This was our second time staying at Waterscape for our son’s birthday and booking with Danica. The condo was wonderful and we had a great view of the pools. Everything was left nice and clean upon arrival. Danica was super communicative throughout the booking process and during our stay. We will be back again next summer!!!!

This was our first visit to Waterscape and it was everything we were looking for and more! We stayed in B316 which was a beautiful unit and had everything we needed for a perfect beach trip…Danica and her rental staff we’re always helpful with our questions and it was by far the easiest process we have had in renting a condo! All the little extra touches like having my two grandsons a shirt in the room when we checked in just made them feel special and was such a sweet gesture! We will definitely be renting from Danica again in the near future! Thanks again for letting us enjoy your condo for the week it was perfect!!

Waterscape is a gorgeous oceanfront property with all the features, benefits and amenities a resort can offer. Danica is an excellent host offering the highest level of customer service. Her units are super clean, beautifully decorated and the most comfortable I’ve encountered. My family and I couldn’t have been more pleased. We give our experience an above 5 Star Rating. My family and I stayed in this condo for our first ever Destin vacation! I was on the hunt for the perfect place and Danica made this choice a breeze! The condo itself was the perfect size for our family of 6! Very convenient also, very close to the elevators! The view of the pool is gorgeous and very relaxing morning and night, night was my favorite just to enjoy the calmness with the beauty. Danica has the place stocked with everything you could need and that makes it even easier to travel here. I can’t say enough great things about Danica and how easy she made our entire stay, we even extended a few days after being there! She was quick with responses and always willing to help. She offers a variety of accommodations for her guest. The beach service was easy and we never had any issues. I LOVE that she donates leftover food, this was just another perk for us. We usually have to waste and I truly loved this. Shoes her kindness and compassion for others and her community! You can’t go wrong booking with Danica, we can’t wait to come back!

Had a wonderful stay at Waterscape! The condos are a great place for kiddos with all of the pools and easy beach access. Danica has very up to date condos that give a very luxurious feel to a beach condo. Danica is great at communicating and if you have any issues at all she is ON TOP OF IT! I loved my little home away from home. It was clean and decorated so nice. It was set up with everything anyone would need and soooo cute. I loved the whole setup of the resort. My balcony looked over the pools and I could see the waves crashing. Hope to go back again but next time hopefully bring my family.

B316- Our unit was the cleanest beach condo we have ever walked into. The care of the space was definitely noticed. It was a perfect space for our family of 4, and the 2 bathrooms were so helpful. We are a music family, so when we walked in and “beach music” was playing we instantly felt at home. We had stormy weather one day of our trip and the family games available in our room were perfect to pass the time. The resort itself was so clean. While we didn’t use them, the amount of grills on property for guests made me actually consider cooking on vacation ðŸ¤. We walked to restaurants across the street 3 nights and they were perfect. Danica’s communication was top notch, more than I have ever experienced. We will definitely look at Waterscape as a vacation destination again- with Danica of course!

Waterscape B316 is located on the Florida Panhandle in the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach area in one of the most popular resorts on the Gulf Coast. We are a 1 bedroom (plus bunks), 2 bath condo with all the perks you'd expect from a 5-star resort, plus many that you haven't yet considered. Waterscape is the Gulf Coast's most fun, family-friendly, BEACHFRONT resort featuring multiple pools with waterfalls, a heated pool, lazy river, waterslide, toddler pool/splash pad, two hot tubs, onsite tiki hut, and MORE! Waterscape B626 is on the 3rd level in the B building and is located in the desirable "inside" of the U, 8 doors from the beach. The living room opens to the spacious, sun-kissed patio which includes seating for 4, a lounge chair, and a deck box filled to the rim with beach toys and floats.
B316 boasts a fully stocked kitchen making cooking-in a breeze (but of course, cooking is optional!). The living room has a sleeper sofa that converts to a Queen size tempurpedic-topped sofa bed, ax extra chair, and an HDTV in case you need to spend some down time indoors.
B316 is fun and elegant too. It has been carefully designed to feel like home. We have selectively stocked the condo with things you need, but nothing you don't. We offer free beach service, extra beach chairs, a large 8' umbrella, and a beach cart to provide front-row beach seating at your leisure. This equipment is also handy at the pools, as sometimes vacant chairs can be difficult to come by. We furnish an all-terrain wagon for your little ones, a pack-n-play, highchair, and a variety of other items to make your visit easy. These are a few of the details, but I don't want to spoil all the surprises!
Waterscape B316 has a comfy set of bunk beds in between the kitchen and living room. This unit sleeps 2 people in the master bedroom, 2 on the bunks, and 2 on a sofa bed. The max occupancy of this unit is 6 people.
