We rarely stay in condos. This one was just perfect. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Mr Gary was easy to deal with and even checked on us to make sure we made it to the condo okay. Also asked if we needed anything. Beautiful views from the huge balcony as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

We've been renting from Mr. Gary for a few years now. We always have a great time. The condo is beautiful and always super clean. Anytime we need anything or have an issue, Mr. Gary makes sure it gets resolved immediately. Did I mention it has a great view of the pools and the beach!?

This place has become my new favorite place to stay for my girls trip. The pictures are great but do not give it justice. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed and then some. I couldn't have asked for better views. We were right in the middle of the resort so we could see it all. We still had an amazing view of the beach too. Such a nice view to wake up to every morning and before going to sleep at night. And I personally loved the on site tiki hut for food and drinks. Great place!! I will definitely plan more vacations with Gary. He was awesome to work with.

I contacted Gary about some last minute dates that were open. Gary got back to me very quickly and we were able to work out the dates. We had a very nice stay in the condo, it was very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was great to sit out on and see the beach. Even though my kids are older we still enjoyed the lazy river and pool. We also enjoyed having the beach setups. Gary checked in with me to make sure everything was going well. Thanks again!

I was a little hesitant in booking this condo because there weren't many reviews. I am so very thankful that I booked anyway! Gary (the condo owner) was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire rental process. The condo itself was amazing! The location within the Waterscape resort was perfect! Our sixth (top) floor balcony provided incredible views of the entire pool area as well as the beach. The condo was conveniently located right next to an elevator, but absolutely no noise was heard from the hallway. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed (and more). The location of the Waterscape resort was also very close to amazing restaurants and the Publix grocery store. I would not hesitate staying in this condo again when we visit the Destin/Fort Walton area in the future! Thank you again, Gary!

My family took a last minute trip to Florida to escape the gloomy weather in Indiana. This Condo was just what the doctor ordered. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to questions we had while staying there. The amenities at the resort were great! On red flag days when the boys couldn't be in the ocean, they enjoyed the lazy river and multiple pools. We thought about some excursion days to sightsee in the area, but the boys were having so much fun in the ocean and pools that we spent most of our time right at the resort. Looking forward to another week next spring. We have been to several places in Florida, and this is our favorite so far. Would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended it to our friends.

OK, we all know how deceiving pictures can be! I was nervous about what our condo would REALLY look like upon arriving. Blown away!! The pictures did NOT do this place justice! It was so much nicer in person, we were so happy! The beds were comfortable and the decor was super nice, we stayed in unit A614. Being on the top floor was great, we had a great view of the ocean/beach and the pool! Our kids are 11 and 15 and it was perfect for both of them. They both LOVED the pool area and in the late afternoon/early evening when we had come upstairs from a long day on the beach, our active kids could go to the pool and they LOVED the "lilly pads" which are these pods that float in the pool and are anchored to the bottom, but they move and the kids try to balance on them and make it across to the other side. This was DIRECTLY below this unit and we could sit on the back patio, enjoying the breeze, and watch our kids play. it was awesome! There is a pool bar and 4 different pools, What I call the adult pool, which is not really only adults, but it is a quiet pool. The baby pool, which our 2 yr old grandson will love next year and the Kid pool, where thy lilly pads are and the lazy river, which was very cool! Our friends stayed just below us and their unit was very nice also! This was so perfect for families. You are only a 10 minute drive from Destin so you can shop or eat so easily. There are also many restaurants right there that are super convenient! The best thing is that the grocery store is literally 3 minutes away, very nice when you forget several things and have to go back!! We cannot wait to return! This will be our go to Florida family vacation!!

Waterscape A614 is located on the Florida Panhandle in the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach area in one of the most popular resorts on the Gulf Coast. We are a 2 bedroom plus bunkroom, 2.5 bath condo with all the perks you'd expect from a 5-star resort, plus many that you haven't yet considered. Waterscape is the Gulf Coast's most fun, family-friendly, BEACHFRONT resort featuring multiple pools with waterfalls, a heated pool, lazy river, waterslide, toddler pool/splash pad, two hot tubs, onsite tiki hut, and MORE! This condo is on the 6th floor in the A building and is the first condo from the elevator straight to the parking garage. We are conveniently located in the middle of the resort, just steps from all the fun. This unit offers two master suites which is perfect for traveling with extended family or another small family. The living room and both bedrooms open to the spacious, sun-kissed patio which includes seating for 4, two lounge chairs to enjoy the morning sun or afternoon shade.
A614 boasts a fully stocked kitchen making cooking-in a breeze (but of course, cooking is optional!). The living room has a sleeper sofa that converts to a Queen size sofa bed, a love seat, and an HDTV in case you need to spend some down time indoors.
Waterscape A516 has a cozy little bunk room (with a door!) that makes the kids happy to climb into their sleeping quarters. Need baby gear? We have you covered. There is a pack-n-play, high-chair, and all-terrain wagon to help! This unit sleeps 8 people comfortably.
