This place met all of our needs and the location and view out our patio was amazing. Close to good places to eat, shops and grocery store. Liked the "family" atmosphere of the place. Was clean and very comfortable.

The ocean view was amazing! Having the heated pool was nice.

We had a lovely time here. It was one of our favorite condos we have been to and would absolutely rent again if we return to the area. The views from the patio are great. The condo is very clean, beds/pillows are very comfortable. It was really nice to have beach chairs/toys available to borrow. Our kids loved the huge bathtubs. Waterscape is very clean. The beach is close and the pools are wonderful. It would be nice if they heated all of the pools in the cooler months.

The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the owners were available to answer any questions, in a timely manner. The beach and pool access were very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Arrived to property and was described very accurately. Very nice upon arrival and met our expectations! Property has everything you could want and was in the immediate area of everything! Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful vacation! The condo was perfect and so clean. Check in could not have been easier. We were on the second floor and taking the stairs was a breeze. When we did take the elevators checking in and out they were a breeze also. Our grandchildren loved the pools. Our view of the ocean from the balcony was perfect. This was a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be back again.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay! Everything was exactly as we expected from the pictures and descriptions. Communication from the booking, preparing/packing and the actual stay were easy and super helpful! And the property as a whole was our favorite we've ever stayed at! From the family friendly pools and actives, to the ideal location, we were 100% happy with our stay! We'll definitely be back!

Weather was terrible this week but the condo was excellent. It was clean, big, comfortable and very well set up. We will def be back.

We had an amazing trip with our son! The condo was beautiful and had wonderful ocean and pool views. We came down for a baseball tournament for our 9 year old and several of the team families stayed at Waterscape. The on-site Tiki Hut, pools, and hot tubs were all fantastic! Our condo had everything we needed and lots of information beforehand so that we knew what to expect. Beds slept great and the location was just perfect! Will definitely consider this place again!

Great view! Perfect condo for the beach! I would highly recommend this place. It’s so convenient for children especially! Love that they provided beach chairs and a beach wagon too! That helped tremendously!

This condo is perfect. There’s a clear view to the beach and the ocean from each room, so you can see dolphins in the mornings, ocean waves during the day, and sunsets in the evenings. The location is also perfect - easy access to the pools and the beach, and it conveniently is equipped with 4 chairs, beach toys, an umbrella, and a cart that’s easy to drive on the sand. We loved our stay!

Our family had a wonderful spring break at Waterscape A202! The condo was well equipped with everything that we needed. Chris and Kendra were prompt when answering questions! Great experience and would definitely stay again!

Our family had a great stay at A202! Very spacious and clean condo. Easy access to the pool area and beach. Kendra was very helpful and quick to respond to questions prior to us booking. Would most definitely come back and stay at A202 again!

This Waterscape condo rental was perfect in every way. Very clean, spacious, close to pool activities, parking was easy, great communication with owner and very relaxing for the holiday week. Our family had a great time in warmer weather (visiting from Ohio). The hot tub and heated pool were the spot to be. Restaurants are close by and was very easy for us to navigate around the area. We definitely want to visit again!

We ended up adding 2 days to our trip due to hurricane Ida keeping us inside in other unit. Kendra was speedy in her response and got us in early to transfer all our belongings beforewe had to be out of our other unit. We LOVED the unit and all the extras inside. The waterpark is so fun for the kids and even us adults. A202 provides a beautiful view of the Gulf! We enjoyed the deck at night after the kids went to sleep. The extra beach chairs, cart, and toys were so fun. Head over to the pier, it's a nice walk on the beach. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, we'll be back for sure.

Our stay in A202 just ended and we can’t wait to visit again. The unit was updated and had everything our family of five needed, including plenty of space. The views are amazing and it was so nice to watch the sunset over the gulf from the balcony. The WiFi was fast, there were TVs in each bedroom including by the bunk beds and the dining area was perfect for meals in. The decor was perfectly beach-y and the furniture was really nice but also so comfy. There was plenty of storage for all of our stuff including two large closets and plenty of dresser space. The overall resort is awesome for kids and even though it was chilly for most of our stay the heated pool was perfect. The on-site gym is well equipped and the parking was ample when we visited. We took advantage of the location too - Destin is only ten minutes away and Okaloosa Island had so much going on too. We watched the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the beach in front of the unit and it was so nice to not even need a vehicle. I do recommend bringing laundry detergent to make use of the washer and dryer in the unit. Everything else was pretty well stocked for our week stay. Kendra (the property owner) checked on us before and after arrival and was available for anything we needed. Overall it was a perfect winter break at a great location.

My wife and I stayed a few nights at this great condo. It was very clean, had all the accommodations we needed and had a great view of the ocean. The manager Kendra was on top of everything. We will most certainly stay here again when we pass through and I suggest anyone who is in the area for a stay do the same. Cheers Ron

We had the most amazing time at this condo. When we first arrived it was immaculate in there and very nicely decorated. The owner was very attentive and pleasant to talk to when we needed something. The view of this particular one was what made the place wonderful being able to look over at the ocean was very serene. The pool and lazy river stay open late which made it so we were able to watch the sunset on the beach and then walk over to the lazy river and finish our day there after an activity filled day. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!

WE loved staying at Waterscape... the location is perfect for beach, shopping and restaurants. The overall facility is beautiful and clean, the pool was heated, in December... they have 3 hot tubs, also so nice.

The unit we stayed in is brand new, beds comfortable, kitchen and decorations awesome, but the VIEW was beyond anything we imagined. Sunsets from the couch or super large patio, made for some great memories. I highly recommend this unit and working with the property owner, Kendra and Chris. Love it all.
