My group had the best time at Waterscape, and Danica is awesome to work with. So quick to respond, and she has great recommendations for just about anything you want to do. Can't wait to rent from her again!

We had the best time! Unit B314 was so cute, cozy and so welcoming! We loved walking into the welcome music and clean space! It was the best set up! Danica was awesome to communicate with and is a wonderful host!

We have stayed in several of Danica's properties and, once again, this one did not disappoint. We took time over the Fourth of July this summer and the resort was filled with activities to choose from, or we could just relax on the beach. Even though rain was predicted, the weather was beautiful and you can't beat an Emerald Coast sunset. Don't second guess yourself, make the reservation!

Amazing communication! Thank you Danica... priceless!! The place was mostly well kept, the room was perfect for 2 families (8 people). No negative comments about the condo or Danica. Lots of close convenient stores, groceries, excursions. Only negative thing to mention is the June grass, which obviously they cannot control. Evidently it is an annual event that causes seaweed and algae to invade the beach waters. We fought through it because everything else that could be controlled was awesome. We would go back if it were July or later in a heartbeat, but would avoid June for this reason.

We just returned home from our wonderful vacation! We stayed in B314 at Waterscape and booked through Danica. The condo was beautiful, roomy and we had a great view of the pools at Waterscape, and a view of the ocean even. Danica thinks of everything and the condo had everything we needed. The process was very easy booking through Danica and I highly recommend her. Thank you Danica for helping us have such a great vacation, and making wonderful memories! We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

We loved this updated and clean condo. The easy access to the elevator and comfortable furniture was a plus. The kitchen was soo nice with the beautiful bar and white cabinets. The patio furniture was comfortable. The only negative is it's further back which doesn't provide a great beach view. The pool waterfall sound is relaxing.

We had the BEST experience renting from Danica. B314 was a gorgeous unit with everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable. The provided beach chair/umbrella service plus additional chairs in the room were very convenient and nice to have. She even had beach toys to use. Waterscape pools are so fun for the kiddos. The location of waterscape is unbeatable, walking distance to many restaurants and super close to the grocery. We will definitely be back.

Great unit, well stocked, very clean. Danica puts a lot of thought and effort into making the unit easy to use. There are instructions and labels everywhere which were very helpful. Danica is very responsive and helpful if you need anything. Waterscape itself is very well managed and is a great family vacation. We barely left to explore Destin because our kids were so happy with the beach and pool.

Waterscape and Danica were great! This was our first time at WS and we loved it. The unit was very clean and well stocked with the basics you would need on vacation! We even had a personalized beach bag waiting for us upon arrival, compliments of Danica. Very thoughtful and very cute! I’ve never had a host do something like that. Very appreciated! Our kids loved the pools and hung out there every day. My husband I enjoyed the beach most days. Having the complimentary beach chair service was awesome! The only cons were the hot tub and the lazy river. There are two hot tubs on site. Both were always overcrowded with kids. It would be nice if they had an adults-only one. And the lazy river was out of commission while we were there. We will definitely be back to Waterscape! It’s the perfect vacation spot for families with kids!

My husband booked this condo. At first I was disappointed that we weren't ON the beach like past vacations, but the view from this condo is breathtaking! I loved how the condo has both pool & beach views! It's like a tropical island with the beautiful palms trees. If you are like us and have teens that love the pool & hot tub, it is the perfect place for you and your family. Being able to check on them from the condo was Awesome! We were close to everything including pool areas, hot tubs, & gym. The condo had everything we needed! It saved us a ton of room in our car not having to bring extra things like a high chair, beach wagon, beach chairs, a cooler etc.. My favorite thing was walking in the condo & hearing the beach themed music playing. Everything was nice, clean, & in working order. We had a choice of a kayak or paddle board every day, plus beach chairs & umbrella. The owner was a call/text away if we needed her. I can't wait to come back!!

Danica is awesome.to work with, she was very responsive and helpful. The condo was very updated, clean and everything was in great working order. The pool area was great and we were thankful one of the pools was heated and there were 2 hot tubs since we were there in late November. The resort is right on the beach so easy access to the ocean. Many stores and restaurants very close as well. We will definitely be back. Great accommodations and you couldn't find anyone any better to work with than Danica.

I would highly recommend renting this condo! It’s perfect for small children as my son loved the shark themed bunk room! The 2 master bedrooms and bathrooms are quite spacious. It’s even got a third bathroom perfect for the little ones. We were very comfortable. The amenities are perfect for families. My son had a blast in the lazy river, cave, heated pool, and obstacle course inside the pool. We loved the multiple hot tubs! It's super convenient to the beach. We will definitely be back!

We booked a last minute stay in condo B314. The condo was very nice and Danica was so pleasant to work with. My son absolutely loved the bunk room! The condo came with all the beach toys and floaties you need! We will definitely stay here again.

This condo was super cute, down to the last touch of having cute Tommy Hilfiger towels! Sometimes, when I stay in a condo, it seems dirty. This one... so clean and so cute; very well kept. My sleep number bed was amazing! And it had softsoap pumps at every sink!! (The small things that matter!!) But the BEST thing about our experience was the amazing communication with the Danica, the manager. She was available at all hours, ALL the time. I just had to shoot her a text. I have never been able to directly communicate with the owner/manager like that. I checked in last minute and she was amazing! Highly recommend this condo!!❤️

We had a great experience! Condo was beautiful and had beautiful views! Danica was amazing! We had a blast at crab island! We can't wait to be back next year!!

Waterscape has everything you could want or need and Danica makes it even better!!! Multiple pools to choose from, lazy river, beautiful beach views, tropical landscapes with waterfalls is everything you could want for a beach vacation and all you have to do is walk out the door to those things. Danica thinks of everything and other than your beach towel and swimsuit there is no need to pack anything else. Can't wait to book our next trip back here!

Waterscape was a perfect resort for our large family of seven. Our kids- varying in age from 13 to 5- all had so much fun and had lots to do. The Lazy River was a family favorite, and we spent hours on the tubes and swimming. The heated pool was also a surprise bonus for early morning and late night swims. Definitely family friendly, and we felt comfortable enough letting our older kids come and go to the condo together, especially because our balcony (B314) was right by the pools. Danica is a great resource and manager--we had no problems at all with our unit and always knew she was a text away with helpful information. We hope to be back soon (after we recover and forget the smells from our 13 hour car trip).

With three kids (ages 2, 5 & 8) this was the perfect place for us. The different pools and access to the beach were perfect. Danica really cares about her properties and her guests. You can't go wrong with this place.

Waterscape never disappoints! So much for the whole family to enjoy. Our condo, B314, was clean, well-stocked, and had beach music playing on the iPod when we got there. The beds are the most comfortable and the view of the pool was AMAZING. We will be back, and will certainly rent from Rentwaterscape.com AGAIN!

Everything at our stay at Waterscape was amazing! Danica is so helpful, organized, prompt, and super sweet! She definitely has the customer in mind and thinks of every detail to make their stay as easy as possible. The unit (B314) was decorated beautifully, had every convenience we’d ever need , and was so comfortable and CLEAN. We’ve been to FWB/Destin several times, but this was our first time at Waterscape- we won’t stay anywhere else now!

This has by far been the best vacation my family and I have taken together. Danica makes everything super easy and stress free. Her condo B314 was stoked with everything we needed plus more. She provides a pack n play and a high hair, which made vacationing so much easier for this mama! Her kitchen is fully stoked with any and all utensils you could possibly need. The view from the balcony is nothing less than gorgeous. We had a perfect view of all pools, and even a great glimpse of the beach. I loved this because I was able to watch my three old and husband spend one on one time together at the pool, while I wa sin the condo with my one year old while she was napping. These condos are also SOOOO spacious. There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the condo itself. Danica is the best owner I have ever dealt with, and we will be back very soon.

This was our first, far away trip (16 hours) with our three kiddos (2, 5 & 8). I wasn’t sure what to expect but was super excited about the family-friendly atmosphere. Danica and Room B314 did not disappoint! Danica answered all my crazy questions and made sure our stay was amazing! Love her personal grocery shoppers, fully stocked condos & really everything about Waterscape...Variety of pool options were awesome, Restaurants within walking distance was great and to have a gorgeous white sandy beach incredibly close was even better! It was a fantastic experience where my kids made incredible memories all week to last a lifetime!! We will definitely be back!!

We had the fortune of being an extended stay in Unit B314. This unit was immaculate. It had everything we needed and more. Everything was very well decorated and VERY Organized. From the moment we arrived we felt loved and cared for! Danica took great care of us and was immediate in action if we ever needed anything. This was our second time to rent from Danica and it was wonderful. My family and I love Destin and Waterscape Resort. Danica adds a lot of personal touches that we never expected. The condos are beautiful and spacious, the resort is immaculate. There's so much to do on the property that you don't have to spend all the vacation time driving around looking for activities. The beach is absolutely the cleanest beach I've ever been on and that means a lot to me. We already consider Danica our "go- to" beach vacation lady. Destin is our new beach vacation because of the clean family atmosphere.  We already can't wait until next year!

Our family stayed in B314 over fall break. We had a great experience! It was perfect for our family of five plus a grandmother. We had a beautiful view of the pool and could see the ocean, also. The unit was very clean and the sleep number bed was amazing for our backs after playing with three little ones all day. This unit was very convenient to the parking garage and trash chute (always a plus with kids). The main doors to the patio are tinted, so it drastically reduces the glare of the sun. It was also QUIET and seems sound proofed for when our kids needed to rest and sleep. There's also access to the patio from both bedrooms. Overall, experience was excellent and our kids are already begging to come back!!

We had a wonderful trip staying in B314! At the last minute hurricane Sally messed up our normally scheduled vacation to Orange Beach. I saw Danica’s post on Facebook where she was helping people out by matching their rates and offering what dates she still had available. She saved the day! We had a great time and the kids loved all of the pool activities! This was our first time at Fort Walton Beach and is our new favorite!

We stayed at this property over July 4 and it was GREAT.  The unit was clean and well stocked.  The location in the resort was easy to get to.  The view overlooking the pools was fun and the sounds very relaxing.  This resort:  ANOTHER LEVEL!  Amazing.  There is so much to do!!!  The beach chairs provided were extra nice.  We will definitely return here in the future.  Fabulous family vacation!!

From start to finish, this trip was what you want in a beach vacation. We have 3 children so it was not easy to find a spot quite like Waterscape that was so accommodating to the little ones. Plenty to keep the family entertained. It's very easy to get to the pool and the beach, and the sand is just perfect! Lots to do nearby too! That speaks to the location. But as for Danica, she is absolutely somebody you want to work with. Very prompt with her responses, knowledgeable of the surroundings, and takes great care of her properties. Would highly recommend her and Waterscape!

We just spent a week at Waterscape. Danica’s place was so clean and so comfy for our family of 7! She even made our kids personalized sand buckets! We had everything we needed to just play all week at the pools and beach. We will definitely be back!
