This is our third visit to WaterScape but our first in this unit. This was the nicest of the theee we have stayed in. Everything went smoothly. The only downside is the view from the balcony. This was reflected in a more affordable price than the other two we have stayed in. We love the resort. Joe was easy to work with and we all had a great time.

Joe is great! He is super responsive and helpful, and offered many suggestions on activities to do/see and restaurants in and around beautiful Destin. The two-bedroom condo in Waterscape Resort is clean, with modern furniture meant for a beach getaway. Everything was great and even a bit large for a family of four with two kids, so it fits extended family! Plus, a cool bunk room with a sliding door with two TVs if you have younger children! The apartment has a washer/dryer, just grab your detergent, and the kitchen is well-stocked with utensils. This is not a large resort, and the U building is well-kept. There are several pools, including a lazy river with a waterfall, one with a small children’s play area, and a slide for younger children and bbq areas with gas grills. There are a few kid activities (tattoos, balloons, painting, movie night, etc.) that change throughout the week, and they are usually after midday or early evening. The apartment has a few beach toys and beach chairs.

Castaway's Paradise is newly renovated, fresh and very clean. The property is well stocked. As a mom, I had everything I needed for my kids from entertainment to preparing meals. The bunk room was impressive-- the sea creatures actually glow in the dark! Access to the pools was quick and parking in the garage was also easy. Communication with Joe with a breeze. Definitely recommend this place to all and we've already re-booked our next vacation!

Waterscape A125 was amazing! The unit is near the parking garage and just a few steps away from the pool area. There's no waiting on elevators. This unit is centrally located in Waterscape so it makes getting around pretty easy! We used the state of the art gym! The unit itself was super clean! It was also well maintained and well stocked. It had everything we needed for our stay this winter! Joe was easy to work with! We can't wait to come back!

We've always heard great things about Waterscape. We took the plunge to get away for a few days from the hecticness of life. Waterscape was amazing. The property at night, light up-- was beautiful even in the winter months. As for A125, the unit had everything we needed. Plenty of cups, dishes, etc... The furniture was comfortable. The beds were all comfortable. I don't think we had a single complaint about the unit. Joe responded within minutes to any question that we had. His team does a great job keeping up the unit.

First, this isn't our first stay in one of Joe's condo's-- we come back because of the customer service. He does an amazing job of making sure the units are well stocked with everything you'll need. Communication with him is flawless and its easy to get ahold of him at a moment's notice. The condo complex is amazing! It has everything you can think of, definitely a hoping place during the summer months with kids! We'll be back!

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our young family (kids ages 7, 5, and 11 months). The condo was very clean and had a very nice setup. Our oldest 2 kids loved the bunk room and there was a pack n play and high chair provided for our baby! The little red wagon was great for hauling our stuff to the pool and beach! The pool was also perfect for kids of all ages. I highly recommend staying here with your family! Joe was always very quick to respond to questions.

The property was clean. It was well stocked. It was modern, clean and most importantly it was well kept. Communication with Joe was great. He was always quick to answer any questions that we had. This ground floor unit was easy access to the garage— which made unloading and loading the car a breeze. The unit was close to the pools. There were heated pools which was great for our family and friends who came with us! There is also a gym. Lots of little places to eat around the area. We’ll be back!
