We had a great time staying here! Danica helped us with all of our needs! It was so convenient walking from the patio to the splash pad in just a few steps!! We recommend staying here!

Danica was the absolute best! First, she got us into our condo 4 hours before check-in giving us a full first day! We stayed in C203 which was perfect for our family. My younger kids loved the splash pad, steps away from our back door. Second, it was very convenient that the condo came with all the extra amenities so my family didn’t have to haul them there (wagon, beach toys, chairs, umbrella, play pen, high chair, ice chest.) Third, right outside our back door made a great spot for family pictures! We like to try different places, but if I ever go back to Waterscape, I’m definitely booking with Danica again and referring her to everyone I know!

Danica goes above and beyond to make your stay in her condo relaxing, fun, and a true vacation! From the fully stocked kitchens, to the little details -a great beachy playlist going when you open the doors & little surprises for the kids- everything she does is well thought out and just the extra little caring touch to show she cares about her renters and the experience they have. We will be back, likely every year!

Danica was such a pleasure to work with! The condo was so nice and clean. She even had cute little gifts for our girls upon arrival. We will definitely recommend!

We loved our stay in C203! There were so many great things about the trip, but here are a few of our pros and the minimal cons we came across.
Pros: Clean! Safe! parking access right outside our door, ground level with room for the kids to play, beach chair and umbrella service, heated pool, DANICA (amazing customer service)!!
Cons: No easy access to take a wagon to the beach. Waterscape really should incorporate a handicap accessible ramp by the outdoor stairs so guests don't have to zig zag through the resort. Need more than one heated pool in March! Coffee shop open all day or even a coffee truck in the parking lot would be wonderful.
Overall it was a perfect family vacation and we are already looking forward to next year!

We had the best visit at Waterscape. There were several pools, including a float pool and rope coarse for the kids to play in. It was so much fun having all the extra activities available as well (air brush tattoos, hair braids, DJ/glow party, karaoke) right at our place. It was within walking distance to so many great restaurants (recommend The Gulf & Old Bay Steamers). There were also other beach bars that were doing events like movies or music on the beach which we took advantage of.

The beach was so close and immaculate. It was so nice having the ability to reserve a few beach chairs for free. We drove but literally didn't need to bring a thing Danica provided beach chairs, boogie boards, so many sand toys, and an excellent wagon to trek it all to the beach. We also took advantage of the free kayaks every day. Saw dolphins and jellyfish!

The place was located on the first floor right behind the kiddie pool and it was perfect. We were able to park (for free) right outside our front door. We could also walk out the back and easily reach the path to the pool and beach. My kids loved there were always so many other kids around having a great time.

Had an absolutely lovely stay and would 500% rent through Danica again. Thank you!

Danica was such a wonderful host! Her condo had everything we could have possibly needed for our stay plus more! The condo was very clean and in the best location, Walkable to many restaurants and stores & right on the beach! This is a great place to stay with kids too, there’s so much to do!! You don’t even have to leave the resort to have a great time, we will most definitely be back!!

Danica makes each stay at Waterscape so easy! The resort is great, her units are great. Easy beach access and amenities. The free beach service is a huge bonus! I would rather rent with Danica than any other person or company in the Destin/Ft. Walton area any day! Danica's services go above & beyond anything you'd ever expect.

We just arrived home from another wonderful vacation at Waterscape. This was our 3rd in Danica’s units and I will never rent from anyone else. Danica is quick to respond if you have any needs, concerns, questions, etc. She makes renting easy and cost efficient. Her units are STOCKED, comfortable, and clean. She provides things you may forget about or not want to purchase when you arrive. We are always sad to see our vacation come to an end at waterscape. The resort is beautiful and has so many wonderful things for children.

We stayed in C203 with our kids ages 3, 10, and 12. This was our second time renting with Danica. Her units come completely stocked with everything you need for your vacation. She provides lots of information when you reserve your unit. Then she sends the information again, before you arrive.

Waterscape has activities daily. My kids enjoyed the glow party and bingo by the pool. We enjoyed our beach time - check out our photos of our sand castle. We made use of our hour rental with the kayak at the beach. There are shops and restaurants close by to walk to-Stewby’s is a short walk down the road for delicious seafood. On this trip, Mother Nature really showed out: we saw dolphins(babies too), 2 kinds of rays(saw one jump out of the water😱), birds, crabs, and fish.

If you need help with anything, Danica is just a text or phone call away. We will definitely be back😀

We recently stayed in C203 and had a wonderful time. This was our 5th time renting with Danica and our 3rd different unit. It does not matter what unit you rent, you will not be disappointed. Every unit is well stocked and the detail and thought she puts into each unit is amazing. We do not like lugging a bunch of stuff to the beach so the daily beach chair setup is wonderful. We all had a blast and cannot wait till next years trip.

Visited week following labor day on a whim from a coworkers recommendation. I am an self proclaimed OCD clean freak (ICU RN) and let me tell you, Danica's condos were very clean and fully stocked. Very impressed with this for starters. From the moment we walked in, my husband and 3 year old were greeted with tropical fun music on the iPad and just a warm inviting vibe. We quickly made the condo "ours" in the short 5 days we were there, making full use of the spacious and clean kitchen (we cooked all meals here). This place was PERFECT for families with small/young children. We stayed in condo C203, we simply would just walk out and begin our day at the beach or pool. Activities for kiddos, pool, beach, little shack for food/snacks. We spent majority of our time on the property as it had everything we needed (grocery store very near by; toddler needed a daily nap...back to the room we went!). Very quiet peoperty for tje most part. Fully stocked water and beach toys for the toddler so no need to buy or pack! Such a family friendly place my goodness! Beautiful white sanded beach. We did do the pirate buccaneer ship and that was fun. Really appreciate this little slice of heaven...in the USA. The owner Danica is a gem to work with, very knowledgeable and fast response. You can immediately tell the hard work and effort she has....and takes great pride in her properties. Well done 👏

Our first time staying at waterscape and it won't be the last! Danica was very responsive in her communication and easy to work with. Condo was clean and spacious. We enjoyed all the different pool options, perfect for all ages. Will be going back!

My wife and I had talked about taking a vacation to the Destin area for years. We are beyond thrilled that we chose to stay at Waterscape in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Working with Danica was a great experience, making our vacation planning go smoothly.

The unit we stayed in, C203, was roomy and bright. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Parking for this unit was so convenient, the parking garage is right outside the door. Step outside the sliding glass doors and there is a grassy area for the kids to play and you can walk right to the pool and beach.

Not only is the unit great, but the location of Waterscape is as well. It is a 10 minute walk down the beach to the boardwalk area which has shopping and restaurants. We walked there every day of our stay for great food and coffee. We were also able to buy souvenirs from their shops.

We loved it so much we are currently planning our next spring break with Danica!

Once again we visited Waterscape and rented from Danica. Once again it did not disappoint! From the cleanliness of the unit to all the little extras she provides for her guests we cannot say enough!! Except that we will be back!!

Where do I even begin!?? C203 is where me and my family stayed for an entire week! It was literally home away from home with all the amenities. Plenty of room for all of us they even switched beds throughout the week! All 5 of our kids fell in love with this place. Beds were like sleeping on a cloud, everything was spotless super clean and no bugs!! I do NOT have any complaints. I want to give a huge thank you to Danica for helping me every step of the way! From booking to helping with other things she's awesome!! This was our first time driving 10 hours from NC and our first time to Florida and now before we left we already booked for next year! We will not be going back to our beaches because we will forever be coming down here with beautiful white sand and clear water! I wouldn't stay anywhere else but here at Waterscape and make sure to book with Danica!!!

Danica is the best. She is super responsive!! She worked with us on a last min vacation change!! Came back another time to stay with her again and just booked our 3rd vacation with her. We wanted to try a different beach location for the family vacation this year. Considering the fact that our age group ranged from 4 to 67, we were looking for a rental property that had something for everyone. As I researched property along the Gulfcoast panhandle I came across Danica's www.RentWaterscape.com website. It was the most thorough and professional site of any that I reviewed. It appeared that her C203 unit checked off everything on our list, so I reached out with some questions. I received an immediate response from Danica, and I booked the unit. Did it live up to its billing as advertised? Of course it did! A beautiful unit that was just right for the 6 of us. The walkout feature to the splash pad area was perfect for entertaining the 4 year old grandson while the older kids enjoyed making friends on the lazy river. Everything you need for the beach was provided as well. Danica's recommendations for things to do in the area were very helpful, and right on point. We took in the dolphin show just down the street. My daughter got to hold an alligator. The older boys went fishing on the pier, and caught a fish. The Wednesday night fireworks were a hit. All in all, we came back exhausted as usual with some great family memories. Without hesitation I would recommend Danica to anyone looking for a condo to rent on the gulf coast.

My family and I had an amazing time! Danica is so sweet and amazing to work with. Everything was perfect and felt like a home away from home. We did not want to leave! We grilled most of the time and it was so convenient that the kids could play in the kiddie pool area while the food cooked. There was an ice machine right by the lower pool so it was easy to keep our food and drinks cold when we went to the beach or stayed out at the pool. Everything was clean, everyone was friendly and I have zero complaints. I'd rate the stay as a 100/10, beyond amazing!

We had a great stay at Waterscape C203. The weather was amazing and the water was so clear and beautiful! We loved being able to walk out to the pools from our condo. Loved the large pool, lazy river and just steps from the ocean! The Tiki hut was super convenient for snacks and drinks. We have teenagers and a pre-teen and everyone had a great time! We will be back!

Waterscape is truly a gem! There are safe, gated, kid friendly sections for all ages! There are several bbq grills with gas that are ready to go! The water is beautiful!!! No jellyfish, no seaweed, beautiful white sand! Renting C203 is the way to go! You can't beat being on the bottom floor and not having to use an elevator. This unit is only a few steps from your patio to the pools. There is a yard for the kids to continue playing right in your view! Danica is wonderful and provides everything you need- chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for the kids! We will definitely be returning!!!

It's a bit hard to describe what our family experienced because I do not know if words exist that are good enough to fully encapsulate the Condo, parking, the beach, the water, the activities, restaurants, and most importantly the Owner but I will do my best.

She provided so much information for us and the kiddos that she pretty much planned our vacation for us. Hands down without a doubt the best vacation we have ever had. Our family enjoyed our stay this past week in one of Danica’s condos. We walked in to music playing and a spotless condo. We loved being close to the pools and just a couple minutes from the beach. Danica is awesome about checking in to make sure every thing is perfect. Waterscape is an awesome place to stay!

This was our 12th year. Weather was the best! It's our favorite place! We enjoyed every moment. Great Condo--we are so comfortable there. So convenient for us. Enjoyed the new furniture. See you next year.

Our family received this trip from Santa for Christmas. I found Danica on Facebook a few years ago but had never booked a vacation with her. I was getting frustrated with trying to decide what kind of trip to do with our family. One morning I seen her post about availability right after Christmas. So glad we booked with her. Room C203 was perfect size for our family of 6. Great beach access and beach view on ground floor. Upon check in to our room the code wouldn't work. I messaged Danica and she was quick to come to assist and put new batteries in it. Pool area very nice, it was to cold for us to get in the pools since it was cool while we were there. We will definitely visit again and probably in the summer!

This was our 2nd time renting from Danica and it will not be our last! The condo had everything we needed including a beach wagon, cooler, sand toys, etc. and Danica is quick to respond with any further questions or needs we had. Waterscape has everything from pools, hot tubs, the beach, activities for the kids, etc.--you don't really need to ever leave! It is absolutely beautiful and we will be back!!!

Host was very responsive, very friend, she wanted to ensure our trip was perfect. Condo was nicely decorated, and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pans and dishes. Would definitely stay at waterscape again and recommend to family and friends.

We will always rent from Danica when visiting Fort Walton! Her condos are beautiful and clean! The resort is also gorgeous and has a lot of amenities. I felt safe traveling and staying alone with only myself and 2yr old. Danica is always a text or phone call away if anything is needed. We have stayed at Waterscape for the past 10 years. We have stayed in Unit A, B and now this trip involved Unit C. We stayed in C203. You definitely need to book with Danica! Can you say location, location, location?! It was awesome! We parked right outside of the entry to our unit, which made it a breeze for unpacking and packing luggage into the unit. It is also a ground floor for the 2nd level. We walked right out the patio doors to the pools and or beach. The condo was fully stocked with anything that you would need. We had four teenagers with us, but the condo is fully stocked with baby and toddler things (pack and play, puddle jumpers, etc.) Too many things to mention. Danica has got it going on! She was such a pleasure to work with. This was one of the easiest arrival and departures we have ever had at Waterscape. I hope to book with Danica for our next trip back to Waterscape. Thanks again Danica!!

Danica has done it once again! A quick last minute trip for fall break. She had an opening (which is rare) for our fall break. Husband said let's go! So we threw some clothes in a bag and loaded up. No need to overpack. Danica's condos always have everything we need. Beach toys, chairs, umbrella and cart provided so we didn't have to worry about bringing. Walmart delivery is so handy. We walked in to music playing and an exceptionally clean condo. Everything was top notch and the weather was gorgeous. We have stayed at waterscape the last 13 years and once we found her condos we won't stay with anyone else. Her service is over and above all the rest. B520, a one bedroom condo with bunk beds and a pull out sofa bed, was perfect for our family of 5 (Two adults, two teenagers and a toddler). It overlooks the heated pool and kid splash pad but you can see all the way to the beach. Close to the elevator and a short distance from the parking garage this condo is in a great location. The king bed in the master is very comfortable. There is an upscale washer and dryer, not the generic stackable ones that come in most of the condos. Danica even provides a few laundry tabs. This is nice so we can wash everything and not have tons of laundry to do when we get home. You can't go wrong with any of her condos. Thank you again for a wonderful last minute getaway!

Communication! Danica was great. She helped us pick the condo that best suited our families needs / desires. She even let us change our dates without a charge. Parking - I was traveling alone with 2 toddlers and was nervous about how to load / unload the car safely. Covered parking was available right outside the condo door & a cart was available for our bags. Beach toys provided. I didn't pack a single beach toy. We utilized the provided wagon & toys and I was SO thankful not to have to put anything with traces of sand (other than flip flops) in my car. I hate leftover sand everywhere and not carrying toys, wagon, chairs, umbrella, etc. back and forth in my car was HUGE Pack & play was easy to set up and both the master & the guest room had ample space for set up (should you need 2) highchair was foldable and very easy to set up. Splash pad is not connected to the pool - this was ideal for safely letting littles roam. It was right outside of the condo (but not so close that you could hear kids/music or anything). Danica even provided puddle jumpers for the pool. Condo was clean & music was playing on arrival - set the mood for a fun stay! Having an umbrella & chairs included in the cost was a plus! We are fair skinned so coverage is a must and it was wonderful to have someone provide beach service. We will definitely consider staying with Danica in room C203 again.

Loved it! It was our first attempt at a beach vacation with a baby and toddler and everything was perfect! You couldn’t ask for a better place and more responsive host. We will be returning.

My daughter (3yrs old) and I stayed in room c203. The room was amazing and in such a great location for pools and walking. The beach is not a long or bad walk with all the room has to offer in extras like the wagons and such. The room had plenty of beach toys and even puddle jumpers that were left as well! We flew down and working/renting from Danica made it so much easier and less to pack. Also, Danica was very quick to message back throughout our trip. We had the two bedroom but only used one bedroom and bathroom. The one vanity that was not needed in our bathroom had a light bulb burn out and the sink had a slow drain so we switched to the other side. I had messaged Danica only for the reason that she could have housekeeping come prepared for the next family with a bulb and the drain. Danica actually arrived that evening while we were out for dinner and fun! Danica had beach music playing and a personalized sand bucket for my little girl. So cute! We will be back to visit Waterscape for sure! This was our first time visiting Fort Walton and the beach with the beautiful water and white sand along with the pool options at this resort would be hard to pass by! I would not rent from a mgmt company unless completely backed into a corner and Danica or someone she would recommend was available. Rent by owner is the way to go and makes your trip so much more personable! I wish it were time for us to head back already!

I needed a place to stay in the area and had stayed at Waterscape 11 years ago so I did a search. My search yielded many options but I couldn't understand the extra fee for booking with them so I searched again looking for an owner this time.. that's how I found Danica, and I am so grateful I did!! C203 is my favorite unit, ground level and parking at your front door, doesn't get any better than that....Oh yes it does!! Registration and check in were so simple, you get to the resort and you go straight to your condo..no front desk, your vacation starts when you park your car. Now for the extras she provides, she goes above and beyond to make your vacation stress free.. we didn't use any of the extra services she has available like shopping for you and having everything in the condo when you get there. I love Waterscape, the resort itself is amazing but Danica made the rental process so easy and personal. Oh, I forgot about all the beach toys and a wagon to bring everything out to your chairs and umbrella...she has everything, no need to load your car up with beach stuff, rent from Danica and you can use hers (of course you'll need to clean it all up and put it back where you found it but you won't have to drag it home 😎) I don't cook when I'm on vacation but if you do you won't be disappointed. Our kitchen had everything my kitchen at home has and then some. Thanks for everything Danica, we'll definitely be back to rent from you again, The Boudreauxs

My family stayed in C203 while in Florida for a softball tournament. This condo is perfect for coming and going with ease, as you park right outside the door in the covered parking garage. When you are hauling softball equipment back and forth several times a day, that is a definite plus! The ground floor location is perfect for just heading out to the pools and beach without having to deal with elevators or stairs. There is a huge lawn outside the patio doors with plenty of room for a lot of people to hang out, play cornhole, or whatever lawn game you like. The beach is a short and easy walk, but we spent most our time in Waterscape's awesome pools. Danica has everything you need to hit the beach already in the condo...no need to load up anything extra from home but your beach towels!

The beds are comfy, and the two bedrooms have direct access to their own bathroom. The entire condo is clean, clean, clean! The kitchen is a great size and fully stocked for any cooking you would want to do. There is seriously no need to pack much extra, and Danica provides very detailed information on what you will/will not need to pack, as well as all the fun things to do and see in the area. She definitely makes the trip so easy to prepare for and makes you feel welcomed!

We would definitely recommend Danica and this condo, and will be back again the future!

We rented 2 units for a family stay. Everything was perfect, the units were clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The labels helped find things. The extras like beach supplies and baby supplies were a huge help. No fault of the unit or owner, wish Waterscape layout had better beach access from the C building to the lower pool level to get to beach when hauling wagons and beach buggies. Wednesday night fireworks are cool, and the pool children's activities are nice. I would highly recommend Danica is super easy to work with and makes everything understandable and known.

Renting with Danica was absolutely amazing! From first contact, rental agreement/signing, to checking in and out; communication was completely flawless. The unit was clean and stocked. It was really nice to have the extras provided (2 chairs and umbrella on the beach ready for us, additional chairs and umbrella available in unit to take to the beach with the assistance of the beach cart/wagon. The box of sand toys, floats, puddle jumpers, and body boards. The option to have a kayak or paddle board for 1 hour each day.) If it can be thought of to be provided Danica has it for you. We enjoyed our stay so much that upon departure I asked if we could roll our refundable deposit and book again next year, you can, we did!

The condo was very nice and clean. Building C was great!! You didn't have mornings or afternoon Sun on the patio. It was in the shade all the time, which we liked.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would!! This is our second year using Danica at Waterscape and it was wonderful! Everything was perfect from our arrival to departure. Danica makes everything super simple and easy. The unit was super clean and well stocked. We will absolutely use her again next year!!

Stayed at C203 with a 5 month old & 6 year old, ground floor unit with easy access in and out to the car — literally walking steps away. The entire process with Danica was smooth from beginning to end & she was always so attentive in responding back right away during our stay. Looking out the living room window you see the splash pad area which is great if you have a little one! Can walk out of the patio straight to this area. My favorite thing is that Danica provides all of the extra gear especially when it comes to babies/toddlers, literally just pack babies essentials and head there no extra stuff needed except stroller. The condo is fully stocked. We enjoyed it so much in April and hoping we can find a spot back this summer!

Danica was the perfect host!!! Anytime we needed something, she was there for anything especially information. Danica greeted me before I even got to the Waterscape entrance. My room was ready two hours in advance. Waterscape was everything I thought it was going to be.

Due to our work schedules, we had to book a last minute trip at the end of our Spring Break. We were fortunate enough to find this property. It was perfect! Ground floor- easy access to parking, loading and unloading could not have been more convenient. The teenagers were happy to have easy access to the pools and beach! CLEAN! I can not emphasize this enough! AMAZING! Plus the grounds were well kept AND it was an easy walk to the beach!

C203 was perfect for our family! Danica is the master at stocking and helping us just relax and enjoy our trip! We can't wait to come back again!

Don’t hesitate for a second to book Danica's property in Waterscape. The unit is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Has everything needed to feel right at home( kitchen). It’s clean. I’m an OR nurse, so I know Clean. It’s a perfect location to explore lovely neighboring beaches, restaurants, shops. The beach & pools are great and you don’t need to bring anything. Danica had it all there for you and the kids.

We have just completed our 10th vacation in C203. This was our best. Danica is so easy to work with and you won’t find a more comfortable condo. Beach is the best; pool and hot tubs super. This little trip was just what we needed for Christmas break after a very hard year. The condo was perfect! It was spotless and the ground unit was so convenient. We loved the bunk beds for our girls. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips! The pools were amazing for the kids and we are already hoping for another trip this summer! We had a wonderful week at the beach, condo was great! Tons of stuff for the kids to do! Beautiful water and weather!

We stayed in C203 from 10-18 to 10-23 and it was nothing but amazing! The unit was perfect for our family of 6 and was equipped with literally everything you need to cook and prepare meals without ever having to leave! My kids enjoyed the grassy yard to play and look for lizards! Danica is great at helping answer any questions you may have and is fast to respond! We will never stay with anyone else. Danica goes above and beyond. My kids loved the snacks left in the room. We absolutely love the convenience of the location. Can't wait to return next year!!

This was our second stay in Danica's C203 and it was just as magical as our first stay. Our boys were amazed by their personal gifts that were there on our arrival. We absolutely love Waterscape and we would never rent from anyone other than Danica because she is simply amazing!! This condo is the perfect condo if you have children (or even if you don't). There is a huge area of grass the kids can play on and catch lizards!!! I also noticed this time how quiet the condo was, even sitting out on the patio at night you do not hear much noise. You will not be disappointed with this condo! We can't wait to return to one of Danica's condos next year! She has everything you need including beach cart, chairs, and toys!

We love the setup here. We have a 2 year old and a 7 year old. We literally only have to pack up their clothes and devices for the road - Danica provides everything else! The first time we came we way overpacked not realizing she wasn't kidding when she says she's outfitted this unit for your family. From the baby gate down to the stepping stool for them to wash their hands at the sink. Plus, it's steps away from the kiddie playground. Just come with a laundry basket and put some trash bags, dishwasher tabs, washing machine tabs, and sunscreen. Grab some groceries when you get here and your set. It's so nice to pack for a family trip to the beach with literally a couple bags!! All the sand toys are here including a wagon. The beach service has your chairs and umbrella taken care of (even if you want more Danica has them too). Would recommend any time! We've been in winter and summer!

This our third stay with Danica’s amazingly curated units and our second in C203. It’s the perfect ground unit near the littlest kid pool and play area. Easy to access from parking garage and quick beach access! As always everything was impeccably cleaned and decorated. There is so much fun within convenient walking distance of the condo! We will definitely be back and are already dreaming of our return visit! (About us: party of 3 adults, 2 kids (2 and 5), no rental car, we fly in and out of VPS using veteran run Destin Airport Shuttle.)

We loved our 2nd visit to Waterscape and our first stay in C203! I love that the unit was on the ground floor! The ease of going to the pool and beach without dealing with elevators was awesome! Waterscape C-203 is perfect! The owner Danica was a pleasure to work with from the first time we checked on availability through to checkout. She was in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed and that it met our expectations. The unit itself has everything you need and more. The location could not be better, especially with families. The kiddie area is right outside the door with a grassy area they can play in also. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at C203 Waterscape while celebrating the 4th of July, 2021. We had the best time! The condo was very clean, cute, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation to the MAX! The owners are extremely tentative. They have a full list of helpful check lists, helpful tips and a very clear and concise rental agreement. We can’t wait to go back and rent C203!!! Our new “home away from home.” 😃😄☺️

Condo was very roomy and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Bunks were a little small for my 6'-1" teen but he slept on the sofa so no big deal. Facilities are absolutely a great place if you have young children! Ice machine on the property a plus! Condo has perfect access to upper level pools and splash pad! Umbrella rental company (Taylor and Sam) were amazing! Water was beautiful and the fireworks on Wednesday night are a bonus!

This is my second year staying in one of Danica’s units and it been a great experience each time. Her units are clean, comfortable, cute, and kid friendly. This time we stayed in unit C203 and it was great having direct access to the splash pad as my young kids loved it. Also having the grassy area right outside the patio was great for the kids to run around and play. Danica has been great to work with and I will definitely rent from her again.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our daughter's first beach trip! Being right beside the splash pad made a trip with a toddler a breeze. The snack bar was great! We loved the lazy river, too! Danica was extremely helpful with the booking process. She checked in on us a few times as well. I enjoyed being able to communicate with the owner so easily! She made our trip so much easier! The best way to describe renting a condo from Danica is like renting from a family member. A sweet soul who goes above and beyond to make your stay exceptional from the moment you book to the day that you leave. I stayed in C203 with my twin toddlers. It was the first time renting a ground level condo. It was absolutely perfect for my boys. They had so much area to play outside of the unit when they needed a break from the pool/beach. The unit was spotless clean. And I can't write a review without giving a shout out to Emmy. Danica offers grocery pickup through Emmy. I sent her our list prior to our trip. When we arrived, everything was in the condo put away and iced up. AMAZING SERVICE! After traveling with toddlers, to have all groceries already there was a huge help and a burden we didn't have to deal with. Thank you Danica and Emmy for an amazing stay! We will most definitely book again with you! l told everyone by the pool about your website because families staying on floor 5 were envious of the ground level and tons of room my boys had to play around. We had a wonderful first trip to Waterscape. Renting with Danica was so easy, and pleasant. The beach was double red flags the whole week but the pools made up for it! We will definitely be coming back.

What a great vacation. We will for sure be back! Barely had to pack anything for our 3 kids under 4. Fully stocked rental, pack n play, high chair, kitchen, toys, sand wagon, even kids puddle jumpers. A different pool area for all ages, beach front access 🤩

The unit was very nice and comfy. The grounds were beautiful. We stayed on the ground floor. No view of ocean but again the grounds were beautiful. Will come again!

Danica was great to work with! She takes great care of her properties and makes sure that you have everything you need during your stay at Waterscape. We stayed in C203 and LOVED it!!! We enjoyed being on the lower floor (which I wasn't sure about at first). We sat on the patio and had great and easy access to the pools, hot tubs and best of all..... the BEACH. Danica's units come with 2 beach chairs and umbrella everyday plus extras in the condo. That alone saved $200 a day for our family to be on the beach!

We were in Ft. Walton for Emerald Coast Cheer Nationals. This location was awesome for that. Close to the convention center, restaurants and activities for everyone.

It has covered garage parking and leads right to your front door. No hustle and bustle trying to find a parking spot. She let us know exactly when we our unit was available and left nothing undone! Waterscape was everything you could want! From swimming in one of the 4 pools to going to the beach anytime you want! We loved it and WILL be back. We already started telling our friends about this great treasure!! Danica was so very kind and so easy to work with! we stayed in C203 which was a perfect location with having little kids since it is ground level and right by the kid pool! Can't wait to visit again!

From the time my husband and I arrived at C203, we were welcomed by a beautifully decorated condo with music playing. We immediately said, "We are going to love it here!" The condo was clean and well equipped and we were happy to make it our home for the week. Danica is an attentive host that really takes care of you. If you have small children, this unit is perfect as the kids can play in the grass and you are right next to the kiddie pool. We are planning on returning next year!

COVID has taken the fun out of life but not @ Waterscape! Fort Walton Beach the fun never stops. This was our 8th year same condo--pool warm, hot tubs hot, beach is great. Not a thing you need; it's all in the condo--just bring your beach towel and bathing suit. Danica great to work with always there if you need her. Highly recommend Waterscape for Snowbirds and families.

From pre-booking to staying at one of her units, Danica takes wonderful care of you! She's kind, articulate and loves her renters. The first year, she even went as far as to make custom monogrammed t-shirts for our kids.

Danica was so attentive and wonderful to work and communicate with. I've rented a lot of places and I can truly say the kitchen is by far the most well appointed as is the rest of the condo. She had everything labeled so you knew where was what. Excellent location if you have kids as the kid's pool is just outside your door - made us wish we had our grandkids with us. Easy walk to the gulf - lots of good restaurants in area. If you rent this unit you may want a few throw rugs as the tiles floors are cold in the winter. We'd absolutely rent from Danica again!

We booked a relatively last minute get away to explore the fort Walton area this September and stayed in unit C203. Danica was fantastic to work with - she was prompt with any and all information I requested, she responded right away to any questions I had, and her unit was set up perfectly for our family of 5. C203 is located PERFECTLY in the resort - parking is ideal (right outside the unit, proximity to the splash pad is steps away, the little lawn was perfect for my energetic 4 and 2 year olds, and the rest of the pools and the beach were easily accessible if not a bit further away. The beach is covered with gorgeous white sand that may even be nicer than the gulf beaches we’ve been to in the south of Florida. The resort sets up beach chairs in such a way that you always have a view of the water. As a mom of 3 under 4 years old, I really appreciated how cute and put together the unit was without being covered with fragile decor. My kids loved the wall colors, the art, and especially the personalize d sand buckets when we entered the unit! We cooked easily in the kitchen (which has every kitchen gadget you could need), and also enjoyed several local restaurants in the area. The beach cart made lugging all of our stuff to the pool or beach easy, and we loved having such easy access to run back to the condo between playing in the pool. My husband and I loved the sleep number king size bed, and really appreciated the dark out shades throughout the condo. The resort itself is beautiful and well kept and we have already booked another trip next year! We can’t wait to be back and stay in C203 again! Thanks Danica! 🌞🌴🏖

I have followed Danica's page on Facebook for a number of years since our last trip to the area in 2015. I have always wanted to stay in one of her units but our travel seemed to take us to other areas the last few years. Our travel plans for 2020 were supposed to take us to Hawaii to celebrate our 15th anniversary. Then the virus hit. As we were wrapped up in a very stressful fight to not loose all of our money, Danica was refunding every renter effected by the shut downs. That spoke volumes to me about the type of person she was. It made me want to stay with her even more. When it became clear we weren't going to make it to Hawaii I reached out to her about a week in June. At that point she had openings but we had to wait for our trip to be officially cancelled. We kept in contact but unfortunately by the time this happened she was booked. She helped me locate another unit. During our trip in June we were lucky enough to actually meet her. She took the time to talk to us multiple times during that we ek & we even found out she took care of an issue we had in the unit we had rented. Not even one of her units! We fell in love with Waterscape and decided we wanted to come back later in the summer. The pool complex & beach can't be beat.
After we got home we were able to secure a week in August in unit C203. We spent most of the day at Disney before heading toward Destin. She text me multiple times to make sure our drive was going well. She wanted to make sure everything was okay once we arrived & even provide me with a backup code to make sure we didn't have any issues getting in so late. We were beyond exhausted when we finally made it. When we walked in to music playing, a personalized basket and the cute lights in the living room on it was absolutely perfect. The condo was super clean, decorated so cute, all the beach gear was provided & the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. We had brought so many things we didn't need. We have rented other condos in the past and none have been stocked like hers. Ground level is great! I did miss the pretty ocean view but you can't beat just walking right off the patio. A few days into our stay the refrigerator started making some odd noises. She immediately responded to my text & when she got into town came straight over to fix it. It was so nice to see her again & we even talked her into to going out for pizza with us later in the week!! She genuinely cares about her renters & the entire condo complex. Danica is absolutely the best owner out there & we can't wait to stay in one of her units again! For anyone looking to rent with her you will not regret it & will be forever spoiled by how she does things.

From the moment we stepped into unit C203, we felt welcome and like it was a home away from home. Danica had personalized sand buckets and shovels for each of the kids plus music playing on the iPod. The condo was so clean and beautifully decorated. It was very convenient being on ground level to the splash pad since we were staying with 3 toddlers. We will be back again! :-) If I had to rate on a scale of 1-10, I'd rate a 20. She was on it with all of my questions and needs. I didn't have to wait hours or days for a reply. The best thing about the unit was all of the beach toys for the kids. We didn't have to pack a single thing for them. The condo had it all!!

Danica was awesome to work with and so responsive to every question. We loved the condo being so convenient to parking and the pools with little kiddos! Also enjoyed having wagon and chairs already there to use. Super clean! Honestly didn't have any complaints. We will definitely be back in one of her condos.

Felt like home from the moment we opened the door! The ambience was so relaxing! Very convenient access from move-in to move-out. Ground floor provided a super easy way to get to the beach. C203 is the best we've stayed in ~ well stocked with kitchen items, beach toys and cart, and the perfect beachy decor. The patio was superb ~ very, very comfortable furniture. Close to the pools, just a few minutes stroll to the beach. We could walk pretty much anywhere we needed or wanted to go. The whole booking and checkin/checkout process was a breeze! Truly felt like our home away from home!! We cannot wait to go back next year!!!

Best vacation rental in fort Walton! We absolutely love staying here. The resort pools are amazing for all ages! Our 18 month old had such a good time at the pools and zero entry kid pool and play area when the beach was a little too much for him. The location is perfect! Super close to Destin and the harbor but also enough out of the way of all the crazy traffic down there. The room fit our family of 8 very comfortably! We love staying here! Danica is the best to work with! Always so sweet and helpful! She helped us get rescheduled and changed super easy when corona messed with our plans. The ac unit went out the night before we were supposed to arrive and she got someone out there and supervised and made sure everything was done quickly and correctly for our stay! The condo is amazing and Danica makes renting with waterscape that much better!

That was on a Saturday and nothing could be done until Monday. This is the worst possible scenario for an owner in July. I hope that the fact that Kendall left me a 5-star review given this scenario speaks loads to the care and service I provide to my guests. I was onsite for the entire duration and made sure this family was taken care of in every way possible. :-)

We had a July, 2020 trip booked. We were set to leave in 2 weeks when our family was struck with a positive covid test. Danica allowed us to cancel, and refunded 100% of our money. Truly so thankful for her understanding!

When we found Danica at Waterscape Room C203 we found the best of the best. If you and your family is looking for fun at the beach or lazy day at the pool C203 is the room you need. The location of this room is spot on. We have previously stayed at waterscape and not with Danica and had minor issues through out our stay but not this time. We booked our next stay immediately when we got back. We have turned numerous of people over to Danica before we even got there and they have said the same thing as us that they wished they would have made the change a long time ago. We had an awesome time at Waterscape! Loved all of the lazy rivers, pools, hot tubs, & toddler splash pad the most! Loved that it was right out our back door and we loved our condo too. Very relaxing vacation and much needed!

This condo is the perfect place to stay at the beach. The kitchen is furnished with all the gadgets and tools one would need to cook meals in. The pool and beach are only a few steps away! The pool is huge and has amazing water activities for children. My family had a wonderful beach vacation and the one thing that was so special was the owner. She communicated with us all along the way to make sure everything went smoothly. I even left a bag in the condo after we checked out and she made sure I got it back!

We LOVE renting from this owner. She is organized, detail oriented, communicative, and SO sweet and kind. We've stayed in her units multiple times and they are always impeccably clean and well taken care of. We love the location of C203 and the convenience of the ground floor. We’ve been coming for years. We just returned last night. Since renting from Danica, we’ve not rented from anyone else. Your vacation will be just that if you rent from her.......a worry free vacation!! She’s great!!! Her units are great!!! I know if there’s ever a problem, it will be taken care of. I almost don’t want to post this because I’m selfish and don’t want everyone booking! Ha!!! I love my happy she had waiting for me!!

Totally enjoyed our month long stay in Danica's condo in Waterscape! Condo had everything I could have needed and it was perfectly clean and updated. Danica is very quick to get back to you for anything you need. Unfortunately we never met because we were always doing something! Destin is full of places to go and things to do. After I got over the guilt of leaving for a month, we settled in and I felt like it was mine! I was very sad to have to leave! I would recommend Danica and her beautiful condo to anyone who is headed to the Destin area! Oh and the grounds and common spaces at this resort are TOP NOTCH and the sand looks like snow it is so white! Thanks again Danica - everything was perfect!!

My family and I had such an amazing time at the waterscape resort at Danica's condo c203! It was so affordable and The location was so convenient to get in an out with parking and all the pools and beach! Everything was so clean and comfortable! We will be back next year and every year after that!

We had a great time! This was our second stay in the same unit. Just as last time, the unit was sparkling clean. We love the easy access to our car and pools! Letting the kids play while we grill on the pool deck is so convenient. We will definitely be back again. Oh, and that beach is the BEST we have ever seen!

We had a great time at C203! We had everything we needed and then some! Parking was great, being right outside our door in the parking garage. We loved having the beach cart and the wagon to carry our stuff to the beach and pool. We loved the floor level room that we could just walk right out to the pool from. Danica was available anytime we texted and was very accommodating when we happened to arrive earlier than expected! We hope to get to come back to Fort Walton again soon and will definitely be staying in one of Danica’s condos. Also the kids loved having a special treat waiting on them when we arrived, we had a great time!

Our stay at Danica and Dan's condo was so wonderful. We have 3 year old twin boys, and this was our first big vacation. This condo was wonderful for us and them!!! It was spacious, clean, and had all the supplies you could think of for the beach!! (make sure you reach out to her before you pack, she has a lot of stuff, such as toys, chairs, puddle jumper etc). She is a great owner and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It was nice to have the personal communication with her rather than renting through VRBO. They even had a service where groceries were delivered before we arrived, and it was so nice to walk into a fully stocked kitchen. I could go on and on about how wonderful our time was at Waterscape, but the key points are this condo is PRIME location, the owner is great, the condo is spacious and super clean, and the pools and beach are the best! You can walk out of the patio and be at the pools (yes three pools and a lazy river!) in seconds, no need to go to elevator or lug stuff down the hall. We will be returning to this particular condo within the next two years, would love to check out her other condos as well!!

This was our second vacation at Waterscape using Waterscape Rentals by Owner and it was excellent, again! Such great personal service and ease when booking and arriving. Very organized and detail oriented, with what is offered, suggestions, and how to make the most of your vacation. Waterscape is great for young children, great pools and right on the beach!

The owner was awesome to work with, she leaves nothing out!! Very good directions to everything, the condo includes everything anyone would ever need to live there!! LOL. I COULD CERTAINLY LIVE THERE!! There are plenty of cooking intensive, pots and pans!! So much for children to do and the entire area is kept very clean. Easy access to beach, pools and much more.

Just returned from our wonderful stay in C203! This is an awesome family vacation spot, the perfect mix of relaxation for the adults and play for the kids. This condo has everything you need...including any beach item you can think of from chairs/umbrella/cart/toys, to comfy beds, and NICE, quality kitchen tools/dishes/utensils! The ground level location was so convenient to the pools and beach, and parking just steps from the door can't be beat! We loved it all, and will be back!

On arrival we walked into a pleasant surprise- beach music playing, sunscreen gifts, and two monogrammed gifts for our girls. The condo was clean and decorated nicely; and was fully stocked with everything we might need (fan, kitchen utensils, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc.). The kids loved the pools! We stayed in C203; the parking was super convenient, as was the pool and beach access. The owner (Danica) was readily accessible via text. Although, you shouldn’t have many questions; because she sends you very detailed instructions, which is great! Also a nice added detail was that everything was labeled! We weren’t wandering the condo around trying to figure out which switch did what! 😊. Thanks again for a great vacay!

We are long time renters with Danica. We just stayed mostly recently May 4-11 in Waterscape C203. Per usual we arrived and were able to get into our unit early and start our vacation with a clean, comfy family friendly condo. This is our third time in c203 and it was just as expected. This time the "extras" Danica provided came in handy as we forgot swim diapers for our 2 year old on two store trips (oye!). Extra swim diapers in the closet were a huge time saver on our first 2 days there. The unit is in a great location for those who have littles because the ground floor and location are close to everything. Parking garage, zero depth pool, grills and a great area for our kids to make friends and run around in the grass. The beach is a walk but a beautiful walk! We LOVE her wagon! No complaints on that. We are booked for 2020. Highly recommend this owner and her condos at Waterscape. Over the years we've talked with other families at the pool and have NEVER run into the issues they've complained about (broken ac, no silverware, broken faucets, dirty unit, etc). You can't go wrong with Waterscape Rentals By Owner. Thank you for another amazing year Danica! We've made so many priceless memories at this place and cannot wait for our next trip.

I will never forget the moment we opened the door. The lights were on, there was a straight view to the pool, and music was playing. At that moment, I officially felt like we were on vacation. Everyone had a blast! We will definitely be back!

This was our first time staying in C203, and it was an excellent choice! Its so easy to get to, and the kids love having a yard to play in. The decor is very soothing and it is equipped with everything needed to have a great time. It is especially nice having all the beach and pool toys in the storage bin on the patio. We added a couple of nice nets to the collection... one of my kiddos caught a baby flounder! (We admired it and released it gently, of course.) Can't wait to visit again.

Another excellent stay at Waterscape! Danica's hospitality, organization and gorgeous condo continue to leave us wanting to come back for more. We actually had to cancel our trip this year due to unexpected circumstances. We where still within Danica's contract to cancel and receive our full deposit back. We have stayed at her place twice and love it. We would have LOVED to have come back this year but again life is happening. We plan to go back in the near future. I only want to do business with her because she is always professional and has a lovely condo but also fits our family needs. I don't want to go anywhere else. We stayed in C203 - parking right outside made it incredibly easy getting things into the unit. Walking right out the patio to the pool and play area was really convenient. Stayed in November and the big heated pool was lovely and super warm, plus both hot tubs were up and running. Beach was beautiful. The condo was so cute and had everything we could possibly want. Extra thank you to Danica for the adorable personalized Christmas ornament with our name monogrammed on the outside and sand and shells inside. Perfect way to remember our Thanksgiving FL trip!

Two years ago I booked a vacation with Danica at Waterscape that we had to cancel due to a 1000 year flood event in Louisiana where by children's home flooded with 6 1/2 feet of water. This year after lots of hard work getting our kids back to their newly renovated home, we took a much needed vacation and it was my pleasure to book at Waterscape with Danica once again.

My husband and I took our son, daughter-in-love and our two precious grandbabies, Ryland & Lilah, and we could not have been happier. Danica’s unit C203 was everything we hoped for and more! Not only is it the unit the most well equipped unit we have ever stayed in, it was also the most convenient for taking babies to the pools and the beach.

Very few times in life is something better in real life than the pictures and the reviews. Danica was amazing to work with and accommodated every request exceeding our expectations. We stayed in C203 with two couples and two 2 year old girls. We were steps away from the toddler area and a less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. The location was perfect for us and the condo had EVERYTHING you could need. The pools and lazy river were amazing and super well kept. We wanted for nothing other than the cooking spray we wished we had added to our SHIPT grocery delivery. The kitchen table was also a little too tall to accommodate high chairs but we ate outside most of the time, so that wasn't a big issue for us. We didn't didn't rent a car and were dropped off from the airport via Destin Airport Shuttle and Taxi (who I would also highly recommend! Very prompt and professional). We had no shortage of things to do within walking distance (putt putt golf, gulfarium, great restaurants, liquor store across the street). I think this would be the perfect place to stay for any family with kids under 12/13. But honestly, I could have enjoyed it as a couples trips or girls getaway too.... love Waterscape! Everything about staying in Danica's condo at Waterscape was PERFECT. She made our vacation go very smoothly from all of her organized directions and her fully stocked condo. We needed nothing! She had everything there for you. It's like having a vacation planner with you but not. :-)

We arrived on Sunday evening to a very nice and clean condo C203. Everything was perfect for all of the kids and grand kids. All the extras that came with it far exceed any other condo we have stayed. The beach was very good and well kept. Had a little sea weed the first couple of days, but when it cleared up the water was perfect. We were close to restaurants, shopping and fun things to do. You can't go wrong renting this condo.

We were in Ft. Walton for a softball tournament and staying at the Waterscape C203 was amazing! The condo is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need in a home away from home!! Danica has thought of everything and is wonderful to deal with! Comfortable beds and any beach gear that you could possibly need! The Waterscape property is beautiful and very well maintained! We really enjoyed the gas grills located all around the pool area! Super family friendly!! Danica stayed in touch with us during our entire stay! Southern Hospitality at its best!! We will definitely be back!!

We stayed at Waterscape C203 and it is on the first floor and the patio opened up to a beautifully landscaped yard and the kiddie pool. We have two of our grandkids with us and it was perfect for keeping them entertained. The unit is comfortable and neatly decorated and felt "homie." Dealing with Danica was a pleasure and so easy it seemed as though she dotted all the i's and crossed the t's, everything from door code to places to eat. We will be going back and I will never do a VRBO again. Thanks Danica for a great vacation!

This unit was great. We have stayed several times in Danica's units and have never had a bad experience. Everything from start to finish was great with this vacation. The condo was clean, well decorated, and great pool and beach access. Another great vacation in the books.

This was our 7th year staying at Waterscape and our first year staying in C203. Of all the units we rented this condo was by far the best. The owner's attention to detail from the very beginning helped make the entire process seamless. The unit was extremely clean and extremely convenient to both beach and parking. Again, having tested other units in a seven year period I can say this with confidence. The access to the beach as well as the toys and chairs and umbrella provided seemed to make the trip filled with surprises! The kids loved the Bible and fun decor of their rooms. The master bedroom and bath were clean and perfect for us. We will stay here again next year. Thank you for making this memory fun and easy for my family of 6!!

We have stayed in c203 and b112 and both are amazing! Danica is the epitome of southern hospitality! She’s friendly, available for questions/help, and even included a personalized gift for the kids! Her condos are decorated so well and always clean! The beds are top of the line and super comfy! The places are fully stocked with dishes, towels, linens and include a beach cart, umbrella, wagon, chairs, beach toys, and now paddle board or kayak rental!!! She’s truly thought of everything!!! This saves us so much space in the van on the way down and back!!!

We are not new to DC2 Properties. We've now had the pleasure to stay in C203 twice and C505 once. Danica is always prompt, pleasant, consistent which gives us piece of mind when renting from her! Her units are clean, well kept and offer lots of little extras that we very much appreciate. This review is for our latest stay in C203, May 2018. We arrived to find a clean condo, tunes playing (I dont know why but this is something I LOOK FORWARD TO every year, its amazing!), and super cute t-shirts made for my three boys. C203 is a gem because of its location. Easy to park, easy to walk in with all your stuff, nice grassy area for kids to get outside within parent's sight, easy to go back and forth from pool to condo and if you like to grill and eat by the baby pool, THIS IS THE CONDO YOU WANT. Sleep number beds, super fast cycle Samsung Washer (SCORE for moms), full kitchen, lots of space for our family of five, bonuses like pack n play and high chair are just some of the things we appreciate and love about her units. We would never rent from anyone else at Waterscape. We know what to expect and that in itself is worth staying with Danica. Especially when you look forward to this big trip once per year. Thank you for another great stay. Can't wait for May 2019!

We recently vacationed in Ft. Walton, Florida and stayed at Waterscape C203. If you have little ones, this condo is for you. It is clean, decorated so pretty, fully stocked with anything you may need, and very kid friendly. The patio leads out to a huge grassy area where your kids can run and play and just a few feet from the splash pad, which all four of my grandbabies loved. I would also like to mention the easiness of working with Danica, the owner. She is on point, has everything covered, and she even left gifts for the little ones. Everytime we left the condo to eat or shop, getting back to C203 was so easy. Once you park, the condo is right at your vehicle. We could not have asked for a better place than this one. If you have Littles, this condo is definitely the one to be in.

We have stayed in waterscape C203 for the past 3 years! The condo is great! The facilities are great for families and the hostess takes care of all the little details! Condo is totally equipped no need to pack a lot! There are beach toys for the kids, pack n play, hi-chair! The best is that the hostess makes special treats for the kids each year we all love the special touches! If you book one of the three condos please let her know that I recommended you! You won't be disappointed if your looking for a great place for a family vacation!!!!

Where to begin?! The unit was clean, convenient to pool, beach, and parking. It had all of the "extras" you need but don't want to pack (like a beach cart, chairs, and toys; high chair; boogie boards, kitchen appliances/dishes/pots/pans, etc.). The owner was very helpful, provided recommendations, and was always very accessible. Nothing was overlooked to make this a great, stress-free family vacation! We have already booked for next year, and can't wait to go back!

We stayed here for a week with our 1 and 4 year old and it was perfect! The condo was spotless, fully equipped with more than we needed, and was in the perfect location on the ground floor. It was super convenient for the toddler splash area, heated pool and the car (literally you almost just fall out of the door into these things), and a short, pleasant walk to the beach. We made use of the included kayak and paddle board rental, the owner was fantastic to deal with, and don't underestimate how nice the key-less entry is; not having to keep track of a key on vacation was an added luxury!

Beautiful condo and PERFECT for families with children! We had the pleasure of staying in C203 over spring break with our 3 and 5 year old children. We could open up the patio and let the kids play with other kids staying there in the nice large, grassy area steps from our sliding door. We could look directly into the gated children’s pool area from our condo. The condo itself had everything we needed and more! It was so nice that Danica supplied items that many other rental condos and homes do not-like enough trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels-to keep you going for the first few days so you don’t feel the need to drop your bags and run to the store. It was also incredibly convenient that there were kitchen items that many other places don’t have such as a blender and crock pot. Our kids loved the stash of kid-appropriate DVDs and the beach toys! The beach cart, umbrella and chairs made it so easy to not have to worry about early morning wake ups to claim decent seats from a rental company there- we could simply throw a couple chairs on like backpacks and set up shop on the beach with wonderful views right on the water. We would definitely stay here again! She books incredibly early and for good reason! Would love to stay here again!

We have stayed @ C203 for 4 years. Just love this condo. It's perfect for my husband (who needs the ground level). It's clean, well-equipped,and has everythign we need. Danica is wonderful to work with. Already bookedfor next year. ~Don and Patty, Snowbirds from New York

This was our second time renting at Waterscape and we will ABSOLUTELY be back! We loved the condo. The owner was so great to work with. She kept in touch with us the day before and day of check in to ensure that we had everything we needed. She let us know the moment the condo was available for check in, and was even able to get us in a little early. The condo was so cozy, very nicely decorated, and fully stocked. It had plenty of space for our family, and the kids loved the bunk bed room! Parking for this unit it fantastic. There are no elevators or stairs to access the condo, you just park and walk right to the door. It's practically drive through! The access to the pool area from this condo is unbeatable. You walk right out the sliding glass doors onto a furnished patio (no elevator!), and there beautiful grass lawn, perfect for the kids to play on! The pool area entrance is just a few feet away, and there is a gorgeous boardwalk that takes you right onto the beach. The owner of the condo provides all the equipment that you need for a perfect day at the beach. She even keeps pool floats and toys in the condo for guest use. We HIGHLY recommend and cannot wait to get back to this condo and resort!

I wish I could come up with a better review than the ones below, but they are all right on the money!! The condo, C203, was awesome. Danica was delightful to deal with and we look forward to next year, C505, which is already booked. The resort property is very wel kept and security is out and about all day. The workout room is very convenient. The beach is absolutely beautiful. You can’t go wrong!!!! Thanks!!

Our family stayed in C203 in December 2017. This was by far the best condo we have stayed in while at the beach. Danica was very easy to work with and kept in touch to check on us throughout our stay. The condo was beautiful and well kept. She includes all the "little" things in her condo to make you feel at home. Thank you, Danica!

We stayed at C203 for fall break and had one of the best vacations our family has ever had. This was our kids first trip to the beach and what a memorable place to be. The condo was wonderful, truly a home away from home. It was extremely clean and well cared for. The condo was stocked with everything we could have imagined, from the kitchen to the beach items. Being that we have to travel from Indiana not having to pack our own beach chairs, toys, cooler, beach cart, umbrella, etc is a blessing. We were grateful to find everything neatly stored in the condo ready for use. The condo is on the first level of the complex, with the patio walking directly out to a gassy area next to the pool. Our kids loved playing in this area and we loved the entertainment it brought them, without us wondering where they had gotten off to. They used this area while I cooked or if they were just tired of being inside. We loved the patio for lunchtime meals and evening glasses of wine. The pool area at Waterscape is phenomenal. You will never get bored with the multiple pools, lazy river, and even a heated pool when the temps are cooler. Having the beach within a very short walk just makes it so easy to enjoy. We could head out there in the mornings to stroll and then back out later to enjoy the water and play. With everything so close it was convenient to go back and forth from the beach, to the condo, and to the pool. We also really enjoyed the fact that the condo was on the first level simply because we never had to wait for an elevator. Overall we were beyond satisfied with this condo and Waterscape. We hope to book again for Fall Break next year once we get our schedule. We would recommend this condo and Waterscape to anyone.

My husband and I took our daughter, son-in-law, and three grandchildren to the beach and loved our stay at Waterscape. This resort is the most kid friendly resort we have ever stayed in and this condo was so perfect for our family.. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the beds are so comfortable. The pools and hot tub's are amazing and even the exercise room is fun! We will definitely be back. Danica is so easy to work with, too!

We would highly recommend staying at this condo. Danica was very easy to work with and supplied everything we needed for a great vacation. This condo is perfect. Very short walk to the beach and the kids enjoyed playing in the grass right outside our door. Waterscape is a very family-friendly Resort. Everything we needed was already in the condo when we arrived including a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and accessories for the pool. This condo was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The parking was very convenient for bringing in luggage and groceries. I searched for a long time for the perfect condo for our vacation. I was not disappointed. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

This was our first trip to Waterscape and we couldn't have asked for a better location! Danica made the entire process, from beginning to end, so easy and stress free. We are so grateful to have found her as an owner- she is wonderful and truly goes the extra mile to make certain that you have an amazing vacation. All of her condos are absolutely beautiful, truly a home away from home. I especially loved not having to pack our beach chairs & wagon, knowing that all that was there for our use certainly saved on packing! This condo was amazing in every way! It was obvious the owner was hands-on and managed each and every small detail. I have never stayed in a condo that had everything I needed for the beach until I stayed in this one. I did not have to pack beach chairs, umbrella, floats, or sand toys! It made packing and traveling a breeze. The kitchen was also well stocked. The condo was very clean and comfortable. There were also lots of family games provided for everyone. When you stay in this condo, you literally just have to pack your clothes and go!  When we opened the door to the condo, beach music was playing! We knew we had arrived to our best beach vacation EVER!

We have stayed at other condos, but have never been overly impressed. I searched high and low- I think I have read every review on every condo in Florida!! THIS is it. Your search is over. The owner of this condo goes above and beyond to take care of every detail. She genuinely cares about your vacation experience! The condo is stocked, far beyond expectations. From the moment we arrived and realized how close our car was parked to the front door, it was such a relief. No big deal unloading the car. No big deal bringing in groceries. When you open the door, the vacation music has already begun. She even left a little gift for our kids! NO ONE else cares enough to do that! I am a clean freak- let me tell you-our condo was VERY clean. No complaints- and I can usually find something... The beach cart was so helpful. Beach- beautiful! Pools- fantastic and clean! We got to choose where we wanted to be, which I loved that. Bottom line, you have found your next vacation spot. Totally worth every penny.

We are completely satisfied with the condo and waterscape resort. This was our second year and have already planned our 2018 trip. The owners are very professional, straight forward and easy to work with. My kids seemed comfortable to be back to a place that was familiar. It made the transition from the long drive easier on them. I live for convenience now that we have 2 small children so I love that our condo is steps away from the upper splash pad and the parking is so close and enclosed. Its wonderful to be on lower level with a yard for the kids to play. Condo is very family friendly and always clean. Right now there is no other place we want to stay. This works for our family.

My family of 6 are fresh off a week long vacation at this condo! Awesome weather- mid & high 80's everyday Woohooo!!! We have a 5yr. old & 3yr. old & it was perfect for everyone. This condo is on the ground floor, well stocked, walks out to yard - & very close to kid pool. Four very handy beach chairs & other beach accessories come stocked in closet & in patio deck box. This unit is very close to parking lot , which is a good thing... think groceries .... & luggage ! This is our second trip to Waterscape but first W/ Danica. She is great to work with, responds quickly & puts a personal touch on the entire experience. We will keep this property in our Favorites 4-sure!!!!

This was our second trip to Waterscape in Fort Walton but our first trip staying in C203 and we loved it! Danica has every detail covered, the condo was beautiful and felt like home. My sons loved their personalized cups and sand buckets that were left for them and we loved our care free stay. We enjoyed our trip so much we booked our next stay before the week was half over.

This was our first time in Fort Walton and we loved our condo! The owner had everything detail in place before we got there and was very easy to contact. The condo felt like home and we loved that it had a pack and play and high chair for our little one. It saved so much when traveling. There were plenty of supplies, beach toys, kitchen tools, and even flashlights for searching on the beach at night! I felt like the condo was very clean and would rent again in a heartbeat! Thank you for making our vacation the best!! The personal touches were so thoughtful... I can tell the owner cares for her renters and loves what she does! We will be back!!!
 

We loved this unit!! The bunk room was so cute and our girls just loved it. The second bedroom was perfect for our little dude. We slid pool noodles under fitted mattress and didn't worry about him rolling off. The kitchen was clean and everything we needed was there. The location was amazing for families with small kids. We would walk out and let them run around and blow bubbles off the patio. Perfect walking distance to the pools. And the parking was amazing! It's right there!!!

I have never left a review for a rental or a hotel. But this time I really felt that I needed to. Danica was amazing the entire time, from the starting process, to check-in, to the time we left! She went out of her way to leave our kids a personalized gift! When we arrived at the condo, the unit was refreshingly cool, Jimmy Buffet music was playing, and everything was ready for us to enjoy our week. I had the pleasure to meet Danica on the beach, and she was a delight!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful, and well kept condo with my family. I don't know when we will be back, but we WILL be back sometime in the future! My kids even requested that we get the EXACT same condo next time we visit. Oh, and if you haven't visited this area before, you must walk across the street to dinner at the Old Bay Steamer. It's a must!

I'm not normally a person that writes reviews but I found the reviews very helpful when selecting this C203 so I wanted to contribute. Our group was two families of four and we had adequate space for all. Danica did a great job setting her units up for vacationers. Everything was clearly labeled and explained prior to our arrival. The unit was well keep and up to date with the amenities. We have rented several VRBO's in the past but I felt like Danica spent extra time in the details to make sure everything was perfect for our trip. I have already recommended her units to family and friends and would also recommend to anyone reading this.

We had a wonderful time at the the condo. Danica has thought of everything - she is definitely the hostess with the mostest!! The beds are super comfy and being on the ground floor was super convenient! In addition to the location of the condo to the parking space - easy to load / unload groceries and the many things we brought with us! There is nothing that I could be critical of..... Thank you, Danica!!

We were greeted by fun beach music playing, monogrammed t-shirts for my girls, and a spotless condo. The bunk room was a big hit too! The decor in the unit is so cute and thoughtful. Danica has certainly paid attention to every detail. The keyless entry is a huge convenience and this particular unit opens to the grass which is fun for the kids to be outside while we were making dinner. And the beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart were AWESOME! !!! From start to finish , Danica was very easy to work with. She was nearly immediately responsive to all of our questions, and enthusiastic about her recommendations of the area. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer! We would not hesitate to rent any unit from Danica again! First class for families! :)

C203 was an ideal place to stay. Just feet from pool and the condo had all the essentials you need: stereo for music, beach chairs/ caddie, games and downtime videos.. The Condo place had daily activities for younger kids: movies, sand art. For older kids our girls had no problems getting a volleyball game going at beach or talking the local fisherman into reeling in his catch- a tarpon. The area had wonderful beaches checkout ones between destin and oskaloosa , great local dining: crabshack, AJ and floyds. Overall we will be back and c203 it will be next time. We hadn’t been to the Destin/Fort Walton/Okaloosa Island area in more than 15 years. We usually vacation at other beaches, but decided to try something new this year. This was our first stay at Waterscape and it was perfect for us! We had two kids with us--a four year old and six year old. If you have children, this is the place you want to stay! The kids activities they offer through the week, some of them are even free, are second to none! The pools and splash pads were so awesome that our kids preferred to be there, instead of the beach. And we have a pool at home! Danica was a pleasure to work with. What I appreciated the most about her was her super fast responses to email and texts. I’m like that too, so I appreciate the same. The condo was very clean, well-stocked, and met our every need. We used a lot of the kitchen items and also the outdoor resort grill to cook. I can’t think of one thing I would change!

Absolutely wonderful! We stayed in C203. We needed something in a hurry as the other place we booked had some unexpected issues. Boy was that a blessing, and an upgrade! Everything was perfect. Danica thinks of all the details, from the moment we walked in the door and the beach music was already playing we knew we were home. My only regret was picking so much, she had everything we needed already there!
