Danica made renting at Waterscape such an easy and smooth process for us. Communication was excellent and I felt confident that if anything was needed we would have been accommodated quickly without a problem. A614 is absolutely beautiful and so spacious! We were a group of 7 and this condo was perfect for our stay. Whenever I book anywhere my main concern is cleanliness and let me tell you… I was so impressed with how clean and fresh everything was upon arrival. The minute we walked into this condo we were greeted with island music playing and an awesome view of the beach which immediately whisked me away to paradise. With this unit being on the 6th floor, we enjoyed waking up to a beautiful view of the ocean every morning. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking and among other amenities there are beach toys, chairs an umbrella and wagon in the unit available for use which came in handy for us. Booking at Waterscape with Danica exceeded our expectations. We are already planning our trip back next summer!

We had and Amazing stay at Waterscape; the resort is beautiful and offers a wide variety of amenities. We didn’t get in the car the entire trip, everything we wanted to do was on site or within walking distance. Danica was a pleasure to work with and very detailed. She and her team have went above and beyond to be certain the condos have anything needed to make your stay comfortable and fun. My family takes at least 1 beach trip each year and this is the first time I’ve been able to pack so few items (because she had them present) and not get to the unit and need something to be able to cook etc. Definitely a memorable experience.

We were very pleased with our condo rental and stay at Waterscape. Danica was wonderful about communicating before, during, and after our stay. She even let us know we may hear a fire alarm test one day when they were being tested. The condo was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Cabinets and drawers were labeled making it easy to find things and keep them organized. Our condo was right above the pool area and I found the windowed patio doors had a better sound barrier than other places we have stayed in the past, which was important with a napping toddler. Our 7 and 10 year old children enjoyed the pools daily, and our 2 year old loved the splash pad. Beach chair service was included and we were happy to pay the $17 fee to secure a front spot seat ahead of time, allowing us to take our time in the morning on beach days. The staff at Waterscape mean business about not saving lounge chairs by the pool before they open, which we appreciated. There was usually a line of people ready to claim a chair right when the pools opened, which is definitely necessary as they fill up quickly during prime season. We appreciated having the Fudpucker's tiki bar onsite for treats, even though the costs for food and drinks are quite high. Overall, Waterscape is a total convenience package for a family vacation. Danica's heart shows in her condo and we will definitely rent from her again!

This was our first family trip to the Ft. Walton area. It was me, my husband and 2 teenagers (ages 17-14). I picked Waterscape because of the location and amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo upon arrival! It was clean and there was a nice ambience with some beachy music playing. Throughout our stay we really enjoyed the 2 chairs on the beach that come with your rental, the tiki hut by the pool (my daughter had nachos every day!) and the family atmosphere was nice as well. We were able to walk to Alvin’s Island to grab our souvenirs and ran over to AJ’s for dinner and drinks during happy hour. Overall we had an excellent trip and would definitely return to Waterscape in the future!

Wow!!! What an amazing place! It was our first time visiting Florida and we weren’t sure what to expect. As we looked for places to stay we came across Waterscape and Danica on YouTube and the rest was history! Danica's YouTube videos showed us a very detailed view of what we could expect and it did not disappoint! The room was very clean and the staff was super nice and friendly. Danica stayed in touch with us several months before we arrived and while we visited as well. But the icing on the cake was the sand bucket left on the table with my grandsons name on it , that was over the top! Little things like that go along way in our book! We will 110% book again next year with Danica. We could only leave a rating of 5 but Danica and Waterscape is a 10 out of 10!! Thank you and the staff at Waterscape for a perfect vacation! See you in June 2025 !!!!

This was our second time staying at Waterscapes Rentals by Owner, and it was just as amazing as our first! Danica is the absolute BEST to work with.
The condos are beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need. As someone who is very picky about cleanliness, these condos get my stamp of approval. The pools are the best around and the views of the ocean can’t be beat.
Danica is always available to answer questions, give advice, and offer the best suggestions on where to go or eat. I used her grocery service this time around and will most definitely do it next time. It was so nice to walk into the condo on day one and have a fully stocked fridge and pantry, so I could start vacationing immediately.
If you are considering booking, DO IT! You will not regret it!

We had an awesome experience at Waterscape a couple of weeks ago, and that was all because of our host, Danica! When we opened the door to our unit, she had beach music playing and personalized beach buckets on the table for each of my boys . We have a fairly large family (four boys/3 toddlers), and we stayed in A614, which came with a highchair, beach wagon, toys, and a pack n play. Plus, beach service and additional chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella in the unit. All of these extras are so valuable to a young family! A614 also had small coolers for us to bring down to the beach for snacks and drinks for our toddlers. Danica thought of everything! Her attention to detail is very evident from the time you open your unit's door.
The resort itself is great for families. My little guys really enjoyed the splash pad and lazy river. We felt very safe there because they had security that walked around daily. The beach was also very clean and beautiful. I would 10/10 recommend booking with Danica! We will definitely be back!

We rarely stay in condos. This one was just perfect. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Mr Gary was easy to deal with and even checked on us to make sure we made it to the condo okay. We've been renting from Mr. Gary for a few years now. We always have a great time. The condo is beautiful and always super clean. Anytime we need anything or have an issue, Mr. Gary makes sure it gets resolved immediately. Did I mention it has a great view of the pools and the beach!?

This place has become my new favorite place to stay for my girls trip. The pictures are great but do not give it justice. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed and then some. I couldn't have asked for better views. We were right in the middle of the resort so we could see it all. We still had an amazing view of the beach too. Such a nice view to wake up to every morning and before going to sleep at night. And I personally loved the on site tiki hut for food and drinks. Great place!! I will definitely plan more vacations with Gary. He was awesome to work with.

I contacted Gary about some last minute dates that were open. Gary got back to me very quickly and we were able to work out the dates. We had a very nice stay in the condo, it was very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was great to sit out on and see the beach. Even though my kids are older we still enjoyed the lazy river and pool. We also enjoyed having the beach setups. Gary checked in with me to make sure everything was going well. Thanks again!

I was a little hesitant in booking this condo because there weren't many reviews. I am so very thankful that I booked anyway! Gary (the condo owner) was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire rental process. The condo itself was amazing! The location within the Waterscape resort was perfect! Our sixth (top) floor balcony provided incredible views of the entire pool area as well as the beach. The condo was conveniently located right next to an elevator, but absolutely no noise was heard from the hallway. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed (and more). The location of the Waterscape resort was also very close to amazing restaurants and the Publix grocery store. I would not hesitate staying in this condo again when we visit the Destin/Fort Walton area in the future! Thank you again, Gary!

My family took a last minute trip to Florida to escape the gloomy weather in Indiana. This Condo was just what the doctor ordered. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to questions we had while staying there. The amenities at the resort were great! On red flag days when the boys couldn't be in the ocean, they enjoyed the lazy river and multiple pools. We thought about some excursion days to sightsee in the area, but the boys were having so much fun in the ocean and pools that we spent most of our time right at the resort. Looking forward to another week next spring. We have been to several places in Florida, and this is our favorite so far. Would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended it to our friends.

OK, we all know how deceiving pictures can be! I was nervous about what our condo would REALLY look like upon arriving. Blown away!! The pictures did NOT do this place justice! It was so much nicer in person, we were so happy! The beds were comfortable and the decor was super nice, we stayed in unit A614. Being on the top floor was great, we had a great view of the ocean/beach and the pool! Our kids are 11 and 15 and it was perfect for both of them. They both LOVED the pool area and in the late afternoon/early evening when we had come upstairs from a long day on the beach, our active kids could go to the pool and they LOVED the "lilly pads" which are these pods that float in the pool and are anchored to the bottom, but they move and the kids try to balance on them and make it across to the other side. This was DIRECTLY below this unit and we could sit on the back patio, enjoying the breeze, and watch our kids play. it was awesome! There is a pool bar and 4 different pools, What I call the adult pool, which is not really only adults, but it is a quiet pool. The baby pool, which our 2 yr old grandson will love next year and the Kid pool, where thy lilly pads are and the lazy river, which was very cool! Our friends stayed just below us and their unit was very nice also! This was so perfect for families. You are only a 10 minute drive from Destin so you can shop or eat so easily. There are also many restaurants right there that are super convenient! The best thing is that the grocery store is literally 3 minutes away, very nice when you forget several things and have to go back!! We cannot wait to return! This will be our go to Florida family vacation!!

Waterscape A614 is located on the Florida Panhandle in the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach area in one of the most popular resorts on the Gulf Coast. We are a 2 bedroom plus bunkroom, 2.5 bath condo with all the perks you'd expect from a 5-star resort, plus many that you haven't yet considered. Waterscape is the Gulf Coast's most fun, family-friendly, BEACHFRONT resort featuring multiple pools with waterfalls, a heated pool, lazy river, waterslide, toddler pool/splash pad, two hot tubs, onsite tiki hut, and MORE! This condo is on the 6th floor in the A building and is the first condo from the elevator straight to the parking garage. We are conveniently located in the middle of the resort, just steps from all the fun. This unit offers two master suites which is perfect for traveling with extended family or another small family. The living room and both bedrooms open to the spacious, sun-kissed patio which includes seating for 4, two lounge chairs to enjoy the morning sun or afternoon shade.
A614 boasts a fully stocked kitchen making cooking-in a breeze (but of course, cooking is optional!). The living room has a sleeper sofa that converts to a Queen size sofa bed, a love seat, and an HDTV in case you need to spend some down time indoors.
