This was our first visit to the area and really enjoyed our stay at Waterscape. Working with Danica made everything from reservations to entertainment a breeze. The condo was beautiful, fully equipped, and clean. The pools were awesome and the beach was so pretty. The glow party was fun and the fireworks on the beach were awesome. Our family had an AMAZING trip to Waterscape! Danica was so easy to book with and her unit, C505, was impeccably clean and beautiful! We walked into the condo to music playing and instantly felt relaxed and ready to start our vacation. The resort has easy access to the pools and beach with plenty of seating. Wonderful memories were made and we will definitely be back!

This was my families second time staying with Danica. We rented two condos with my in-laws. We had 9 guest ages 5-57. There is something for every age here, nobody was ever bored. Both units were spotless when arriving! Pictures do not do the condos justice. You can choose to be as busy or lazy and you please. Danica goes to the max to make your vacation as stress free as possible. I have rented many houses and have never been as pleased as I am with Danica.

Condo was very clean and we loved all the extras -beach toys, wagon, cooler,etc. Danica was easy to work with and very responsive to all our needs! Loved the ocean view and resort! We will be back in the future!

Our stay at Waterscape was Wonderful! The condo had such a great view of the ocean, the pool and the property. Sitting on the balcony was one our favorite things to do. Drinking coffee in the morning, sunbathing in the afternoon and looking at the stars at night. The condo had everything we needed to make it like our home away from home. Parking was so convenient for us. Practically right outside the door from the condo. Having a bad back it made it easy to get to and from our car. The only hiccup was there was lots of maintenance was going on for 2-3 weeks. The heated pool was emptied and being repaired. I understand that all the painting, lawn being repaired and sanding was in preparation for the season but still it was somewhat disruptive at times. But on the other hand my husband kind of enjoyed watching the workers. We loved seeing the fighter jets from Elgin Air Force base fly over the condos. All in all, we can't wait to come back next year. Danica is a joy and very responsive to any questions or concerns!!

Don’t know where to start! This condo was A#1 all the way from location to special touches by Danica! She was excellent to work with, so friendly and accommodating. The condo was perfect for 5 of us plus a 6 month old baby, and Danica even had a t-shirt made with my granddaughters name! My son was touched by that 😁 Location is perfect just steps from parking and pools and also the beautiful beach. We will definitely stay here in this unit again, but I’m sure all of Danica’s units are wonderful! You won’t be disappointed! Thanks Danica for a great stay in FL!!

We stayed in C505 and I can not say enough good things about Waterscape and booking with Danica! She made it super easy throughout the entire booking process, goes above and beyond with being informative about the condo, activities etc. The view from the balcony is phenomenal! This room overlooks the pool as well as the ocean in the background. Even being on the 5th floor in C building the walk to the pools is not far at all. The kids loved the entire trip. We are already in the mentions of booking with Danica again for the spring.

This condo and resort exceeded our expectations! There was so much room for my family of 6 to enjoy and be comfortable without being on top of each other. The sleep number beds were so comfy! The balcony and view was the best part! My husband and I def relaxed there drinking coffee and watching the ocean waves! The pools, splash pads, and hot tubs were clean and beautiful! The kids had such a great time. We will absolutely plan on staying here again next year! 10/10 recommended.

We had the best vacation and amenities while staying at Waterscape. Danica always has the best kept rooms and furnishings. We love being greeted by the beach music on our arrival too!

We did an all girls trip from ages 40 to ?? Who really needs to know our ages. lol. We all had so much fun. Our group had some who preferred the pool, some the beach. The resort had something for all of us. We relaxed in the lazy river and even took a try at the pool obstacle course. Other guests cheered us on as we entertained them. A wonderful time was had by all. Can't wait to plan another!

If you have any doubts about staying here let me help sway your decision. Go ahead and book with Danica! You will save yourself a bunch of fees by booking under her (the owner) and C505 is lovely. The beds rivaled our own bed at home, which was great. Unlike previous condo experiences Danica immediately took care of any problems with the unit. She left my girls sand buckets with their names on them and had music playing when we arrived. This unit is a quick walk to the parking garage for loading and unloading and the unit has a breath taking view. Don't forget to lay on the hammock on the patio. The kitchen was fully stocked so don't worry about bringing any extras with you. Never once did my girls say they were bored. They loved the pirate show and all the activities at Waterscape. We also rotated between lazy river, pool and beach. My only complaint was that we had to go home. Thanks Danica for making it a great week!

If you are wanting a nice, clean friendly place to stay then you need to rent from Danica at Waterscape rentals. She is so great to work with and her Condos are SO nice. Everything is decorated nicely and you have ALL the comforts of home. We so enjoyed are week and can't wait to return.

The pools and shared areas are beautiful and well cared for. We loved the quick elevators and clean hallways. The condo was so cozy, and perfectly clean. The host definitely goes the extra mile to make it perfect!

We stayed on the 5th floor and it was amazing! Had a great view of the ocean and heated pool with parking literally ouside our door which was so convenient. Kids loved the pirate show too! It was great to show up with groceries already there and also a personalized gift! Thank you Danica for such a great stay. We will be back!

Waterscape is a premium resort. Pools and a lazy river too. I could exercise and enjoy the heated pool and hot tubs with no waiting. Great restaurants close by without the Destin traffic. If you ever even think about a snowbird special or just a week of fun and beach come on down and let Danica fix you up! I'll be back for sure!

We had a wonderful vacation over fall break. Waterscape has something for everyone and it's made even better by renting through Danica. We try to stay in C505, which is where we stayed this year, because the view is great (you get to see a little of everything - ocean, pools, palm trees, etc.), the balcony has a hammock, and parking is right outside your door in a covered garage. Danica thinks of everything and then some, and is so helpful with any questions you may have before, during, or after your stay. We utilized the grocery service this year and it was awesome to arrive to the condo with a stocked fridge. I sound like a broken record by now, lol, but Danica is the BEST and we are so happy we found her years ago. I asked my daughter if she wanted me to say anything in the review. Here's her answer: "Literally. The. Best. Mic drop." Yep, that about sums it up.

We stayed in a new unit for our 2nd trip with Danica this year, C505. We had a great view of the whole complex and the Gulf! As always Danica is super responsive to messages and even managed to get us in a little early since we were already in town visiting family! Perfect as always!

Danica was great to work with and saved me so much money in fees when compared to other companies! She allowed for an early check in (and this is unheard of from “the other guys”)! The lighting and beach music playing was so inviting when we walked into our condo and she even gave us a monogrammed beach bag.. a personal touch I never expected! The condo was spotless, the beds were perfect with the sleep number mattresses, and the decorations were so beachy! I highly recommend booking through waterscape rentals by owner!

It's always nice to walk in to your condo and find a small gift from the person you rent from. Danica is always on top of things especially when she is needed for emergencies. Consider renting from her and her family. They treat you like family! Thank you Danica, we hope to visit again soon!

We had an awesome time at Waterscape! This was our second year booking with Danica (always so responsive to any questions!) and we will definitely book with her again. The grandchildren are already planning for next summer! Our condo (C505) was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We had easy access to parking/unloading and a gorgeous view of the resort and the beach. We loved our stay in C505! The room was very spacious and CLEAN! There was more than enough room to accommodate our family comfortably. Our view from the balcony was beautiful! The condo had extra beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, and beach toys which was great! The pool was perfect for families and children! The pool deck also had several fun activities for the children! I highly recommend this place for your next trip! 😊

We worked with Danica directly to book our vacation and really enjoyed having a direct contact for our trip. Our experience at Waterscapes was absolutely amazing! This was the first time our kids have seen the ocean and they loved every minute of it. We could not have been more pleased with the condo, resort, or Danica! Everything was as pictured and better! We stayed in C505 and it was perfect. The parking garage was so convenient for unpacking and packing up. The walk to the pool/beach was easy (thanks to the wonderful directions from Danica). The condo was clean, stocked, spacious, and the view was great! The only complaint I have is that our stay wasn’t longer!! The Sleep Number beds were comfortable and the umbrella and chairs set up each day on the beach were a huge plus!

I cannot say enough about how amazing our stay was! Clean, every detail you could think of, all of the amenities included with our favorite being the beach wagon and all of the beach toys and floats. We save so much room in our car by not having to pack this stuff each year! Our kids LOVED their personalized beach buckets and it’s such a nice extra touch that you definitely won’t get many other places!

First time to this this part of Florida. Visited with 3 kids. Came looking for relaxing week and got exactly that. Condo was clean, had all the amenities one could ask for. Was very impressed with how Danica cared that visitors enjoyed their stay. She is an amazing communicator; would receive text, voice or email responses within minutes of sending. Condo has everything that is needed for comfortable stay, extra blankets, games, beach accessories, tv that was easy to set up. Of all owner managed properties I've rented, this is the best experience I've had. Will definitely return.

I cannot say enough good things. Loved booking through Danica! This was our second visit to Waterscape, but first time using Danica and it was 100 times better; I will only book through her now (and I’ve already booked for next year)! She was available for questions whenever I had them in the booking process and was super responsive. The room was super clean and well stocked with things we needed for our trip. And the information she sent before we left was so helpful, as was her Facebook page. The ocean view of C505 made the rainy weather more tolerable (Not that anyone wants storms during their beach vacation). Her recommendations were spot on too; and we enjoyed the guest book and took ideas from it for things to do. My nephew loved the putt putt and ice cream across the street; and the younger kids loved the activities Danica had planned weekly. We also enjoyed being able to park right outside our room - it made unpacking/shopping/packing so much easier. I’m already counting down to next years stay!

Not only did we walk into our beautiful unit welcomed by beach music, there was the CUTEST surprise ever ❤️. Danica has been by far the most attentive person for a rental that I have ever had! Waterscape resort is an excellent place for fun and sun. The location offers easy access to great restaurants and entertainment. Their heated pool was nice and warm. Danica was a great person to rent from. She is so pleasant and attentive to all our needs. Even got a boat ride! It was cool but fun seeing harbor life. Would have loved to have warmer temperatures in the beginning of the month, but mother nature didn't warm up until later in the month. Keep up the good work Danica!

The condo was laid out perfectly and equipped with just about everything that you need. Several pools and play areas for the kids of all ages. The beach was easy to access and the condo also had a beach wagon and chairs for us to use. I'm telling you this owner thought of everything for the tenant. The weather didn't cooperate but we still enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend!

A beach trip for fall break was just what we needed. We have stayed at Waterscape for years and nothing beats it and the service you get when you rent from Danica. Everything you could need when traveling with kids is there for you. From high chairs to pack n plays to extra beach toys, she has it covered. The units are always expertly cleaned and our favorite touch is the beach music playing as soon as we walk in. This unit C505 has great views and easy access to the kid splash zone and pools. This was our first time staying in October and the sunsets did not disappoint. Highly recommend fitting this into your family schedule! Can't wait to go back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Waterscape this year and booking through Danica was a breeze! The condo was perfect (we stayed in C505)! It was stocked with everything we needed and then some. Even with the “C” building being the furthest back from the beach, the views were still beyond incredible (and unobstructed) and being able to park literally right outside the condo is more than worth being a little further back. I will choose this same condo over others again in the future simply for that convenience. Danica sends you ALL the information you will need (make sure to read her Owner’s Tips!) to make your stay as stress free as possible. The beach service being included is also a huge perk along with all of the beach gear already provided in the condo. This was the first time I’ve ever gone to the beach (and we go several times a year) that I haven’t had to run out to buy beach gear other than a few toys the kids specifically wanted. The Waterscape resort itself was wonderful with plenty to keep the kids occupied (the pool/lazy river/tiki hut being SO close to the beach is WONDERFUL when you have older kids that can just go back and forth by themselves!!). And the restaurants right across the street 🤤 OMG. They were amazing!! This was hands down our favorite condo AND resort that we’ve ever stayed at! Don’t hesitate to book! We have been renting from Danica for several years now - and will take whatever unit she has available - because her units are clean, she provides pretty much everything you can think of and then some, and she goes out of her way to make everything stress free for her guests. We particularly like C505 because we like having a view of everything: the pools, landscaping, and ocean. We also like that the C building has a covered garage for parking and our vehicle is practically right outside our door. We love staying at Waterscape because it has something for everyone, and it is a very relaxing place. Our days usually start at the beach and end at the pools. Danica offers premium beach service and provides extra equipment you can take to the beach with you. She also includes an hour of paddle boarding or kayaking each day - for free! My daughter and her friend took advantage of paddle boarding daily and it was their very favorite part of vacation. One day, there were several dolphins within 10 feet of their paddle board. Of course they thought this was SUPER cool! If you are looking to vacation somewhere that has something for everyone, your top priority is relaxing and enjoying time with family and friends, and you want a worry-free/hassle-free booking process, look no further. My family and I decided last minute to book a trip. We had been to Waterscape before, but rented through another company. I did some research and found Danica. I'm so glad we did! She was such a pleasure to work with. The booking process was so smooth. We rented C505 and let me tell you, it was spotless! The condo was equipped with all your beach needs and who doesn't want to sleep on a sleep number bed?! We will definitely be booking again. The resort itself if great! It has something for everyone! We loved spending the morning at the beach, then lounging by the pool or floating around the lazy river! If you book with Danica you will not be disappointed. This vacation was just what our family needed! Thank you for the great hospitality!!!

We frequent the Waterscape (every year since 2015) and we always have an amazing time! It's impossible not to with the pools, lazy river, beach access, Fudpuckers on site, many places for activities, shopping, food... the list goes on! Danica's condo was especially sweet for young children with a cart, toys, and everything thought of, laid out, clean, and organized! It was nice to have the free kayak rentals too, huge plus!!!

Condo was more than expected, complex was perfect for our family with multiple pools/ activities for our 4 year old. Beautiful beach, perfect sunrise & sunset views, close to multiple restaurants & practically next door to the gulfarium. We had a blast & will be back!

We have stayed at Waterscape at least once a year for the past 7 years. This unit has more amenities than any other place I stood in here. From the salt and pepper to the beach cart, Danica did not spare anything. Thank you for everything and always answering my text.

I rented two condos from Danica for a week. The condos were very nice and clean. They really have everything you would need. I am usually running to the store for soap or dishwasher things in the middle of the week but not here. I was impressed that there was even a very nice waffle iron, my iron travels with me cause I've never seen one in a rental lol, and large mixer in the kitchen. But my biggest impression is how Danica handles everything. She is always there if you need her. The patio light was out and after texting her, I found her there changing the bulb herself. Renting from her was great and we will hopefully be returning again next summer. Thank you Danica!

We spent an awesome week in C505 Waterscape in Fort Walton… The condo was perfect for us. It included wagon full or beach toys, a beach cart and the kids were greeted with personalized sand buckets!!! Kitchen was fully stocked and condo included a high chair and pack n play… Our days were filled with swimming and playing at the resort and beach. The baby napped everyday floating with mommy or daddy in the lazy river. The grandkids said it was the best day ever!!! Everyday! We used the grocery delivery service offered by Danica. We walked into a refrigerator full!! We are already planning out next trip!! Thanks for the great memories!!

There is something at Waterscape for all ages and with the beach being steps away there's no need to leave the property. Danica is the best and we can't wait to come back for a 4th time...soon!!! Ms. Danica's condo was extremely beautiful and my family and I were extremely pleased with our stay. We were really blown away at our little condo. C505 was amazing for my family of 6. With all that was stated in the description, there was no need to bring anything but our luggage. The condo had a beach wagon filled with toys and a beach cart filled with an extra umbrella and chairs. When we arrived to the condo, we were early so we went out to the beach until our room was ready. Danica texted an hour before the check in time, so we were able to get in a little early which was nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. Music was playing and the most clean and pleasant smell filled the rooms as we walked in. Personalized sand toys we’re waiting for my children which was incredibly sweet and personal. The only person to rent at waterscape is Danica. The bed were amazing as well. We also loved our bath tub in the master suite. The hammock was a nice touch as well. It was a great view even from the C building which is in the back. We loved not having far at all to walk after parking. Also, there were always umbrellas and chairs at the beach available, plenty of floats for the lazy river, and always chairs at the pool. Pool staff was amazing and friendly as well. We also never had a problem finding an available grill to use. They were always clean too! The splash pad was my family’s favorite place to be also. 10/10 recommend Waterscape, Danica, and C505.

We had an amazing time at waterscape in fort Walton this past week The grandkids loved playing in the pool, there is so much for them to do. The condo was great, furnished with everything you need for cooking plus more. The sleep number beds are perfect for everyone. You choose what number you like to sleep on. The bunk room for the kids is always a hit.

Such a fantastic location! Great things for families to do. The condo is perfectly appointed. So nice to have many of the things that otherwise we would have to bring for a beach condo. Soaps, little toiletries, beach toys, beach chairs and umbrella, even a boogie board. The beach umbrella service and kayak and paddleboard were a huge hit. We loved the Wednesday night fireworks. Great location. Super attentive and helpful and conscientious owner.

Danica made checking in and out a breeze! She offered information and tips on anything you could think of. The condo was perfect and we didn't want for anything.

When we arrived at c505 we were greeted by a wonderfully clean and beautiful unit. The kids loved the bunk room as did I my room. Kitchen was fully stocked. Waterscapes has so much to do as well as access directly to the beach. This was the best vacation ever. We will be back.

What a pleasure it was to stay at Waterscape and work with Danica! She is the best owner I’ve ever worked with when going on vacation! The rooms were beautiful and clean. The amount of detail and guidance she gives leading up to the trip and throughout the stay is unlike anything I’ve experienced! If you are traveling with a baby or young children, this is the place for you! She has high chairs and pack n plays in the room as well as sand toys and a very convenient wagon! Takes away the need to pack a lot of big items! The pools are great for young kids!

I started looking at rentals for my Mother’s Day present many, many months ago and came across one of Danica’s unit by luck and I am SO glad I did! I reached out to her asking about the rate and she answered within minutes. She followed with pictures and helpful info and within minutes I knew it was the perfect rental unit for my family. We just got home today from our trip and it was perfect! The unit was beautiful just as described, Danica was amazing, very helpful and had beautiful turtle bags waiting on my girls which amazed them ☺️. The view was perfect, the kitchen was very well stocked and the wagon was super helpful! Thanks Danica for helping make my Mothers Day perfection! 🥰

We stayed in unit C505. When we arrived there was mellow beach music playing and the unit smelled great. Our balcony was very roomy; we kept the doors open most of the time. We could see the Gulf, and the sound from the resort water features was very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We used the poolside gas grills a couple times - there were plenty available. Having two bathrooms was great with teenagers. It was a wonderful trip and I will definitely recommend Danica and Waterscapes Resort. (This was our first trip to the area and she provided very helpful information about the area and the resort.)

This was our first visit to the Gulf with our kids. I did a TON of research of where I wanted to stay of Destin vs Fort Walton. Waterscape had a ton of great reviews and Danica had a ton of great reviews as well. We were not disappointed! The condo was beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked! We were in unit C505 and my kids cannot wait to go back. Danica answered all my questions and gave us all the information we could possibly need prior to our vacation. I’d 100% come back! We can’t wait!

We visited over spring break and had the best time! The amenities were our favorite. Being right on the beach, the splash pad, heated pool, lazy rivers, and hot tubs had something for everyone. The condo had everything that we needed and more! Danica communicated well with us and made us feel so welcome. Her hospitality and thoughtfulness was wonderful! We will definitely go back.

We stayed in C505. The condo was great and the view of the pools and ocean were fantastic. We also loved the fact that the parking was just outside of the door (it made carrying in groceries a breeze). Danica was amazing. She was very responsive to any and all messages, she definitely thought of everything and even made sand buckets for each of our kids! The condo included a wagon, beach cart, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella which were very useful to getting all of our stuff to the pool and beach. Waterscape had tons of amenities to keep the kids occupied. It had a splash pad for the littles, a large heated pool, a lazy river, Lilly pad obstacle course, and hot tubs. We can’t wait to go back!

Waterscape is definitely a redo family vacation!! Our family enjoyed everything it had to offer, condo spacious and fully equipped having everything you could need while on vacation. The pool areas were very family friendly, the beach access was convenient, clean, and well organized. Would highly recommend staying here for family getaway to Florida.

Not sure the amenities on the property can be matched elsewhere. The pools, hots tubs, beach access/service were just what this family from NE was craving. The beach wagon was so convenient to haul all our gear. Danica was so responsive to any and all questions we had prior to and during our stay.
While Danica is upfront about what is included (TONS) and what isn't...those few things caught us off guard even though we knew about them.
We can't wait to plan our next visit!

We had a really great time and was blown away right off the bat when we got to the unit and saw how very big and nice that it was. We have stayed in other condos but they were tiny in comparison. It was also special noting that the starter pack of paper towels andctoilet tissue was REAL and not some cheap brand that would disintegrate when it got wet. The weather was perfect for beach side sitting and having the beach chairs and umbrella provided was a great plus. The amenities with the beautiful landscaping and numerous pool options especially for kids are top notch. Will definitely be looking to come back here in the future.

Waterscape Resort is a great year round vacation destination! We just spent 2 months there and loved every minute. Danica is the perfect owner/manager. The units have all the comforts of home. The heated pool is wonderful and the beach is powdery, fluffy, white sand. This location is close to shopping and restaurants but not in the mainstream traffic. You can't go wrong!!

We have been staying at the waterscape resort now for 10 years. We have stayed in multiple condos and rented from multiple owners. I have looked at Danica’s condos for the last several years and they are always booked for our dates( she stays full because of how awesome she is) This year we hit the jackpot! She had one come open for our exact dates. From the beginning she was a pleasure to work with. Always prompt in responding to questions. The condo was so organized and had everything we needed. It was over and above stocked. By far the BEST condo we have stayed in. It was so wonderful that we have already booked a return stay to make sure we can get one of her condos. She has thought of every little detail. Her detailed list and information is perfect. Even for long time waterscape renters, we found helpful tips and info that was valuable. If you are looking for a carefree and easy vacation rental, I highly recommend Danica and any of her condos!

The pictures just don't do this place justice. The decor is super cute and has the feeling of being home. Everything you need for a fun vacation are provided. Plenty to do within a short walk or drive. The amenities are amazing. The property is very clean. We loved having the beach so close. Danica (the owner) is so nice and available. We can't wait to go back. This will definitely be our go to Ft. Walton home away from home.

We arrived to our condo with music playing a nice gift for our grandson.  We weathered Hurricane Sandy in C505.  We spent 2 days hanging out in the condo, enjoying family time.  We had everything we needed in the condo.  Once the weather cleared we enjoyed the kiddie area with our grandson and the beautiful beach.  As soon as the weather was clear the staff at Waterscape immediately started cleaning up the debris.  The owner stayed in contact with us and made sure we had everything we needed.  Highly recommend renting from Rentwaterscape.com. AMAZING! Danica does an outstanding job making sure you have a wonderful stay! The Condo was very clean and was well stocked with everything you would need. Danica's condo is great. Service is beyond believable. She takes all the guesswork out of the trip - her info letter before arrival gets you in safely and you can follow her directions straight to the pool including every turn needed. The attention to detail with her labeling of light switches, cabinet shelves, and drawers is amazing. Shout out to the house cleaner too. Condo was super clean but the shower doors-wish I knew her trick. Thanks for a super weekend.

Our family just returned from Fort Walton Beach. We stayed at Waterscape, rent by owner Danica Connell. If you are planning a trip for your family, this owner is a must!!! Very helpful and informative about anything Fort Walton. Condo very clean and organized!! We normally drive, but this time we flew. Danica provided all the essentials for the best beach experience!! Umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, coolers and even a beach cart! The pools are amazing as well. Fun for all ages. With several grills along poolside, we were able to cook while enjoying pool time with the kids. We will definitely be contacting Danica in the future for our family vacations. 5 stars all the way⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!

We spent a week and the thoughtfulness in the details was more than apparent. The condo was set up to welcome us straight into that vacation feel. Danica was incredibly kind, thoughtful and responsive prior, during, and post our stay.

Just returned from our second stay in one of Danica's condos at Waterscape. Once again, it was a stress-free vacation and we enjoyed making memories with our family. This time we stayed in C505. Our girls loved the pink bunk room and we loved the view! We slept like a rock on the sleep number bed. It's so nice to have a kitchen fully stocked with anything you might need. The provided beach chairs and cooler were so convenient. No need to buy sand toys or boogie boards, they are already there too. Local restaurants have never been crowded on our trips, and many are within walking distance. We love The Gulf and Stewby's! Our only complaint this trip is we did not stay long enough. We will be back!

We absolutely loved the Condo and Waterscape from the moment we arrived! Danica had already worked with me on so many things! (I can't walk long distances, this was our first vacation with our 6 month old grandchild) I could say it was the little things that were so wonderful.. the gift basket personalized for our family, the pack-n-play and high chair already in the condo, the iPod playing when we arrived. But, the pool, E's first time in the lazy river, watching my boys attempt to kayak in the ocean, these were all examples of the great memories made. I recommend this condo and Danica over and over! Thank you Danica for Everything! We will be back!!

We just returned from a 5 night stay in C505. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The chairs, cart, umbrella, and beach toys were a added bonus as we did not have to bring ours or buy any. Waterscapes grounds were beautiful, elevators were fast and clean. With parking on the same level you only have a short walk to your room which is great with kids. It made coming and going so much easier! I would recommend this unit to anyone and we will definitely be returning! The owner is fast to answer any questions or address any issues. We were even surprised with a beautiful personalized welcome basket full of goodies. No detail was left out! Thanks again for a wonderful stay to our vacation!

Danica and her housekeeper are the best. This is our third year in Destin but first with Danica. We will not go anywhere else and have already booked with her next year! Condo is awesome very clean. We were let in very early as they are on top of things. They provide so many things we weren't offered before like beach chairs umbrella etc. view is awesome and easy access to pool and beach. Welcome treats were appreciated. We give her a 5 star...not one bad thing we could say. Also beaches are open so come on down!!

This was our first time visiting the Destin area and it was fabulous! I must say that what really made our trip was renting one of Danica's cute, clean, organized, fun condos! I found her as I was research stalking Facebook and her reviews were wonderful! From our initial contact she was sweet, flexible, and personable! When we arrived we were welcomed into our clean and fresh "beach bungalow" with beach music which made everyone more excited to be there than we already were. The kitchen had everything we needed and no need to pack chairs and an umbrella and/or a beach cart as it was all there waiting for us! This was our first trip to the area, but not our last and we will always rent from Danica!!

Where do I begin? This vacation was amazing from start to finish. Let me first say that Danica is the most communicative host I have ever encountered in all of our travels. She had every detail down and is meticulous about making sure everything is perfect for our stay. C505 was spotless and easily the nicest place we have stayed at on the beach. The condo was spacious, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. And the balcony and hammock were enjoyed every morning for coffee and evening wind down. And the views!! Loved looking out and seeing the ocean. Our children loved the bunk room most of all! The resort itself is perfect for families with lots of areas to play and relax. It was busy the weekend we went, but it did not detract from the great experience we had. I recommend renting from Danica 100%, and we will be reaching out to her for our next beach vacay. Wow! Saw Danica's post on fb, booked vacation in April COVID happened Danica refunded us all our $$ then gave us the opportunity to reschedule for later with some extra special rates due to the virus circumstances. Not only was the unit so gorgeous, so was the view and the resort. Danica did not cut corners or go cheap on anything. I felt the unit and everything in it was very nice quality and high end. It was also very clean, because of covid we felt like we had the whole resort to ourselves, which was so nice!!!! My favorite things about the unit:

We love staying at waterscape C505. It's finishings are wonderful and the owner thought of everything you would need for your vacation including umbrellas and chairs. The pool area has everything you want for your children. The condo is convenient to parking and to the beach. Oh and the sleep number beds are perfect for sleeping, better than Your bed at home. It's a perfect choice for vacation.

I took my grandkids and adult son the Danica's condo. It was beautiful and very clean! When we walked in there was music playing on the iPod. The girls loved the bunk bed area! First time Destin travelers! We stayed in C505 can’t say enough about all the details that Danica puts into making Waterscape be an experience. Don’t let the 5th floor bug you as the parking goes all the way up so you don’t have to make the dreaded haul like other places we have gone to. Danica has everything in the details but for those that don’t read them all, take the wagon to floor 1 and walk through the parking garage. You will thank me.

After our 3rd year of staying at Danicas Waterscape Heaven, there's no place we would rather relax and enjoy the sunshine! The condos have all of the comforts and conveniences of home. We stayed at Waterscape in C505 for a week and we didn’t have a need that wasn’t met. The condo was very well stocked, clean, neatly decorated and made for a family. The kids loved the buckets she had personally made for them waiting when we arrived. We actually recommended the condo to a family that we met at Waterscape on our trip. Danicas hospitality is one of a kind, it’s great! She is there for you from the time of booking until the morning of check out with any questions you may have and replies quick. The pools were amazing and the beach had easy access as well. We will stay here again in the future and I’d recommend you to as well ... you will NOT be disappointed.

This is by far the nicest place we have stayed on the gulf. With hurricane Michael threat we were delayed a couple of days however, dealing with Danica Connell has been the best experience ever. These units are privately owned and are beautifully decorated and well taken care of. Everything you can imagine is fully stocked in the condo. Save Service Fees and use the money for your entertainment. We stayed in Waterscape C505 with four 15 year old girls. Plenty of room and privacy and the hammock on the balcony is a plus.

C505 was a DREAM. There are a lot of extras and it’s the little things that all add to up an amazing total package. It was great to have chairs, umbrella, and cart to use and not have to pack all that bulky stuff. Kitchen was well stocked with everything I wanted/needed. I don’t think I realized when booking that we parked in a parking deck. That’s great...but you park on your floor, right in front of your condo door!!!! SUPER easy for loading/unloading, running to car for forgotten items, and not having an elevator ride to leave unit.

My family and I had a wonderful time relaxing at the beach. Our kids had so much fun playing at the different pools. The condo was just like home. I would very highly recommend to anyone to stay with Danica during your vacation. You will not be disapoointed.

Our vacation here was awesome! Our condo was decorated so nice, very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Danica was great to work with. She is so organized and helpful. Before we arrived she emailed us a packet with everything and anything that you would need to know. From what is at the condo, great places to visit and eat, even a list of channels on the TV and much much more. She even offers a service that your groceries can be waiting for you when you arrive for a very cheap fee. Which is definitely worth it! No one wants to go grocery shopping when you get to the beach! :) If you have kids this is the place to go. Very kid friendly. There is a lazy river, two pools, lily pads for the kids to climb across. A splash pad with a small water slide. Danica even adds an extra package included in your rental with unlimited paddleboards and kayaks, and provides her own chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Most rentals only give you 1hr a day on the kayak or paddleboard. She really goes above and beyond on making your stay great! I highly recommend booking with her. We just went on vacation there last week and are already planning our vacation to one of her condos next year!

We recently stayed in unit C505. We had an amazing week. The condo had everything we needed for restful sleep, meals, and beach supplies. The pools and beach area were perfect for our group. We enjoyed and were amazed by our access to kayaks and paddle boards from our beach area. The owner, Danica, was wonderful to work with and seemed genuinely excited for our group to have a fun trip. We will definitely be back!

amazing! We stayed in C505 and walked into a spotless condo with music playing and an added bonus was the monogrammed beach towels for the kids! The kitchen was well stocked with all pots/utensils needed (except for a rice cooker😉lol south Louisiana needs rice🤣). It was so nice to have our own beach chairs and umbrellas bc you were able to set up exactly where you wanted and not where beach service set up everyone else on top of one another! The paddle board at no additional cost was so nice. Kids had a blast and kept them entertained for hours just trying to stay up. Any questions I had were quickly answered by Danica and I have already booked for next year. I highly recommend her condos- the experience was so easy and can’t wait for our next trip. Thanks again!

We vacationed at Waterscape C505 for the second time this year and it was fabulous! Not only is the resort amazing, but Dannica really makes the condo a home away from home. We have 2 children and she provides everything needed to make so many wonderful memories from personalized sand buckets upon arrival to a high chair and wagon for transporting everyone and all their stuff to and from the beach. The condo is very nicely furnished and Dannica is very responsive to any questions during the stay. We will certainly be back again!

Paradise Found! 5 stars is not enough!! We have stayed in one of Danica's condos for three years now and have year four booked. I cannot say enough about how wonderful every experience has been with Danica and her condos. Having stayed in C205 & C505 I am convinced there is no place better. From opening the door everything has been thought of to ensure a wonderful stay. The condos are clean, organized, and outfitted with anything you could possibly need. Staying here has became our annual beach vacation tradition. We love it, the kids love it, happiness for all. The pools, lazy river, and beach are fantastic. I cannot recommend this place enough. Waterscape is a hidden treasure. We have 2 young boys, ages 3 & 5 this year. Having the pools, lazy river, and beaches steps away provides a great variety of fun. Looking forward to many more years to come!

We recently spent an absolutely amazing week in condo C505! Danica takes great pride in ownership and that shows from the second you walk in the door! The condo was clean, wonderfully decorated, and had everything you would need for a week of relaxation! The view and the sound of the waterfall is heaven on earth(I could sit on that balcony all day long)! It was so nice having beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella provided! We spent our mornings at the pool, afternoons at the beach, and our kids favorite part was going for a swim at night in the heated pool! We have stayed at previous condos that were dirty, dated, and the beds left you needing a chiropractor! You won't find that here! Everything is well cared for and the beds are great! We all agreed it was our favorite, most relaxing vacation so far and we can't wait to come back! Thank you so much Danica!

What an amazing place! It was so nice to have everything you need right there in the condo for you. Also, the perk of having use of the paddle board and kayaks. Waterscape C505 was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!! This is a longer than normal review, but our family stay was so much more than our normal experience. Let's start with booking the unit through the owner, Danica. She is spot on with information regarding any of her three units in this amazing resort complex. She clearly has an understanding of "customer service." She shows a great deal of understanding for those who may have never booked a vacation rental as she clearly details what she offers versus renting through a vacation website, third party management company, or the resort. It's obvious her desire to keep quality high and costs to a minimum that she has done her research and provides such exceptional personal service. 


Parking in the deck makes access quick and easy. The unit we enjoyed (C505) was so much more than the already very detailed photo views available on the website. (We were allowed an unique opportunity to peek into the other 2 units before being occupied, as well.) All 3 units were VERY CLEAN, tastefully decorated, and family oriented. Stepping inside the door we were greeted with everything ready. It's as if you would find your hostess waiting for you, ready help to settle you in for the week. The bunk rooms are a big selling point for the children as they are able to go have their own space that is slightly whimsical, ample for comfort, yet very, very cozy! The two bedrooms were spacious providing all the storage you could possibly need and more. The beds, king or queen, Sleep number beds! There were ample bed linens, pillows, blankets, even a soft, cozy throw for each bedroom. The bathrooms were large, very clean, and well stocked. The laundry area inside the unit was so convenient. A beach cart and 4 beach chairs are owner provided with each unit, this eliminates those extra, often budget busting, rental fees from beach services in the high season and leaves less to pack in the vehicle any season! The kitchen is so well appointed! The appliances are up to date and very clean. Everything I needed was available. Talking with someone in a "commercially managed unit" who described and I quote, "barely having silverware," I knew we had chosen the right path by going with Danica in her unit. In addition to the superior personal service given to us by Danica, All the common areas, including the convenient beach access, were clean, easily accessible, well maintained, and well lit in the evening. The campus security was most of all welcoming, immediately helpful, and always friendly. There's no place that we have ever stayed in the Destin/Ft. Walton area that even closely compares to the kind of top level service and comfort we experienced by booking directly with a multi-unit owner, Danica, at Waterscape. If you are thinking about going to Ft. Walton any time of the year, act quickly to get in on the best condos without the high fees! Danica's units seem to be quite popular based on reviews written in the unit guest books, and we know why. Our family had already decided to reserve with her again same time next year before the middle of the week!

The Emerald Coast is my favorite Florida destination, I have stayed in numerous condos in the area and C505 is by far my best experience! We were able to park in garage near the condo (no lugging heavy baggage!) The condo smelled and looked heavenly when we entered, housekeeping took an extra effort to make us feel at home <3, Danica made sure we had everything we needed including gifts for the grandchildren! They think she is magical!!!!!! (I think so too!) The view from the balcony is gorgeous, you can see the pools and hot tub area which is beautifully done, you can also see the gulf! If you have children this condo is a must!!!!!

This was our second time staying in C505 at Waterscape, and we absolutely love it! And we're fairly certain that has to do with the owner, Danica. She is wonderful to work with, has thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay, and the unit is so clean and decorated appropriately to get you in a beach vacation mood! As long as we're vacationing in the area, we will always book with Danica at any of her units. She is, quite simply, the BEST!

Every September my family takes a beach trip and I have to say that C505 at Waterscape was one of my top 2 favorite condos ever! Danica, the owner has literally thought of EVERYTHING! The advice, info and documents she provides were super helpful. The condo itself is fabulous! SO clean, well organized, beautifully decorated and with a gorgeous view of the pools and the ocean! The special treats she left for my two children were definitely a highlight and was such a special, personal touch. You cannot go wrong in renting this condo.

We had a great time at Waterscape and loved staying in C505. It was very clean and stocked with everything. The owner is great to work with. Would recommend to anyone.

This is my second time to stay at this unit and soon it will be my 3rd. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in the near future. Every thing I could ask for in this cozy beachfront condo. Owner is awesome to work with and genuinely cares about her guests.

This unit was just perfect! It was clean and well decorated. I personally loved laying in the hammock on the balcony! The kids loved the bunk room and the cute monogrammed t-shirts Danica left for them. We enjoyed many of the recommendations made by Danica as well: Helen Back, The Buccaneers Pirate Cruise and The Gulf (just to name a few). She was super helpful and really helped to make our vacation as stress free as possible. Thank you for everything Danica!!

This was our first visit to the Emerald Coast and our first stay in this condo. Loved it from the moment we walked in. Very clean, beautifully decorated, nice appliances, washer/dryer/etc. Owner has thought of everything. Very good to work with, very detailed and helpful. Loved all the attention to detail we have not had in other condos we have stayed in, from labeling all the light switches, remotes, etc, to helpful hints about the condo, grounds, how to get around, where to go for good food, etc. that were sent to us before our stay. The views from this condo were stunning. Would highly recommend!

I don't normally leave reviews but we were so pleased I just had to. This is absolutely the cutest, cleanest, most amazing condo I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot. Danica was so sweet and easy to work with. This unit has everything you could ever want from the sleep number beds to the beach chairs and carts to the beach music playing upon arrival. Also the monogrammed shirts for the kiddos was an extra special touch! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Danica for a FABULOUS stay!!

I can not say enough wonderful things about Danica, the condo and the resort! Danica is so well-organized and thorough! The entire booking process was simple and quick, and she is excellent with prompt and detailed communication. I appreciated her attention to details in our pre-departure packet as well as her suggestions on places to eat and things to do. All of her suggestions were fabulous! Her condo is in excellent condition and decorated so well. It is well-stocked with basic home items as well as everything you need for the beach and pool. When we walked into the condo, there was beach music playing and a nice gift for the kids in our group.....what a special way to start off the vacation! Waterscape itself was amazing! Everything is so clean and everyone was so pleasant. The pool complex was a huge hit with my daughter. The beach is wonderful; clear water and the softest sand I've ever seen. I had worried a little bit that the "C" building was far away from the beach, but this was not the case at all. It was a quick and easy (and beautiful) walk, even for my 90 year old grandmother. Danica even gave tips on the best route to the beach and different pools. We enjoyed the facility and the area attractions: dolphin cruise, Gulfarium, putt-putt, arcades and more. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to return in the future myself!

We stayed at Waterscapes 4/15/17 - 4/20/17. The unit was immaculate! Let me just say that our friends were 2 units down from us in a property NOT owned by Danica, and there was a huge difference in the level of cleanliness and overall feel of the unit. I especially loved the Keurig to have my morning coffee! My girls (ages 3 and 5) loved the adorable bunk beds and watching their morning cartoons on the comfy couch. Danica was so easy to work with and as a HUGE BONUS was able to get us in to our unit much earlier in the day than expected! She also had monogrammed shirts waiting for my girls that were SUPER adorable! She really goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy! We will be booking again!

This was our second time in this same condo and it was just as perfect as the first time! This unit has so much to offer. It is decorated perfect with a nice beach theme. It is stocked with so much that you feel like you are in your own home away from home. My kids enjoy all the beach toys that are there for them to use, the hammock on the balcony, and the grounds of this beautiful facility! Danica is such a pleasure to work with. Such a smooth process all around with great recommendations about the area. We will definitely be back for sure!

Danica is so easy and wonderful to work with. I have never booked a trip and had someone respond so quickly. Checking in is so easy because you bypass the front desk! She takes pride in her condo and you can tell by the details involved from the beginning, when you book, during your stay with a clean and organized condo, to the end with easy checkout. I received my deposit check very quickly as well. The property is perfect, right on the beach and the seasonally heated pool saved our vacation! Thanks Danica! We will be back!

This was my family's first real vacation in years and our first trip to the emerald coast. The condo was IMMACULATE and the owner, Danica, has everything you could possibly need for your visit.. particularly if you're traveling with little kids like we were. Pictures do not do the unit justice... It is very spacious, clean and comfortable. My preschooler LOVED the bunk room. Mom and Dad LOVED the large covered balcony. In terms of location in the waterscape, this unit is perfection. You can see the beach and the grounds. I read some reviews stating the beach was a hike from the unit.. I could not disagree more. Its an easy walk... particularly with the cart Danica provides. This was hands down one of the best vacations my family has been on. We loved the Waterscape, Okaloosa Island and Danica's unit so much, we are already booked for next year. If I could give this place more stars, I would. (My only hesitation in leaving this review is that other people will find out about how fabulous the unit is and take dates away from a future visit for us)
