Waterscape A206 - Family Paradise Resort, Fort Walton Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

You over-look the lazy river and a little to your right is another pool & Tiki Hut with snacks, food, alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks. Secure your beach chairs as soon as you get there- they’ll put your room number on the chairs. The room does have a hair dryer, and Keurig. You get 2 hand towels, dish sponge, small dish soap, 2 dishwasher tabs, big trash refills. Very spacious! Great Location & Balcony.

Very satisfied with location! Pools are fantastic getting to the ocean was easy and all the elevators easily accessible! The shower head in our condo was broke (it was a Sunday evening) and they were out to fix it within an hour they were right on it ;) I’m a hard one to please and I was pleased! Your family will love the place. Oh and parking was perfect. They have so many carts to use to unload and load always readily available even for groceries. The Weber grills are cleaned very clean every day and lots of them. We will return!

Everything was as described and more, better Gulf view than expected, the pics didn’t do it justice!! Awesome family fun for the little ones, and nearby adult venues available as well! And since it was vacant the night before we were able to check in early with no issues!

The picture displayed on their website is exactly what you see every day. The beauty is amazing! Each morning, we had our coffee out on the patio watching the ocean. So peaceful. The condo was beautiful, clean, and very accommodating (cooking, towels, access to the beach/pool). And the grounds were cleaned every morning before the day began. I've rented homes/condos many times and this condo was true to its description. I will comment that we had an issue upon arrival (which was completely my fault) and the owner/manager responded immediately to resolve my problem. I certainly didn't get that kind of quick response from other rentals! I would highly recommend this rental in this resort. It is a paradise!

We stayed at Waterscapes A206 this past winter. This was our third stay at Waterscapes, and by far our favorite condo. The location is perfect, overlooking the lazy river and yet a pretty angled view of the Gulf of Mexico. The Waterscapes property in general is very nice with the palm trees and zero entry pools, rock grotto waterfall, well kept sidewalks and gates. Unit A206 is nicely decorated and has good polywood furniture in the balcony. The unit is a short walk to the beach, and also to the street where you can find a restaurant/bar, ice cream/mini golf, Stewby's Seafood Shanty, and a gas station/minimart for provisions. We will definitely stay at Waterscapes and Unit A206 again!

Waterscape is the best property on the Emerald Coast in my opinion. The owner and Legacy were super easy to deal with and made the reservation, arrival and checkout process easy and flawless. Will definitely rent again.

From the moment we arrived we were so excited about our place at Waterscape. The property is well maintained and beautiful. The view from our balcony was amazing, overlooking the lazy river but able to see over the gulf as well. The condo was clean and well stocked with all the essentials. We’ve stayed on Okaloosa Island a dozen times, but this was the first at Waterscape. We’ve already booked for the same unit in 2024. The owners and management are wonderful people and we highly recommend them. Definitely our happy place.

We booked 6 different condos the same week between our different family members and the location and site didn’t disappoint.
We did the same thing last year and plan on it again next year.

A206 was a great condo! I have been to Destin every year the past 15 years and this is by far the best condo I have stayed in! The host was very responsive and very fast at getting things done! Check in was the easiest I have ever experienced and the resort and amenities were great! The view was also amazing. There definitely aren’t any bad things to say about this condo and host! Everyone had a great time and we will definitely be booking with them again!

We usually miss our bed at home, but this place was so comfortable! The bed was amazing, the bathrooms were large enough for a family of 4 in each one, and we loved our trip overall.

This is a very family friendly location.

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 4. Waterscape was the perfect location for my 2 and 5 year old. This unit was beautifully furnished and very clean. There was more than enough room for us! We can't wait to return.

We were lucky enough to book this unit super last minute for our family of four. The owners made booking very easy and were highly responsive. We had perfect views of the ocean and pools. The pictures don’t do the unit justice and felt even larger and spacious in person. We were in the perfect location within the building - quick access to the stairs down to the lazy river/beach or a quick walk to the upper pool area. The splash pad was so cute and offered hours of enjoyment for our three year old. My only constructive feedback would be the lack of rugs - the hard tile floor was hard on my crawling baby’s knees but we worked around it by putting towels down. We’ve already passed the information along to family and friends and hope to come back ourselves!

And, yes, we know hard floors can be a challenge for crawlers. We just worry about tripping hazards with throw rugs and so we err on the side of caution. Words can’t describe how relaxed we were and how we enjoyed the amazing view of the pool and the ocean. It was literally beautiful and better than we could have imagined!
