This condo is perfect for a family trip with grandma and grandpa! Everything was so easy and accessible. The condo is gorgeous and clean! My 4 old was most impressed with the appliances in the kitchen. The beach was perfect, the pool was perfect and it is across the street from fresh seafood restaurants. The host is wonderfully accommodating. You will not be disappointed!

Loved staying here! The whole process from booking to the end of our stay went smoothly. Both times I had a question, the host got back to me almost immediately. This was a great place to stay for our family of four! It was beautiful and clean. My 5 year old was obsessed with the bunk beds and playing the arcade game! This was basically her dream room! Bedtime was a breeze for the littles because the place was so quiet at night. There was a pack and play available for our 1 year old. The condo even had some sweet children's books for our kids to read each night during our stay. I have never stayed at another condo so perfect for our family. They had a beach wagon and toys for the kids to play in the sand at the beach. You can definitely tell a mom really thought about what would make things easier for other moms during their stay. There are even toddler dishes! We are going to come back here year after year! This is our new spot! I can't imagine staying anywhere else now that I have stayed here. And as we grow and expand our family, I know the condo will still have more than enough room for all 6 of us! This place seriously feels almost like an all-inclusive. As a mom to two young children who has traveled many times, this has been the most stress free place we have ever stayed while on vacation!

This was our first time to escape to waterscape and it was amazing. I was a little nervous at first, because we’ve traditionally gone to the same place for the last three years… and I was taking two toddlers solo! Well — we’ve now found our new forever place! The condo was immaculate, had all the amenities you need to still keep up a good routine with your kiddos, and was quiet at night which is a must for us. We had a rainy day and the owners were so responsive and gave us ideas of things to do which was so kind. As for all the extras — the pool, kid area/pool, lazy river — my kids were entertained and we never had to leave if we didn’t want to! They had adorable kids activities each day of the week too! Since I was solo I was worried setup for the beach would be a bear, but the beach attendants and having chairs already available for you makes it so easy. They even helped me with the wagon! The owners provide basically everything you need: extra chairs, a wagon; which made packing a lot easier for me! Super walkable to delicious pizza, and a quick 2 min drive to the Gulf restaurant which ended up being a fave. I cannot wait to come back! It was also the sweetest first bunk bed ever experience for my biggest kid.

We enjoyed our stay this spring break and we will be renting from them again for summer vacations! This unit was great and had everything we actually forgot at home! Close to all the restaurants and all the fun! Kelli was great to rent through and answered any questions in a timely manner!

This unit was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 (4 year old and 2 year old) for a late October get away. We enjoyed that there weren’t any crowds, and the earlier sunsets that the kids got to enjoy! This condo was a dream for us - equipped with sand toys, wagon, plastic plates for the kids, and especially the pac man arcade game in the bunk room that the kids loved and gave us an easier time to get ready, prep meals, etc. I can’t say enough about our stay here- we will definitely be back!

Our family of 5 had a great time staying at Kelli’s place for 2 nights in early Nov. We missed the warm weather by a day but the kids still enjoyed getting in the hot tubs, heated pool and even did the obstacle course (falling in to the really cold water). The unit is spacious and well stocked, with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We would love to come back in the warmer months to try out the lazy river and spend more time at the beautiful beach.

Everything about this condo and resort was amazing. The pools were perfect for kids and families. The resort is conveniently located close to all of the stores and restaurants you’ll need during your stay. The bunk room in the condo was perfect for our two littles and gave them a space of their own. The condo was clean and stocked with all necessities. The beach service was such a great benefit. We didn’t have to leave the resort for anything other than grocery shopping! Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again for our next trip to Fort Walton!

My family LOVES staying here! We won’t rent from anyone else! The owners are so down to earth and easy to work with and they don’t slap you with insanely over the top booking fees that everyone else does! The condo is clean, welcoming and has everything you could possibly need. It has a great location with easy access to parking (SO important for loading and unloading especially with kids) and easy access to the different pools! Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

The space
This spacious 2 bedroom condo also has an enclosed bunk room perfect for kids! This unit has had extensive renovations since we purchased in 2021 including, new floors, freshly painted walls, new living room and dining room furniture, and updated decor for a peaceful place to rest after a day at the beach or exploring one of Waterscape's multiple pools. Both bedrooms feature an en suite bathroom which makes this condo perfect for multi family stays. A fully equipped kitchen and half bath complete our unit. You can even enjoy fireworks from the Oklaoosa Pier from your own private balcony!
As a mom with 2 little's, we have worked hard over the past year to add extras to help make your vacation as stress free as possible. Our unit comes equipped with a beach wagon, pack and play, toddler dishes, kids books and games, beach toys, Waterscape's only mini arcade, and so much more! We also include daily beach service and daily paddle board or kayak use during the months of March-November. Please inquire with any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate your travel needs.
Need extra space? We now offer a 1 bedroom with bunk alcove that can sleep up to 6 guests across the hall! Be sure to ask about multi unit discounts!
Guest access
As our guest, you will have access to all the exclusive amenities Waterscape has to offer! Spend your day enjoying the 10,000 sq.ft. mulit-level waterpark. Relax and enjoy your day lounging in the ample lounge chairs while having a snack or drink from onsite Fudpuckers snack bar (March 1 to October 31). The resort also provides seasonal kids activities such as movies at the pool, DJ pool party, glow party, and pirate shows.
The main pool features zero entry, water features, 10 ft. waterfall, walkthrough cave, and kids rope course. The lazy river has provided floats, no need to bring your own! The upper deck pool is a great place to relax and enjoy the gulf view, and is seasonally heated. The fenced-in toddler spash park provides endless entertainment for our younger guests.
If that isn't enough, you are only steps from the beautiful emerald coast beaches.
