Waterscape B410 2 King Suite! +bunk, Fort Walton Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

B410 was a fantastic condo and Steph was great to work with. The location is ideal for views. You get morning sun on the patio and afternoon shade which was nice. Steph stocked it with a beach wagon, chairs, body board, and some other toys/items for the beach. The premium chair service is a must in my book and a fantastic perk. Highly recommend this unit and worming with Steph. She answered all our questions promptly and was willing to help if needed.

2 families (3 adults/3 kids) and we had a blast. Stephanie was great from start to finish. Paid deposit via check and remaining via PayPal. All information was accurate and informative. The beach service was perfect as were the beach toys and chairs available in the room! The kids did not stop moving all week! We grilled out, ordered in, and walked to multiple restaurants. Everything you need is there.

We have stayed in this condo twice now and it was awesome both times. The balcony has great views of the pool area. You can also see the ocean from the balcony. It’s always very clean. Kitchen is pretty well stocked. Cable on all TVs. Easy access from the side parking lot. Love that the entrance to the condo is outside and not down a tight hallway. Stephanie is very easy to communicate with. She answered all 1000 questions I had promplety. ??

Stephanie was amazing. She worked with me on modifying my reservation without any hassle. She was very helpful upon arrival. The place was super clean. Beds were comfortable. It was a great time.

This is a great condo for families with children. Our family of 7 (2 adults and 5 kiddos) were very comfortable and had an awesome week playing together as a family. The host, Stephanie is good to work with. The rental agreement is totally reasonable in expectations of renters. The payment process was secure through PayPal. Stephanie sent easy to follow arrival, check-in and check out instructions. Also, she was responsive to a text message, the one time we needed to communicate with her during the week. We were really happy to get a message about noon on check-in day letting us know that the condo was ready for us to check in. We were moved in, unpacked and headed to the ocean by the regular checkin time of 4:00! It’s probably not like that every week, but it was great to see a host that was trying to get us in as early as possible. The location in the building gives it a super view of the ocean and pool areas. We enjoyed the fireworks on Wednesday night. You can sit on the balcony and watch or walk out to the beach. There is a closet with a lot of beach toys for children, so no need to bring your own. The wagon and chairs were nice to have. The free hour of kayak/paddle board rental each day made a fun activity. The kayaks are two person and gave an opportunity to get further out in the ocean then we would normally go on a tube or boogie board. We can’t imagine how you could go wrong in renting this condo or in working with Stephanie. . .

I had a short visit, 2 nights and one and a half days, and it was way more than worth my drive. I cant wait to come back. The beds are amazing, the views are perfect, and it's right on the beach. So so in love with this home away from home!

Our family of four had a wonderful week long stay in B410. Any concerns were addressed promptly. Good family environment and suite was well appointed with necessities. Stephanie was extremely prompt in communicating.

This was our 9th vacation at Waterscape and we continue to return because of comfortable accommodations like Stephanie's condo and all the wonderful amenities of the facility. The grounds, pools and beach are always immaculate and inviting. Being able to use two complimentary beach chairs each day was a bonus as well as all the "beach gear" Stephanie provides. The layout of the condo is standard to many in the building but the décor of B410 stands above others. The long dining table allowed the family to gather for meals but also provided plenty of space for board games and puzzles, which we found in the condo. The kitchen was nicely appointed and the furniture was quite comfortable - including that on the balcony overlooking the pools and providing a picturesque view of the beach. Stephanie is great to work with and we made lots of family memories in this condo!

Steph is amazing to work with and always available for anything you need! We have stayed for several years at this condo and thoroughly enjoy our time here no matter the season. The views are breathtaking, the beaches are gorgeous and the atmosphere is perfection! So many phenomenal restaurants to eat at and even more activities to keep you busy. The heated pool, hot tubs, gym sunrises and sunsets are just a few amenities that we love :)

This condo was everything we could have wished for and more! We stayed 10/5 - 10/12. The two King rooms made it perfect for the two families to split. The bathrooms are huge! The bunk room was perfect for the teen boys to share and it was nice that it had a door. I saw some condos it’s just open. The condo is in a perfect location to see the beach and the whole pool area. We were able to walk to dinner several nights and enjoyed the area. Stephanie was super helpful with texting us all the information we needed and checking in. Would definitely rent from her again! There was only one con for this location and it wasn’t the condo more of the property. Beach chairs and pool chairs are first come first serve situation. That means people getting up wayyy early to hang on beach or people getting rude over getting chairs. We found it a little ridiculous and annoying that it was hard to find chairs since people reserved so many of them. Overall we really enjoyed our trip and would definitely go back!

My husband and I loved our relaxing long weekend. Everything was great. Restaurants were all close. Brought the cookies Stephanie made home to my grandkids and they loved them. Beach was wonderful. only had one day with the jellyfish. Would love to go back again.

We loved multiple things about this condo. Both master bed rooms makes it great when two families are splitting the unit. Also the location is perfect! We could see the beautiful beach as well as the whole resort pool areas. Multiple restaurants within a short distance. The cherry on top was how helpful Steph was, she was available whenever we needed to ask any questions and checked on us to make sure things were going smoothly. We fell in love with waterscapes and will most definitely be back.

We had a great time staying in B410!  We've been to Waterscape 2X before and this condo is the best one yet!  The beds are super comforable.  Even the sheets are nice and high quality.  Our family of 6 (kids agest 18, 15, 13, 10) were very comfortable too! Great size dining table.  Love the big TV made watching "March  madness"  perfect! The views of the heated pool all the way to the beach were great! having the extra chairs and 4 chairs +2 umbrellas included with the condo were awesome! We enjoyed the beach every day! we will definitely come back again.  Stephanie you you are very attentive and helpful thank you

We had a wonderfu time at your condo.  With a family of 6 with children ranging from 17 to 2 years of age your place had it all from sand toys and general toys to extra beachchairs and such.  Thank you for the opportunity to stay in a place that so easily felt like home for the week.  We feel very blsessed and fortunate to have stayed in B410 and your communication and ease to work with is tops.  Thank you once again for helping provide our family with amazing memories we will cherish.

We are sad that our time here has come to an end for our family.  We have enjoyed it so much!  The condo was perfect for our family.  We had two couples and two teens so the set up was perfect.  The beds are comfy, the nice size bathrooms with soaking tubs, the balcony, the view and even games!  We had so much fun watching the kids play Twister!  WE have never stayed in a condo while traveling but will definitely do so again!  If anyone we know comes this way we will highly recommend you and this condo!  We most definitely will be back

This condo is very tastefully decorated and conveniently located to all the amenities, shops and restaurants. Stephanie was easy to work with and very accommodating to us. Highly recommended this for a nice beach getaway with easy access to the sand and waves!

I can not say enough about Stephanie’s hospitality and the stay we had at her B410 Waterscape condo. From the beginning Stephanie was such help, answering any questions I had and being very quick to respond. She made the booking process a breeze. She stayed in touch and gave us great detail on the best ways to access the condo once we arrived, and check in was so hassle free, we were able to just go straight to our room. Wristbands/parking pass was in a beaker in the room, and Stephanie even had the cutest cookies packed in the basket too! The condo was perfect. Super clean and beautifully decorated. The views were wonderful from the balcony, you can see the beach and all of the pool area. The beds were extremely comfortable! The rental came with free beach service which was wonderful because we didn’t have to lag chairs to the beach every day. It also comes with a free kayak rental, which we really enjoyed. We paddled out to the second sand bar and the water was gorgeous. In the closet, Stephanie has extra chairs, a beach cart, beach toys, etc. That was an amazing little touch that doesn’t seem like a big deal but it was great to not have to go and purchase all of those things! The resort itself is beautiful, and is in a great location. The splash pad was a hit with our one year old daughter, as well as the lazy river. The beach is beautiful! White powdery sand and crystal blue water. I could really go on and on because every little thing about this beach trip was perfect. The condo, the hospitality, the beach.. everything! I would highly recommend booking with Stephanie if you are wanting a hassle/stress free nice family vacation. Charlie says thank you for a perfect first beach trip, Stephanie!

Waterscape B410 is one of the nicest places we have stayed. The balcony is large enough for a table for four and is so nice to have room to sit and enjoy being outside. Our son loved the bunk beds and his own TV not to mention the incredible pools!! We were lucky enough to be there on a night they had a movie by the pool which was a big hit!! Stephanie, the owner, is top notch at communicating and helps out with all the details. Even little things like hand soap by each sink are provided. She also left some iced sugar cookies for us which were so good. We will definitely stay in this unit on our next trip to Okaloosa Island!!

We really enjoyed our stay in your condo!  Beautiful decor and loved each room being TWO King suites!  It was great having the beach cart and extra chairs.  Plus the kids enjoyed the extra toys.  Great location in Waterscape!! We had such a great time here in your condo!  The kids loved the toys and books, the patio set was great, the furnishings, the linens-everything was just so nice, like being in a luxury hotel.  Not to mention the great amenities of Waterscape and the beautiful beach.  We loved the beach wagon and extra chairs and sand toys.  It was so great to have access to the chairs and umrellas already set up for us.  The guys at Lazy Day were very friendly and accommodating.  Overall just a wonderful time hanging out as a family and enjoying being together.  It was great to meet you and we wish you and your famiy all the best.  We will be back!!

This condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the balcony with beach and pool view. The beds are extremely comfortable! We loved having smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Our children loved the bunkroom with their own TVs. The closet has beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and our favorite a beach cart! We enjoyed the beach chair service, and the extra chairs in the room to sit closer to the water. The pools are fantastic, and cleaned every morning along with the gas grills. The staff is very friendly at Waterscape. This was our first time to the area and we all agreed it is our new favorite place. Our stay was very relaxing! Thank you Stehanie for being so easy to work with. We enjoyed our time here very much.

We loved your condo!! It was perfect for our family of five.   decor in your condo is beautiful.  We enjoyed the pools, oceanview from the balcony, big tv's, comfy beds, and the beach cart!!  So glad we took a chance on a location we have never been before.  We all agree this is out new favorite place.  Thank you for being so easy to work with.  We will be back next year.  

Stephanie was great to work with and made the reservation and check in process a breeze. My husband and I traveled with our 3 year old and my parents. The condo was the perfect retreat after a full day at the beach and pools! Both bedrooms truly are master suites and the bunk beds (bottom bunk) was perfect for our 3-year old. We’ve stayed in Destin, Panama City and Perdido Key and highly recommend this condo at Waterscape for its overall layout, immaculate landscaping, abundant pools, and pristine beach. Bring lots of suntan lotion and you are sure to have a good time!

We had a great vacation in Stephanie and Joe's condo. First of all, it is a perfect location. From the balcony you overlook all the pools which is quite nice and helpful when you are keeping an eye on everyone and trying to find them! You also have a view of the ocean. It is also beautiful at night with the pool lights. The condo is so nicely decorated and makes you feel like you are on vacation from the moment you enter. The bunk beds with their own TVs were a big hit and a treat for our 13 year old twins. Also we have taken several vacations in condo units with our family of 7 and none have had a 3rd bathroom until now. That was a great bonus! Stephanie was wonderful to work with and checked in on us to see how things were going. Everything went smoothly and every need was met. She has games and cards in the TV console and fun toys and books in the bunk room for younger kids. There are also beach chairs (though you really didn't need them with the beach chair service) and beach toys including a boogie board. The beach is BEAUTIFUL - fluffy white sand and easy to walk on. There are no crushed shells or rocks so it makes walking on the beach barefoot a breeze. The area (Okaloosa Island) is also one I would recommend. You are very close to Destin but a little less traffic which is nice especially since we were there Easter week and so was every other Northerner. We will definitely be recommending Waterscape and this condo to all family and friends. Thank you for a great vacation! - the Pfankuch family

Spent January and February 2018 in Stephanie's condo. It was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and very clean. The view of the beach and pool complex was awesome. We loved the sound of the waterfall right below us . Stephanie was very attentive and answered any questions or concerns immediately. Can't wait to come back.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay on our trip. It was located close to everything, it was comfortable and had everything we needed. Stephanie was super to work with and we will definitely be back!!

We stayed in this unit Oct.12-18th This is a very clean unit with a great location. The owner is wonderful to work with. She goes above and beyond what any renter would expect. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fort Walton. We will definitely be back.

We had a blast at this condo. Stephanie has been such a joy to work with. She has shown unprecedented hospitality. She went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. We love the 2 king suites which fits 2 families perfectly. The beds and linnens are so comfy. The bunk room with the 2 tv's was a lifesaver. The kids had their own little hideaway. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. All you need is a trip to the grocery store and you're set! The property is beautiful with pools galore. Plenty of grills stationed all around for easy access. And the staff cleans them daily so no dirty grills! There is an awesome grill set in the condo that has all you need. Elevators are quick and clean! Plus the chair rental that is included keeps you from having to take chairs and umbrellas down to the beach. A super nice beach cart is in room so you can pack it and roll down to the beach. All in all we had a blast. Loved loved loved it. We will be back next year! Thanks Stephanie!!
