To book, send me an inquiry. I don't allow online booking as I like to speak to my guests. I have a four night minimum except in Winter. Sometimes I will allow 3 night rentals, if it is a good fit on the calendar, or through the week.

18 months ago, we booked our condo for our wedding week through Danica. She was SO great to work with, answering all of our questions about the area and her recommendations for things we were coordinating for our guests but she was also who ALL of our guests used for this past week. We had over a dozen units rented from her this past week and every single one was beautiful. They all had unique touches that were so welcoming. One thing that stood out to me was that while she was at a work related meeting, she happened to be where we were getting married so without asking, she sent me photos and videos of my venue. â¤ï¸ It was very thoughtful and I know she truly gets to know all of her guests.

We have stayed in Danica's units ar Waterscape the past two years and I can't say enough great things. Very clean, proximity to beach is amazing and responsiveness when you may need something or have a question is only a message away. We are so excited to continue going back each year. If you want a vacation that feels like a vacation (as a parent of 2 little ones 1 and 2) this is your place!!

WOW!!! Danica and her staff truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of! From the initial communication, the amenities that were offered, to the grocery shopping, Danica truly thinks of ALL aspects to take care of her guests!! We stayed at Waterscape in C600 and could not have asked for a better place to stay. This condo was absolutely immaculate and so convenient to everything! We rented Danica's C600 unit at Waterscape for our annual family beach trip this year. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the amazing pool area (that is basically a small waterpark) and the ocean.
We especially appreciated the surprise gift of a beach bucket customized with my daughter's name and the use of the condo's beach toys. The provided beach wagon was a lifesaver for us as carrying all our beach stuff and our toddler (while I am 6 months pregnant!) was not going to be an easy thing to do. We will definitely rent from Danica again next time we make it out to Destin.

I cannot imagine anyone leaving anything less than 5 stars for one of Danica’s condos. We have now rented from her twice and will be back again next year. Waterscape is by far the most kid-friendly and family-oriented resort we have visited (we are a family of 9) but having found Danica is the cherry on top. She quite literally thinks of every detail to make your stay as convenient and stress-free as possible. We would recommend her to anyone!

Waterscape C600 is located on the Florida Panhandle in the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach area in one of the most popular resorts on the Gulf Coast. We are a 3 bedroom plus bunkroom, 3 bath condo with all the perks you'd expect from a 5-star resort, plus many that you haven't yet considered. Waterscape is the Gulf Coast's most fun, family-friendly, BEACHFRONT resort featuring multiple pools with waterfalls, a heated pool, lazy river, waterslide, toddler pool/splash pad, two hot tubs, onsite tiki hut, and MORE! This condo is on the top level in the C building, in the corner with a tremendous view of both the beach and resort. It is the first condo to the elevator that leads right to our pool deck, literally just a few steps and a quick ride down. This unit is one of only ten 3 bedrooms in the resort that have back door parking. It offers three bedrooms, a King bed in the master, a Queen in the middle bedroom, and a twin over full in the back bedroom. This unit is perfect for traveling with extended family or friends. The living room and master bedroom open to the spacious, sun-kissed patio which includes table seating as well as loungers to enjoy the morning coffee or afternoon sun.
C600 boasts a fully stocked kitchen making cooking-in a breeze (but of course, cooking is optional!). The living room has a sleeper sofa that converts to a Queen size sofa bed, a love seat, and a Smart TV in case you need to spend some down time indoors.
Waterscape C600 has a bunk room that makes the kids happy to climb into their sleeping quarters. Need baby gear? We have you covered. There is a pack-n-play, high-chair, and all-terrain wagon to help! This unit sleeps 10 people comfortably.
