Richard’s flat is wonderful! Parking and ground floor location is very convenient, especially with small children! The condo was clean and comfortable. The splash pad is right outside the Patio door, and there are multiple grills around the pool to utilize whenever you wish (they are also cleaned every morning) . The resort has a great family environment when you are outside, and the condos are very quiet when you’re inside (you can’t hear other people through the walls)! We will definitely be back!

Although we were unable to fulfill our stay at this condo due to COVID-19, I wanted to give a shout-out to the owner for being so understanding with us and our reason for canceling our trip by returning our FULL DEPOSIT. Other people in my family who had reservations in other units within this complex were not as fortunate. It took months to even get a response after numerous attempts were made via phone calls and emails, only to be told by way of a letter that they would not receive ANY of their deposit back despite these unprecedented times. But Richard couldn't have been kinder. His response was timely, compassionate and generous! I would wholeheartedly recommend going through this owner if you're interested in staying in Waterscape. Thank you again, Richard.

This condo was very clean and awesome for our 3 year old. Being on the ground floor with a grassy area was great for playing frisbee or catch. Parking is super convenient and Richard was easy to work with. All the kids loved the pool areas especially the zero entry and lily pad obstacle! Definitely would recommend this to others!

Being on the ground level and just steps from the pool area was perfect for us! We have 3 small children (6, 5, and 3) and it was nice not to have to fight steps. Clean, cute decor and had everything we needed. Grills close by, and we could park really close to the unit which made loading/unloading easy. Will definitely come back and will request this unit again!

Ground floor – Quick and easy access to pools and grills AND no worrying about your toddler climbing on a balcony!

C Building – Parking is just a few steps from the door which makes unloading and loading super easy! No fighting stairs or waiting for slow elevators on your vacation. The C building is furthest away from the beach but it’s a nice walk through the pools and you have a stunning view of the palms that you love!
Entertainment:
* Daily beach service is included - no need to worry with transporting beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach every day.
* Cushioned patio furniture with access from the living room as well as master bedroom.
* Being a ground unit, kids can blow bubbles, play football\soccer, etc on the grassy area as you step off our patio.
* The kitchen is fully stocked to enjoy the grills that are only a few steps from the patio.
* Flat screen TVs and DVD players in every room including the bunk area!
* All units have free wifi.
Sleeping Arrangements – We can comfortably sleep 8 in our unit with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twin beds in the bunk area, and a new sleeper sofa in the living room.
Relaxation – Master bedroom has a HUGE tub along with a shower with sitting area. Our unit is stocked with a Margarita machine – mix your own concoctions to take to the beach or enjoy after a day in the sun! Keyless entry – no need to worry about keys during your stay.
Management – We operate and own our unit which means you have access to us should anything undesirable arise. We’ll do our very best to ensure your vacation is as relaxing as possible!
