To book, send me an inquiry. I don't allow online booking as I like to speak to my guests. I have a four night minimum except in Winter. Sometimes I will allow 3 night rentals, if it is a good fit on the calendar, or through the week.

We have stayed at Waterscape periodically for years. It has a beautiful beach and water amenities for the kids and is close to food and local attractions. We choose Waterscape Rentals by Owner to bypass the booking fees, and their condos are THE best. They are always clean and well-appointed with comfy beds. We especially loved that there were beach chairs included and even some extras like floats and a wagon so no need to lug your own from home. Danica is super helpful and friendly and great to work with!

This has been our third year at Waterscape. We tend to come January 1st-March 1st. Being from Wisconsin it is fun getting away from the snow and cold. Booking with Danica has always made our vacation go without a glitch or problem from the day we stepped into the condo until the day we leave. She of course is easily accessible to answer any questions or solve any problem that would come up during our stay. Looking forward to next year already!

I say it every time, she makes your vacation the best! From the music playing when you enter the condo to having everything you need while you're there. The location is spot on with lots of good places to eat near by.... pools to swim in, lazy river to relax in,beach chairs and an umbrella set up on the beach. Bring your swimsuit and a towel and you're good to go! This is somewhere we will come back year after year!!!

First off September is a very good time of year to go! B110 condo is clean, nice beds, everything is new! Owner is the easiest one we have had to work with. Location is the best for ground floor. This condo just felt like home!

Best. Gulf Experience. Ever. We just returned from our 3rd stay at Waterscape Rentals and more specifically one of Danica's rentals. What a wonderful place to come with the family. The beach is amazing. The facilities overall are good with a variety of things to do. They have special guest events frequently. Now on to the condos...furnished delightfully with a beachy feel. Danica was the perfect hostess. I felt incredibly informed and prepared from our initial encounter. First, she made the initial reservation process informative and efficient. In the week leading up to our arrival she provided a wealth of information about the resort, including rules and fun activities for the kids, as well as details about the individual condo and amenities therein. There was no "check-in". Rather, it was a smooth arrival with no waiting. Danica was in constant contact on the day of arrival and let us know as soon as we could enter the condo. The condo is tastefully decorated and very clean. Layout is ideal. Loved the entire experience. Will rent again and again through Danica!

Just got back from a week at Waterscape in condo B110. I have stayed at numerous other units and this is by far is one of the best "on first sight" condos I've stayed at. Danica is very responsive and made sure to help us with anything we needed. It is right next to the main pool and behind the on site pool side restaurant. The ground level unit makes coming and going easy without having to go inside and up the elevator. The unit has fantastic appliances and the beds are very comfy. I found the wi-fi to be working great and the speed was sufficient.
Booking this unit at the this resort is a no-brainer. Just don't take the week that I want to book.

This was our first time visiting Waterscape. We had an awesome time! Our ground floor unit was very convenient to the pool and close to the beach. The unit had all of the little things that we needed such as hand soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, a cooler, wagon, beach toys, extra chairs, and a small fan to help while sleeping. It was extremely clean, warm and inviting when we walked in. Danica provided a cute little sea turtle zipper pouch customized with our last name monogrammed on it. We were able to go to the roof of the parking deck to watch fireworks on the 4th. It was a beautiful view with many different firework shows going on at the same time and we could see them all.
My entire family loved everything about this condo. We added an extra night to our vacation but had to switch condos. We moved into one that was not owned by Danica and it was a huge disappointment going from hers to the one we stayed in the last night.
My son realized he forgot his phone charger when we left the first room. I texted to ask Danica if the cleaning crew found it. She instantly responded to let me know she found it. Then she brought it to us! That is excellent customer service and very appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again!!

The unit was clean and beautiful upon arrival. It had everything we needed and a really comfortable master bed! We loved that you could just walk out your door and be steps away from the pool and the beach without having to cross the entire property. It also had a really convenient place to unload everything from our car. Couldn't have been better! Would highly recommend!

Danica is awesome. Trust that. Best vacation spot for a family with young kids! "Vacation" lol with toddlers is always full of moments lol. Well renting from Danica made those moments just a little bit easier. She was always available for a quick question and she had the condo set up p Perfectly. The best way to describe it was it felt like home. Waterscape has everything to offer from the pools, snack shack, gas Grills, easy beach access, etc. Also don't forget Danica is awesome.

We traveled to this part of Florida for the first time and it did not disappoint! My family and I had the best time. Danica’s condo was beautiful with VERY comfortable beds! I was a bit concerned because we stayed on the bottom floor, and I thought maybe we would hear people above us…WE HEARD NOTHING! Easy access to the beach, pools and hot tubs! We also went to the Boardwalk for movie night on the beach. So many things to do in walking distance. Absolutely the best place for vacation! We stopped to see Pickles, the Publix cat, one more time before heading out of town. Treat your family to an amazing vacation at Waterscape! Treat yourself by using Danica for your stay. This trip was our 5th time to stay at Waterscape but our first to stay with Danica (unit B110). The unit was everything we hoped and more. From walking in to a cool clean condo with music softly playing to the most comfortable beds, best washer and dryer we've ever had, pool and beach supplies all provided, and perfect location to access the pool and beach... we have fallen in love with this unit!!! Danica is amazing to work with and stayed in communication with us the whole time, making sure everything was perfect and we had everything we needed. My little girl mentioned several times that she wished we could just live there. The chairs provided on the beach also came with a table and paddle board. My boys truly enjoyed the paddle board and being able to venture around on it. The beach guys are great and so helpful. One in particular went above and beyond to help make sure we enjoyed everything provided by Danica. We can't wait to visit again and stay in this incredible unit.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else at FWB. Danica's condos are the best. This year I stayed in B110, which is ground floor, with walk-out access to the lower pool. The condo unit itself is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything needed to enjoy your stay. You won't regret staying here- and you'll never want to stay anywhere else!

Danica was very responsive throughout the process of booking and checking out. The condo was amazing! We had a great area in the back for the kids to play and a very short walk to the beach. Waterscape B112 is located on the Florida Panhandle in the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach area in one of the most popular resorts on the Gulf Coast. We are a 2 bedroom plus bunkroom, 2.5 bath condo with all the perks you'd expect from a 5-star resort, plus many that you haven't yet considered. Waterscape is the Gulf Coast's most fun, family-friendly, BEACHFRONT resort featuring multiple pools with waterfalls, a heated pool, lazy river, waterslide, toddler pool/splash pad, two hot tubs, onsite tiki hut, and MORE! This condo is on the highly sought after ground level in the B building and is located in the desirable "inside" of the U, only 6 units back from the beach. We are the first unit to the largest waterfall and largest pool. Our centralized yet private ground floor location is highly desirable and considered a "prime" location within the resort. This unit contains two master suites, which is perfect for traveling with extended family or another small family. The living room and both bedrooms open to the spacious, sun-kissed patio which includes seating for 4, two lounge chairs, and a deck box filled to the rim with beach toys and floats.
B112 boasts a fully-stocked kitchen making cooking-in a breeze (but of course, cooking is optional!). The living room has a full-size sofa that converts to a Queen size tempurpedic-topped sofa bed, a love seat, and an HDTV in case you need to spend some down time indoors.
B112 is colorful and classy, offers a beachy charm, and has been carefully designed to feel like home. We have selectively stocked the condo with things you need, but nothing you don't. We offer complimentary beach service, extra beach chairs, a large 8' umbrella, and a beach cart to provide front-row beach seating at your leisure. This equipment is also handy at the pools, as sometimes vacant chairs can be difficult to come by. We furnish an all-terrain wagon for your little ones, a pack-n-play, high chair, and a variety of other items to make your visit easy. These are a few of the details, but I don't want to spoil all the fun!
Waterscape B112 contains the resort's only rope-lighted bunk room. Additionally, there is a cable-connected HDTV on both the top and bottom bunks. This puts children in the right mood and makes them happy to climb into their sleeping quarters. Our bunk room features a light blocking and sound insulating curtain, making sleeping in a breeze. This unit sleeps 8 people comfortably.
