easy to work with and answered all my questions immediately. My family loved the condo, pool area and the beach was right there! Will be back next year!

Our kids gave us this New Year’s weekend as a gift for our 46th Wedding Anniversary, and it was epic here on the beach 🏖 ! We watched the GA Bulldogs beat Ohio State on New Year’s Eve to play for the National Championship!

This property was very nice. It had so many amenities we couldn't do everything in a week. The unit was so nice and updated. Very comfortable. The resort was fantastic. The pools, play areas, access to beach--all were great. Beach chairs were a great added benefit! We will definitely be back soon!

Excellent condo, accommodation was great and nice and quiet.

I would rate this place way more than a 5. We have rented at waterscape before through a different company, but Danica's extras put this place over the top. We had the best stay and loved all the little details that she puts into the place. Our kids (4 and 2) loved the bunk beds and everything about the condo. We won't stay anywhere else on the gulf coast!

This was my 3rd visit to Waterscape, but my first with Danica. Each visit has been fabulous, and each year has exceeded my expectations. Danica included special touches by letting me know if my room was ready early, playing welcoming music to set the mood for the week, and providing LOTS of helpful information each step of the way. She always responded quickly when I had questions and was great at giving suggestions. Payment was easily made online without issues. Room location was fabulous - 1st floor poolside which was great for everyone young and old! Those who didn't want to sit out at the pool were able to easily enjoy the family fun by watching the pool from the patio. Highly recommend Danica and Waterscape for your future trips!

We stayed at Waterscape and rented thru Danica- She made everything so easy... She answered any questions we had up to our rental time and while we were there... The condo was beautiful and in a wonderful location...We loved the music playing when we came in the room- The beds were super comfortable... It had everything we could possibly need and we also took advantage of the grocery pick up (highly recommend this service)… We will definitely be returning!!!

I rented B106 from Danica for a family vacation with my grown kids and grandkids. This was a great experience from the minute I decided to book the room. It was an easy process to book and pay deposit. I then had the option to make payments during the year, which worked out great!! Then it was finally time to pack and get ready to head to Florida. Danica sent me a packing list and other materials to make my trip go smoothly. We arrived and the room was amazing!!! We had a ground floor room (great for the grandkids). The condo was huge and located with a pool view and short walk to the beach.

I'm already trying to get the hubby to decide on when we can go back.

This was our second year in a row to stay at Danica’s condo for our family trip, and it was just as great as last! Literally everything you need is in the condo and I didn’t over pack this time because I knew she’d have more than enough, down to beach chairs and toys! It is so clean when you arrive and we had beach music playing so that was a nice little touch :) Danica is so present as a host and texts back immediately if I ever had any questions! The resort and beach are beautiful and we can’t wait to come back and make this a yearly trip for our kids!

We had so much fun at Waterscape! Danica was amazing to work with and very communicative with anything we needed. Our place smelled amazing and clean when we arrived. You can tell the cleaning crew takes pride in their work. We would definitely be back and add sometime on to our trip so the kids can enjoy more beach and pool time, so much to do here in Waterscape!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Every little detail you could think of was covered. The room was cleaned, stocked & beautifully decorated! Danica answered any & all of our questions within minutes & even called just to hear a story. We will definitely be back!

Waterscape was the BEST place we have ever stayed, Hands down! We have rented different places over the years but never loved somewhere so much to go back the following year. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and Danica was so easy to work with and made our stay perfect! Loved the bathroom in the master bedroom, and being literally a few steps to beach and pool. Also having a nice size patio area was perfect for my grand babies to play.

We decided to spend Mardi Gras at the beach, our second stay with Danica. Unit B106 did not disappoint! This was one of the best vacations ever! The unit was immaculate as always, the ground were well maintained, it was not very crowded and the water was crystal clear gorgeous. We may make this an annual event!

The condo was perfect and rental experience was great. We enjoyed our trip and are looking forward to the next one.

We love Waterscape--no matter the season! This was our first winter trip to the island and it did not disappoint. We booked through Mrs. Danica and she took excellent care of us. Our condo was ready for our arrival with fun music playing to welcome us. She and her staff had picked up our groceries from Sam's and stocked our fridge/pantry. That's probably the best $50 we spent on the whole trip. The condo decor is spot-on! We loved it so much that we want to redecorate when we get home. She also included two beach chairs and sand toys for our grand-girl to enjoy. The patio has the perfect lounge chairs and table for four. Book with Danica--you'll be glad you did! We can't wait for our next trip to Okaloosa Island and Waterscape.
