Waterscape A526 - Great for Families!, Fort Walton Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

In early February, we booked our condo for Spring Break 2020, only to soon be confronted with the Coronavirus National Emergency on 3/13 and subsequent shut downs. I had been working directly with the condo owner, Greg, and all along the way he was professional, helpful, and very understanding. While we were unable to make our spring break vacation happen, we will definitely reach out to Greg again when we're ready and able to book our family vacation.

Do not hesitate to book this condo. The owners are great. It is very clean. Perfect is all I can say. We hope to go back to it this year

You won’t regret this condo! I slept better in their master bed than in my own it was so my comfy. And my 20 month old was able to sleep in the bottom bunk because it’s so low to the ground and he slept great also! The master bath is much bigger than most condos we’ve stayed in the past so we were able to just use that one bathroom to get ready, didn’t even need the second which is also a good size! Great big screen tv in living area. All the utensils you need in kitchen. Really nice beach wagon they allow you to use and beach chairs/umbrella service is included. No complaints at all. You will not regret renting this unit!

The pool areas are clean and super family friendly. The beach was perfect..chairs and umbrella included. The condo was clean and comfortable. Cooked meals in and went to nearby restaurants. Everything was great!!

We have stayed in this unit 3 times and have loved it every time.  Clean and well-maintained.  Owners are easy to work with.  This unit and the entire complex is wonderful.  No complaints!

The condo was beautifully furnished.  There were also good cooking utensils and cookware for preparing meals.  The owner was very attentive to making our stay comfortable.  This unit also provided good access to the parking deck for easy move in and departure while still providing a great view of the upper pool and beach.

Not only is this resort amazing, unit A526 is perfect. Super clean, updated furnishings, kitchen stocked with all the dishes and pans you need for a comfortable stay. The unit has a beautiful view of the resort amenities-kiddie pool, heated pool, other pool, lazy river, workout area, grills...AND an amazing view of the Gulf! Our family of 5 has stayed in this unit on multiple trips. It is comfortable for all 5 of us! The private white sand beach is so clean! And the beach service and beach rentals are awesome. Working with the owners to book was a breeze. They’re super responsive. We’ll definitely be repeat guests!

Perfect condo, resort, location, and gracious owners. Oh, I can’t forget the beach. Definitely everything you need for a wonderful family vacation is right here!
