Waterscape Condo Prime Beach Front A403 , Fort Walton Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

The pictures on Vrbo do not do this condo justice! It is perfectly sized for 5 or 6 people (we had 5 in our group). Everything is in great condition and very clean! The kitchen had everything imaginable from ample place settings to pots and pans, a blender, Crockpot, you name it! There was also plenty of beach items including chairs and a wagon, umbrella, buckets, shovels, and a boogie board. Even the pillows on the bed were a little firm, which is typically not the case but absolutely perfect for us! Evelyn was an incredible hostess who communicated everything necessary in a timely manner. She was amazing to work with and wanted to make sure that our vacation was the best that it could possibly be! The location of the condo is amazing from the views from the balcony to the walk to the pool and beach. My in-laws enjoyed the condo's proximity to an elevator and we all loved not having to worry about carrying a key or key card since everything is done by code. Our 6 year-old had plenty to do in the condo in the evenings since there are many books to read, DVDs to watch, puzzles to complete, and games to play! I could not recommend this condo enough. The only issue is that we had to leave! :)

Highly recommend this unit, great views, easy beach, access, and very comfortable amenities. The bunkbeds with two separate TVs were a hit at bedtime.

The condo was Amazing!! If U have small children…. Waterscapes is the place to go!! Kids have plenty to do and Mom & Dad get a break!! They cater to Mom & Dad as well!! Plenty of great places to eat close!!

When we booked the condo, we wanted something with direct beach access (no driving), pool options for the kids, and 2 bedroom minimum, with each bedroom having its own bathroom with tubs for the kids. The view was so much better than expected (the pics dont do it justice). The rooms were great and you can even request infant items (high chair, pack n play, etc) so you dont have to bring those with you. They offer additional beach umbrellas, chairs and a wagon for ease of taking kids (and all of their stuff) to the beach. The pools were great. My 3yr old and 10 month old loved both the pools and the splash pad. They offered activities daily at the pool. Food and other activities were extremely close nearby. The kitchen had all of the kitchenware you could possibly need. Each room (and each bed in the bunk room) had its own tv. Traveling with kids, a washer and dryer is a must, so as trivial as that may seem, it was a lifesaver! Parking was easy, communication with the Hosts was great. We will be back! Highly recommend!

The condo exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for my family of 6. It was very clean and cozy, also the owner was quick to answer any questions we had about the condo, resort, or area. The view from the balcony was amazing. We watched the dolphins swim every morning. Our kids loved the bunk beds with their own tv's. We would definitely stay here again!

We would like to thank you for a wonderful vacation. Your condo is beautiful. IF we wanted to cook a fancy meal on vacation, we had everything we would have needed. The beds are super comfy. And everything you supplied for the kids sure saved us the headache of packing and transporting a pack n play, stroller, etc. We loved sitting on the balcony to watch dolphins and fireworks, and even to just stare at the gorgeous emerald water. We lucked out with the weather, and had no June grasses, sargassum or jellyfish. Rip currents were a threat our first day only, which was followed by all yellow flag days. A perfect vacation!

The condo was a great getaway for our spring break. Our daughter was here for a dance competition and the location was less than 5 minutes away! The condo had all the perfect necessities to take down to the beach. We loved it here and will come back!

Everything was wonderful!! I initially missed an email and Evelyn reached out and made sure we got it so our check in and stay would be flawless, which it was. Very clean and owners were easy to reach!!

Loved all the different options for restaurants, which Evelyn left for us and also a list of activities, along with the beautiful fireworks, right over the water by our unit, for New Year's Eve. Had family drop in during the month I was here and they also loved it all:) Can't wait till the next time coming for another beautiful adventure. Evelyn and Jack are super people!!! Perfect location, close to all area attractions, amazing view, and very nice resort with multiple pools, hot tubs, and secure parking. Unit was nicely furnished with everything we needed. Great beach steps away.

This was our first family vacation to the Destin/Ft Walton area and it definitely won’t be our last. The pictures online don’t do it justice, the condo is absolutely gorgeous and has an amazing view of the ocean. Our family enjoyed dinner out on a patio watching dolphins swim in the nearby ocean

We had a great week! The rental process was so easy and the condo was beautiful!

We stayed 5 nights (family of 5) and the condo is exactly as advertised! The views are spectacular. It was so easily accessible from parking garage to the location of the condo. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for your family/friends during the stay. Our boys loved the beach toys and the bunk room, giving them their own space to lounge around. Balcony is large and has plenty of furniture to dine and/or relax. This location is perfect for an easy commute to Destin as well. Owners were very accommodating with communications from the time we booked, even after we checked out.

This property was great! The view of the beach from the balcony is awesome! The condo has plenty of space for a family. The beach chairs and wagon are a nice addition for beach time. The pool areas of the resort were great for kids. The property is within walking distance from the main area with many restaurants. The owner was very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo with view

This was my family and I’s second stay at Waterscape and our first stay at A403. It was truly the best family vacation we have ever had. Everything was nearly perfect and we will certainly want to stay again. The view is jaw dropping and the amenities brought us all so much joy and convenience. We enjoy staying in Ft. Walton as it’s much less crowded than Destin, but we love how close to everything it is as well. The pool and beach proximity are perfect for us and we were even able to watch fireworks from the pier one night, right from our balcony!! An amazing experience and unforgettable memories for our entire family.

The condo was nice and the owners were very attentive and quick to get back with answers to all my questions. The view was amazing it was great first time to the beach with my family!

Could not ask for a better place to spend a week in paradise!

Fantastic place for the family! It’s just as described! They had the cutest bathroom decor and the unit was tastefully decorated throughout. We used the pools, hot tub, workout facilities. The walk to/from parking area was easy. We had groceries delivered to avoid crowds and went out to eat 3-4 times to mix it up. The weather was perfect... we did have double red flags at the beach due to huge waves and riptides and didn’t get to do our deep sea fishing excursion, but we will just have another reason to come back again. Evelyn was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. We definitely recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved staying in this condo! It’s perfectly decorated. The beds and bedding were so nice and comfortable. It came with everything we needed and then some! Evelyn was a perfect hostess and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was quickly responsive when we had questions. We will definitely be back!

My family 2 adults, a 3 year old along with grandparents stayed here and had a wonderful time. I loved the beach supplies that were included, this definitely made taking a 3 year old down to the beach a breeze. They property was comfortable, clean with a beautiful view really couldn’t ask for anything more.

Thanks for thanks tip on the shower! The weather was a bummer we still had some great food (we ate out every meal and appreciate all the recommendations). We enjoyed seeing dolphins right off the beach and got to do some other fun activities. Of course, the kids loved all the pools and lazy river here too. We had everything we needed here in the condo. Our kids absolutely loved the TV's in the bunk room. They want to get them for their own rooms at home now. It really is a great touch. :) Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us! Beautiful condo in paradise. This condo is in the perfect location. Walking distance to the fishing pier for dad, white sand beach for mom, and plenty of water entertainment for the kids. We will be back!

This rental was beautiful and depicted well on the website. Location is great and all the amenities were really nice! Communication was open and owners were helpful and friendly. Overall, our vacation was exactly what we wanted and needed. I highly recommend this rental.

First time in the panhandle and we will be back. The most beautiful view....blue green water and the whitest sand; was like we stayed in the Caribbean.

Condo was well equipped to meet all of our needs. Includes view of the beach, large deck with plenty of outdoor furniture, fully furnished kitchen, comfy beds and linens and beach wagon, toys, boogie board and extra beach chairs. Condo property includes two free chairs and an umbrella on the beach, lazy river, large pool, snack bar, walkable bars and restaurants as well as many a short drive away. I've already recommended this condo to several people on their way to the Emerald Coast this summer!

Beautiful condo right on the beach, we would definitely come back!!!

We had a great four day stay at Waterscape A403. The condo has a great setup for families. Our two girls loved being able to watch TV in their bunk beds. The ease of getting chairs and an umbrella on the beach was a plus. It was also nice having multiple pools that suited different age groups for the kids. The owner communicated great and kept us informed on local happenings. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We have stayed at another Waterscape condo in the past, but I don't think any could match up to this unit. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and had all the amenities we could ask for. The view off the balcony is beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable too! We will definitely rent this condo again in the future!

This makes the fourth year that we have stayed at Waterscape....and A403 is our favorite condo yet! You CANNOT beat the view! Evelyn was super easy to communicate with from booking, all the way until after we arrived back home. Even calling to make sure everything was okay when we were delayed due to airport issues! She pulled out all the stops when she furnished the condo. Most only have your very basic necessities. A403 has pots and pans that you can actually use (not junk!), soft sheets---very comfy King bed (perfect for afternoon naps!), makeup remover wipes in the bathrooms, a closet full of beach gear (soooo handy), even a cabinet with puzzles and games. Our seven-year-old son loved working the puzzles in his down time away from the beach. I can't imagine staying anywhere other than Waterscape when I come to Ft. Walton....and now, I know the condo I will ALWAYS request to rent from now on! You cannot go wrong with A403. Evelyn--Thanks again for sharing your beautiful condo with me and my family!

Perfect condo with everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The beach chair set up is great for a family with kids...less to lug down to the beach but I must warn you, it’s like “Black Friday shopping” claiming a spot in the front. I don’t like how Waterscape does their beach chair set ups, but this is no fault of the Leist family. They place them in horseshoe shapes and people are down on the beach standing in the spot they want to claim by 6:15 am and due to the new ordinance they can’t even start drilling holes for the umbrellas until 7:30. Makes for a long waiting game if you want the front spots. Other places I have stayed have reservations with names and condo unit banded around the umbrella so you can take your time coming down knowing your spot is saved. However, the wagon provided was a life saver hauling the beach toys and beach bags!!! We hope to return next year and stay in a403! Also hoping waterscape makes some changes to their beach chair set ups, but that’s nothing that would make us stay somewhere else.

We were extremely pleased with our stay in A403! Evelyn was extremely responsive and kind throughout the booking process. The condo is decorated very nicely and was very comfortable and clean! The kitchen is completely stocked with all you need to prepare meals! The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the “kids cove”! The condo also comes with extra beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and the wagon to take it all to the beach! The cherry on top most certainly is the view! Can’t be beat! We will definitely be staying here again!

Condo and location were perfect! We have stayed at Waterscape for several years. This is the first time we rented from Evelyn and Jack! We are already setting up our next trip with Evelyn. Condo had everything we needed for our family.

The condo has everything you and your family needs, views are spectacular, high floor , quiet at night, good for sleep. Plenty of things to do in the resort during the day and within 5 to 10 mins you can get to any stores. Great experience.

Our family had a WONDERFUL time. The condo was beautifully furnished. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need to prepare ANY meal. Our bed was so comfortable. The view of the beach and pier was perfect. Yes...we did see dolphins and stingrays. Restaurants are a short walk along the beach. Most importantly, the condo owner was easily accessible, and promptly returned my calls. It was a perfect week..

We and our traveling partners made use of the entire Waterscape property, especially the pool areas and the beach. We chose your unit especially for its ocean view and were not disappointed! Our family has never traveled to the Ft. Walton Beach area, and we had a wonderful time on our Spring Break trip there. Part of what made our time great was the lovely condo we rented from Evelyn and Jack. From the very first correspondence with the owners up until the end of our vacation, everything went smoothly thanks to their help. The owners provide thorough and helpful information when it comes to the rental process, checking in, enjoying the area, and checking out. We are a family of four with a 10-year-old and 14-year-old, and the condo was more than enough room for everyone to have space and to also enjoy family time together with room to even bring the kids' friends next time. The condo is very well equipped with all the kitchen tools, pots, pans, appliances, etc. that we needed to feel at home. All of the provided beach chairs, beach wagon, and beach toys, etc. were also nice to have. The condo was very clean, and we felt right at home. The BEST part of the condo is by far the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico, sugar sand beaches, and turquoise water. Our kids even got to see dolphins from our balcony one evening. The resort's pools were also a lot of fun for the kids. The pool bar has a really good Bloody Mary as well. There's tons to do in the area, and Evelyn and Jack provide a huge list of restaurant referrals and entertainment options for your family to try out. Definitely consider renting this condo. It was a great place to make family memories.

We stayed here in Nov. 2018, the condo is as pictured, beautifully decorated and furnished, very well maintained. Many extras in the kitchen. Feels like a home, not a hotel . The views are fabulous, oceanfront, unobstructed view of the ocean with large deck areas. Very comfortable. Evelyn was the ultimate host, no problems with booking or the stay. Would definitely go back to this unit. Great pools, but our weather was not the best. Wonderful unit, the best we have ever encountered in many years of vacationing.

We had a fabulous time in Ft Walton. Partly due to a wonderful condo experience! This place was more than we hoped for Very nicely appointed and lots of little thoughtful details my daughter was happy to find makeup remover wipes, my wife happy to find laundry soap, my boys thrilled with the games, and I found the kitchen usable and cooking equipment far beyond most places we have stayed. What a lovely trip we had and it was enhanced by staying in your perfect for a family condo! Thanks we will stay again for sure.

We had a blast. Best location on Okaloosa Island. Literally could’ve parked and never left. Great beaches, restaurants and fun within a walking distance. Ms. Evelyn was great to work with! Definitely coming back. Kids Nook/Bunks where a huge hit.

We loved staying at Waterscape A403. Our week stay felt like heaven on earth ! The condo itself is beautiful. jack and Evelyn have spared nothing t make your stay feel like home away from home. The condo is decorated with a cozy beach feel. Evelyn even graced the walls with some personal paintings . They were a very nice addition to the décor.Everything that you could possibly need is provided for your stay. She had so many extras that my family enjoyed, like extra beach chairs and umbrella and beach wagon, making the trip to the beach much easier. We also took advantage of the baby items she provides. The balcony view was breathtaking. It has an amazing view of the emerald green coast and the pier. The ocean was so amazing for our stay. We were able to watch dolphins every morning we were there. The pools were also very nice for the kids. This resort is very family oriented and I appreciated being able to watch my grandkids have the time of their life. I certainly will remember the memories that we made together. Jack and Evelyn made the entire rental process so easy. From the very first email to Evelyn, you just knew that she wanted your stay to be as special as it could be. She sent all the info for getting into the condo, the directions for parking and easy access to her condo. She also included things to do and places to eat, including their own personal favorites. I was very impressed by her friendliness. She even called to make sure that we arrived ok, and that everything was what we expected. It truly was the easiest and nicest rental that I have done. This condo had everything we needed for our week long family vacation. The set up and available items were great for kids and for cooking/serving full meals. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and looking at the beach/ocean in the early mornings and during the kids nap times. The 4th floor location made it easy to navigate to and from the pool areas as well. We loved staying in Waterscape A403! The views were fabulous, the beds were comfortable, and there were curtains in the east-facing bedroom. We especially loved that baby gear was provided, even the pack'n play sheets! The included beach chair and umbrella set up was a great bonus. We usually make a point to stay away from condos with carpet in main areas but this condo was still very clean. It had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out processes were easy. Evelyn was very responsive and we would definitely rent from her again!

Great family trip to the Destin Area! We have stayed at the Waterscape Resort before and loved it for the ammenities for our young children. You really can’t beat being on the beach and then swinging by the nice pool area for a quick swim before coming back inside. This unit had amazing views of the ocean and had a great patio to relax on. The condo itself had everything we needed- and then some. Some of the small items they supplied were much appreciated for those traveling with kids- books, plastic table wear, beach wagon and toys. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. We didn’t have to contact them for any reason but they contacted us to make sure all was well, which was great. We will be back :)

Beautiful condo with an amazing beachfront view of the pier. One of the finest appointed condos we have stayed at in the Destin area. Evelyn and Jack have thought of every need. Mornings on the large beachfront porch watching the sunrise was so beautiful. We are looking forward to coming back again and again.

We loved our week vacation in this beautifully renovated (beach/surfer themed) ocean front condo. The views were absolutely stunning from every room. There are two master suites that you could see and hear the ocean all day and night. The unit also has a super cute bunkhouse cubby for the kids, they loved it. My kids ages 9 and 13 has a blast at the beach, pools, lazy river and hot tubs. We hardly left the complex. We were in close walking distances to the pier, restaurants, shops and bars. The owners are very accommodating and the entire rental process was a breeze! We can’t wait to stay here again.

My husband and I spent 2 wonderful months in this ‘little piece of paradise’ and we would go back in an instant. Everything was just as stated, or even better, and our hosts, Evelyn and Jack, were so nice - friendy and very quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The unit is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to feel at home during our 2 month stay. The view was spectacular and the large balconie was perfect for enjoying it. The resort was amazing, very family friendly, and the staff were very pleasant. The heated pool and the hot tubs were perfect for enjoying when we returned from a day at the beach We also enjoyed the area and took advantage of some of the activities in nearby Destin, which Evelyn so thoughtfully emailed us about. This was undoubtably the nicest ‘home away from home’ we have ever stayed in and we highly tecommend it!
