Another great trip booked through Danica! Same consistent service that is to be expected each and every trip. Anytime we come to Waterscape, we only book through Danica.

Our group is all safely home now and we are already looking at dates for our next trip. We love Waterscape and stay there at least two times a year. This stay, one of our units was a rental (A310) from Danica and it was perfect! Very clean, very comfortable beds, great water pressure, handy washer and dryer and dishwasher that actually worked! We had the perfect view from our balcony to watch Toy Story Thursday night. It was nice that we didn’t have leave the room after a long day. Thank you Danica for hosting us and we will see you again soon!

We love your condo!!! This is our second time to stay in A310 and we will definitely stay again. It's perfectly located for Movie night....we watched from the balcony. The access stairs to the pool ....just outside the front door...make this unit very convenient. Parking in the garage was great as well. THE CONDO is beautiful and stocked with everything to get us started....I rate this a 10!

As always, our condo was perfect! We have been staying at Waterscape for the last 14 years. We found Danica several years ago and haven’t booked with anyone else since. Unit A310 was the perfect location. It is located right by the stairwell and just down the hall from the elevators. The balcony overlooks the zero entry pool and square hot tub. You are high enough to have a view of the beach. The patio has two nice lounge chairs for morning coffee or to relax at night while the big kids played in the pool below. There is also a high top table where we enjoyed breakfast and occasional lunch. This condo has two large rooms with king beds as well as two spacious bathrooms. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds. No need to haul your own chairs, toys and umbrellas. All of Danica’s condos have these and a cooler along with a wagon. She also includes beach service of two chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials to stay in for a meal or several restraints are in walking distance. Even though we are familiar with the resort and area, we always find something new with Danica’s helpful tips and calendar of events. The condo was super clean and beach music was playing when we entered. If you are looking for an easy to book and relaxing vacation, rentwaterscape.com and Danica are the best in Ft. Walton and Destin.

We had an AMAZING experience staying in Danica’s property. Upon arrival in the unit she had beach music playing and a personalized water bottle on the table for my son, which we thought was so special to add that extra focus to his arrival. We stayed in A310 and it was the perfect location- right near the pool and with a beach view from one of the primary bedrooms and the balcony. The resort was so fun and family-focused and there was always security walking the property and cleaning crews up early to keep everything neat and tidy. The beach was also very clean and didn’t feel cramped or too crowded. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed (from small appliances, dishes, to extra beach chairs and an umbrella). The condo also included beach service, which included an additional 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily on the beach for you. Danica was readily available to answer any call/text and was the sweetest in person too! I highly recommend booking one of Danica’s properties for that added touch of 1:1 assistance, quick availability/response, and the added perks included with her rentals. It’s evident Danica really cares about her guests and ensuring their entire time at Waterscape is comfortable and convenient! It felt like we were staying at a friend’s home and we can’t wait to go back!

We have booked with Danica several times at Waterscape. Her condos are always top-notch. We have had bad experiences in the past with outdated or just not clean condos from other owners, which ruins a good vacation. We will now willingly pay more if need be to book a condo with Danica because we know we are going to be getting the best condo and best booking experience.

We've gone to Waterscape for years but this is the first time staying in one of Danica's units and we will be returning for her awesome condos! They were so incredibly clean, up to date, and cozy. My kids loved the ipod with music and having buckets with their names on them waiting. We loved using the kayak also, definitely a must-do. We had such a great trip and can't say enough good things about working with Danica!

Booking with Danica is always an amazing experience. She is very helpful, and will make your stay memorable and easy as possible. Here you will be skipping the hassle of going to another place to check in or get codes or keys to going straight to your beautiful, clean, and inviting room. She also offers her grocery girls to shop for you having your condo stocked with groceries! Waterscape is a beautiful place, I have vacationed here for several years and will always come back.

I can't say enough about our stay. From the moment we walked into our unit until we left was just absolutely amazing. Our place was so nice and clean and the pool area was great too. Danica was so easy to work with and my family can't wait to get back to our new favorite vacation place!

What a fun and relaxing vacation! Danica and her staff have the red carpet rolled out and waiting. This room has everything you need! The beds are clean and comfy. The condo is right by the stairs so it's easy to get to the beach and pool. The amenities are everything you could need/want. We will definitely be coming back!! We'd love to stay in A310 again too.

We stayed in A310 and had a wonderful stay! Danica is very easy to work with, and we would definitely rent with her again.

A310 is very nicely situated within Waterscape. It is a very short walk to the parking garage. The stairs to the pool are directly to the left of your front door, and elevators are just a few doors down the hall. The unit does have a view of the ocean (partially obstructed by palm trees) and a nice view of the main pool. Beach access is just beyond the pool, so a very short walk and you're at the ocean.

The condo was spacious and clean and well stocked. It suited our group of 8 very comfortably. We were worried our 11 & 13 year olds would be too big for the bunk room, but it fit them just fine! Bonus, each of the bunks has their own TV. (The kids were big fans)

Waterscape as a whole seems well managed and generally clean. This is the place to be if you have kids. There was a pool for every age group!

This condo was beautiful and the Waterscape facility came with lots of amenities. Danica (the unit owner) was extremely helpful and very organized. The unit itself was beautifully decorated and easily accommodated the 8 of us. We would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We stayed at A310 and had a good experience! We loved the multiple balcony entrances, variety of small kitchen appliances, access to Roku, the beach chair service included, the extra beach chairs and umbrella, the beach toys, and wagon! The starters for us like toilet paper and soaps were a great touch too. Danica was very responsive and helpful as well. We have stayed in Destin many times and this was our first time trying out Ft. Walton. Waterscape did not disappoint and we would love to stay again.

Our stay at Waterscape A310 was amazing! The condo was not only clean but beautiful. Access to pool and beach was so convenient. The beach wagon, toys and chairs were a real blessing. We would definitely come back!

Once again, Danica's condo was perfect! Her condos are all well stocked, clean and feels like home away from home. We have been coming to Waterscape for 13 years. Once we found Danica's condos, we won't rent from anyone else. We have already booked for next year.

C203 is the perfect spot. It is right next to the parking garage and you are on the ground floor so you can walk right out to the pools or the beach. She has a fully stocked kitchen to make eating in easy. No need to pack a beach cart, chairs or toys. She has all those for you. The kids loved their personalized beach towels and our son a hat. This is our favorite condo of hers but they are all wonderful. We can't wait to return next May!

Stayed in Danica's Waterscape A310 for the first time this year. Will definitely love to return. Danica is great to work with and obviously takes pride in her service and her condo. The condo we stayed in was wonderful. It was very clean and had the perfect amount of space. The location was also excellent. My kids loved it and they did not want to leave. Dancia was great to work with and responded quickly with any questions I had. We would definitely return.

We absolutely love Waterscape and Danica is an absolutely incredible host. The condo was ready early and she messaged to let me know we could check in early! When we got there it was fully stocked with anything you need for the week! My children are 14, 7, 4, and 2. They loved having their own comfy spaces to sleep and play and access to pool and beach toys. The condo is incredibly clean, the pools are easily accessible and the beach is steps away! We can’t wait to return very soon and will be booking with Danica for the 3rd time!

We just stayed at Waterscape this past week. We rented through Danica and we had the best stay! She made us prepared from the time we booked, sent us everything we needed and made sure our stay was great. When we walked into our condo there was beach music playing, and beach buckets personalized with our kids names on them! Danica even replaced our umbrella for us when ours broke midweek. Cannot say enough great things, we are already planning our next trip! Not to mention, the beach and water was absolutely beautiful! I am beyond grateful I found Danica through a Pinterest blog. She was very helpful and prompt through the process, from beginning to end. This was our first big family vacation with our kiddos, ages 4 & 1, and I felt like I hit the jackpot. Danica worked with me when there was a potential issue with my vacation days and work. And once again, she helped me out when I told her we would be starting our 11hr trek to Florida late at night for our kids sake, which put us there before check in. She texted me that the condo was ready before we even arrived! The stay in the condo was absolutely great. Having the pack n play and high chair provided was a big plus for us. My kids loved the pool, but it was still great to have the beach access, with chairs and umbrellas provided for us. My 4yo cried when we had to leave, and is already asking to go back! So I take that as a win!

Danica was amazing! The condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived. She sets everything up for your vacation to be amazing. We will definitely be staying with her from now on!

Everything from booking until we left was super easy and convenient. Danica was so helpful making sure everything was squared away. The grocery pickup is super convenient and the unit has everything you need. There was more than enough room for our group of 7. The condo was very clean and really cute! The Waterscape property was perfect for our 5 and 12 year olds! They enjoyed the pool and all of the activities offered. The beach service and all of the toys supplied made packing up for the beach super easy!! We enjoyed our stay so much we are planning our next trip!!

We had such a fun time at Waterscape. Very family oriented and the kids had a blast! (Kids ages range from 12 to 4) so many wonderful activities each day my kids loved the pirate show, glow night, movie night and the fireworks! Lots of things nearby to do as well. Danica made everything super easy and the condos were very well thought out and comfortable. Beds were amazing! Which is such a plus! We all enjoyed a excursion to crab island and I highly recommend going for anyone visiting Destin, it's a must! We can not wait to visit again and will definitely book with Danica when we come back.

Our first family vacation here is just what we needed. The kids swam in the pools every day. Having the wagon to haul our toddler down to the beach was much needed since we didn't have any room to pack our own. Our room was nice and roomy for our family of 7 and had everything we needed. The only complaint we had was the smell of Marijuana almost daily around the pool areas, but that is no fault of Danica's. Just wished others would be more considerate since it is a kid friendly condo. We definitely plan to go back and thank you so much for helping with our first family vacation. It was better than we had imagined.

I cannot say how much our family enjoyed our stay at Waterscape (A310) We rented from Danica and our condo was clean, fully stocked as advertised, and beautifully decorated with everything in working order. Danica took care of everything! We utilized the grocery shopping and babysitting service as well. Danila was amazing and my kids loved her and her guitar! We can’t wait until our next visit!

Renting from Danica at Waterscape was the best decision I've ever made!! The room was very nice and super clean!! The kids have had a blast and we haven't left the hotel!! The beach here is beautiful!! We stayed in A310 and loved the view. Danica made everything so easy and i havent stressed one time!! Beach chairs and umbrella are provided plus a extra set in the room you can take down. Beach floats and toys are also provided!! We loved it so much we booked another trip with her the 2nd day we were here!! I highly recommend!!

Cute little condo! Clean and stocked. We were expecting a bigger kitchen, but we managed. Had to stack food everywhere, since there was no pantry.

We loved our stay at the Waterscape. This was our 2nd year staying there, and the first time we rented through Danica. She was very responsive and very helpful. We utilized many of her recommendations for restaurants and things to do.

The Waterscape resort is a great place for families. The beaches are beautiful and the many pools are a great option for kids (although still pretty cold in April!). The unit had everything we needed, as well as some useful extras (like the beach wagon and toys.) Our kids are already begging us to go back!

Facilities are awesome and units are everything you need. Stayed in a310 with 2 beds and a bunk room. Unit came clean with starter stock to ease into your vacation. Waterscape sits on the edge of town so easy access to everything but you can stay out of the hub in the self contained facility. Publix a mile away. Beach access out your front door with 2 beach chairs for comfort. As always Danica's communication is the best and makes working with her a joy.

After two years of COVID, my husband and I plus our extended family were finally able to take a vacation. We decided to go to Waterscape Rentals on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, Florida (close to Destin). We all had a wonderful time. We rented our condo from Danica. I am definitely "old-school", but Danica walked me through how to make an initial deposit and final condo payments in a very efficient way - she's a dynamo! The condo we stayed in had everything we needed except for the food we purchased ourselves. The kitchen was stocked with all our needed supplies. There was also a washer and a dryer in the unit!!
Beach supplies (wagon, two chairs, umbrella, toys, tubes, etc.) were in the condo when we arrived. There was even an air pump in the condo to blow up the tubes!
The deck overlooked all the pools, and there were many of them (cool water, heated, lazy river, jacuzzi). I counted four grills by the pools for those vacationers who wanted to grill their dinners and eat in their condos or by the pools.
The sand on the beach was like cake flour - white and clean. My young granddaughters just laid down and rolled in it everyday. There's lots more to say. . . . but I would recommend that you visit Waterscape yourself to discover what a great time you will have there.

We stayed in unit A310 the week of March 26,2022. The unit was clean and updated. The unit was well stocked and had kitchen spices, waffle maker, blender, crock pot (all of these things I usually bring with me). There was a box on the patio with rafts, sand toys and boogie boards 👍. There were 2 beach chairs and an umbrella as well as a pack n play in the second bedroom closet. The washer and dryer were large capacity and worked very well! Danica was very responsive to any questions we had and there was even a gift on the kitchen table when we arrived (a beach bag with our name on it). Most importantly, THE BEDS WERE SO COMFORTABLE!!! We will definitely rent from Danica again and will highly recommend her!

A310 and the whole Waterscape property was fantastic!!!! All areas of facility and room are well maintained! Not sure if all units come with this, but our unit has two beach chairs plus one umbrella everyday FOR FREE! Also, included red wagon for easy beach transportation. Tiki bar poolside was SO convenient for lunch and snacks! Danica (property manager) was so helpful and prompt to address any of our issues or questions. Maybe the best part though was LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! It’s so conveniently located around SO many restaurants within walking distance. We only drove to store and one restaurant the entire week! Just a GREAT vacation! We will definitely be back!

Danica goes above and beyond to make sure your stay goes better than planned. She is available right away if you have a question. The unit we stayed in was well stocked, beautifully decorated, and very clean. She includes things that would normally not be included by others, like beach chairs, toys, floats, paddle boarding, and kayaking. Give Danica and her units a try you will not be disappointed.

The unit we rented was clean and everything was in perfect working condition. The beds were comfortable with nice bedding. Danica has thought of everything to make your stay perfect from beach chairs, cooler, air pump, games, etc…. I brought several items I never even took out of the car because it was so well stocked. Communication was excellent between Danica and my family. The resort was nice and a good gym for a vacation resort. The beach service included is a huge benefit. You get what you pay for and we left very pleased with our vacation at Danica's unit.

Waterscape is a delightful, fun, lovely place to visit. Our condo A310, was clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We had 5 adults staying there and we had plenty of room. The pools and beach were very easy to get to. We will definitely be back. Danica is super to work with.

We had a blast on our family vacation in waterscape A310! Our unit had everything we needed and more. We were steps away from the elevator and stairs which made trips to the pool and beach with littles in tow super easy! We can't wait until next year!

We decided to take a last minute trip to the beach and luckily a condo at Waterscape was available. Danica made the process super easy and the condo was ready when we arrived. The condo and surroundings were beautiful! She even left my little one a sandpail with her name on it. Everything that we needed was right there. We will definitely be back.

This was the 2nd time we rented one of Danica's condos. She went above and beyond to make every minute of our trip fantastic! We will never rent a condo from one of those big property management companies again because frankly we have had some horrible experiences. Danica is responsive and professional in every way!
