To book, send me an inquiry. I don't allow online booking as I like to speak to my guests. I have a four night minimum except in Winter. Sometimes I will allow 3 night rentals, if it is a good fit on the calendar, or through the week.

This is our family's third year visiting Waterscape, but our first time staying in one of Danica's condos. Our stay was AMAZING! We were able to check in early to a CLEAN condo that was stocked with kitchen appliances, towels, beach toys, wagon, beach chairs/umbrella, and more! The condo was bright and beautifully decorated, and it had easy access to the beach as well as the lazy river. We definitely plan to return and stay in one of Danica's condos again for our future visits.

We stayed at Waterscape in B108! It was PERFECT location to the pool and beach. It was ground level and our kids were able to play outside our patio the entire trip. Highly recommend this unit for a large family! We had 7 people stay in the unit 2 adults and 5 children the bunk room was such a great feature! I would highly recommend using Danica to rent.

We really enjoyed our visit at Waterscape. Danica gives 100% to providing all the info needed to enhance the visit. The condo was perfect; clean, pretty, and stocked with all necessities to use inside and out. So convenient to restaurants, grocery store too. Extra nice was the positive music playing upon arrival and surprise gifts for the kids to enjoy too. The kids loved the pool area and the beach is right there. So nice to have the chairs/umbrella set up for you on the beach and the guys who do that were very helpful. We had 3 adults and 3 kids (one is special needs) and the condo/resort was very accommodating. Will definitely return to Waterscape/Danica’s properties again.

Stayed in B108 for spring break. Great unit on the ground floor with easy access to the pool area and the beach! Danica was amazing from booking to check in to follow up upon leaving! She was very responsive when we had questions. We absolutely loved our stay with her and will be back!

We stayed in B108 during Spring break. It is on the ground floor and we absolutely loved it. The patio goes right to the pool!! The condo is so nice and organized. We loved it so much we booked another trip before we left. Danica is on top of her game and it makes vacationing so much easier!! This is our second year spending here at Waterscape escaping the snow and cold in Wisconsin. Danica has always made our vacation exceptional. Besides having a very nicely decorated condo for your stay she actually stays in touch with you while you are there to let you know all the activities and happenings around town that you can partake in. If you have a question of any kind or a problem of any kind she is right there with an answer or solution. You will not be disappointed booking through Danica. She has made our last two months at Waterscape very fun and enjoyable. We are already looking forward to next year.

I have been to waterscape multiple times but have never had such a positive experience as when I rented directly from owner Danica for B108. She was beyond great to work with, and being able to load and unload right at the door was awesome. The condo was immaculate with all cooking items you could wish for. This is a place you walk into and say WOW--this is better than the pictures online. There were 3 adults and 3 children and it was absolutely fabulous, and the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. My husband and I stayed last week in Unit B108. This was our 4th time booking through Danica and third different unit we have stayed in. Danica makes the entire process so easy, from booking, to check-in, to check-out. I am always blown away with all the details she puts into her units. She has truly thought of everything you might need. The kitchen has more gadgets than I have at home. She even has a cooler for guests to use! The beach chair service is wonderful and there are two extra chairs in the unit too and a wagon to help haul your stuff to the pool/beach. My husband and boys always like taking the kayaks out, we have not been brave enough to try to paddle board yet. Danica is always very responsive to texts - she usually responds in less than 10 minutes regardless of how early or late I text her. The units are extremely clean too. You can tell she treats each unit like it is her home. We love staying with Danica so much I have already booked our 2023 vacation with her!!!

From location to accessibility, this place was wonderful! We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Condo was clean. I love that there was a wagon and chair provided and the beach was SO close! Pools were cold but the kids enjoyed them anyways! Danica was helpful with any questions I had. Not one complaint. Waterscape B108 is located on the Florida Panhandle in the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach area in one of the most popular resorts on the Gulf Coast. We are a 2 bedroom plus bunkroom, 2.5 bath condo with all the perks you'd expect from a 5-star resort, plus many that you haven't yet considered. This condo is on the very sought after ground level in the B building and is located just steps from the sand AND steps from the pools. We are conveniently located in the resort, with temporary backdoor parking for loading, and then just steps from being in the middle of all the fun. This unit offers two master suites, both with King beds, which is perfect for traveling with extended family or friends. The living room and both bedrooms open to the spacious, sun-kissed patio which includes seating for 6 to enjoy the morning sun or afternoon shade.
