Comfortable.

The condo had everything we could have asked for.The pull out sofa made it easy for my daughter and me to have our own space throughout our stay. The location was great! I expected more of the surrounding town  but have no complaints whatsoever. Pinkie was attentive to our needs and responded immediately to our minor concern. There are a TON of activities to do in the area And on those lazier days, the pools and lazy river on site are just what are needed. The condo was a true "home away from home" for us. Should we ever look into heading back to the Fort Walton /Destin area, we will definitely consider staying here again! 

Great experience.

Property was great. Only thing I would say bad (which really not that big deal) was pullout couch would only sleep 2 people and a little uncomfortable. But very clean! And owner easy to work with. Now condos were a little busy but I think it’s normal for this complex due to size. Family friendly. Pools were great and grounds are maintained nicely. It is nice having umbrella and chairs, however if you want to be close to the water get up early and get your chairs otherwise you will be far back in the "u" shape they put them in. Over all had a good experience at the condo and Ft. Walton as always is a good place to visit.

Everything was great, even the parking! I would've liked a better view of the ocean, the palm trees blocked our view from the balcony and balcony.

The weather was great, our condo was very nice and we never had a dull moment...although everything we did was at our leisure. Our family, kids and grandkids, stayed in a condo as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with family.

Great place!

Our condo was the perfect size for our family of three. First thing you noticed was how clean the place was as well as the little touches ( dish soap, towels,shampoo,lotion, and bars of soap). Communication with Pinkie was easy and she always responded quickly. Plenty of linens, pillows, blankets, etc. Bed was comfortable as well. Table and chairs on the balcony was great for lunches and dinners.Furniture in the living room was a little old, but honestly it didn't bother us much as we spent most of our time outside! The resort is fantastic and SO family friendly. So many pool options and such a short and easy walk to the beach. Beach service ( two chairs w/ umbrella) was provided everyday and was such a nice option.The resort and beach were so clean. We had a fantastic trip and cannot wait to stay again! Would DEFINITELY recommend Pinkie as well as Waterscape. Cannnot wait to come again:-)

Great location and easy to get in and out of FWB. But once in the courtyard, you are blocked off from all the sounds and sights of the outside world. The campus completely surrounds the pools, yes 2 pools, both awesome. The heated pool was perfect for late April, as we swam night and day.The breeze comes in off the gulf right into the long courtyard, over the lazy river and blows thru the palms throughout the pool areas. The rooms are perfect, clean, and very spacious. Parking and elevators are plentiful and easy to get to. Overall the best value we found, loved every minute!. 

We rented for part of Jan and all of Feb.The condo was nice. The walk from the parking area of your car is very close. The view is very nice looking over the pool area. We would highly reccommend staying here for one primary reason- the owner is fantastic. She answered every question promptly and thoroughly.She wants you to enjoy your stay and will do everything to make sure you enjoy it. We met the owner swhile they were staying at their other condo. Absolutely the nicest folks you will meet.This is peace of mind knowing if you have an issue they will help any way possible. Definitely stay here!  

Very clean unit. Owner was very easy to work with. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.
