We rent from Danica every year! She makes it so simple!! This is our family vacation every summer!

This location was great for my family. We had my 3 year old grandson and he loved the splash pad. This condo has everything you need for a great vacation we will be back for sure.

This was our second time staying at Waterscape & it was amazing as usual! Danica is the absolute best host & we’ve been staying on the Emerald Coast for 30 years! Room is always extremely clean & all the extra perks & personal touches we get are great!! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Very happy with our trip. Waterscape is everything a family could want/need for a Florida vacation. Beach setup was perfect and pool variety was elite. The condo itself was very comfortable and convenient. All in all, couldn't have had a more perfect trip.

Danica, is the best host to rent from. Her places are clean, beautifully decorated and she goes out of her way with special surprises you can take home. It’s great for families with small children or for older adults that just want to relax. She supples a wagon or cart to help carry your stuff to the pool or beach. At the beach you also get a table !! We love it here. ❤️❤️

Loved the clean rooms and liked that they had coolers, chairs, and umbrella so we didn't have to go purchase those items.

This is our second year staying at Waterscape. The units were clean, and the kitchens had everything we needed. The waffle makers were awesome! The facility is perfect for all ages. The little person touches made our stay perfect. Danica is wonderful to work with.

Visited waterscape 6/24-6/28/23. Everything was wonderful! The condo was perfect!! Perfect location near the waterfall. Beds were very comfortable. No complaints! Wish we were closer so we could return more often!!

What a great choice for families with children! The pool area is so entertaining - lazy river, fountains, hot tubs, lily pad rope course There are scheduled activities for kids on most days. Many entertainment locations are a short drive away. Use of two beach chairs and an umbrella were included with the rental, and they were set up on the beach for us every day. The condo was well stocked with all the equipment we needed for a weeklong stay. Sleep Number mattresses were an appreciated bonus. We had a fantastic time!

Perfect Vacation for the Family! Danica is an amazing host. Waterscape is a clean, well equipped, family friendly True Resort which in itself was great. The stay, however, is made by the service and completely stocked condo provided by Danica and Team. We had all we needed for 7 of us. Chairs for the beach, fully equipped kitchen, super clean, AC when needed. We grilled by the pool, played Spike ball, jet skiied, hot tubbed - the works; then all crashed in a comfortable bed at night. Thanks a million Danica! Highly recommend Destin, Waterscape with Danica! We will be back!

Danica takes pride in her condos. Down to every last detail- leaving hand soap, laundry pods, dish soap, fan, beach chairs and toys, regular coffee pot and a keurig, etc- most importantly her condos are very CLEAN. The beds are comfy! Just a very cute and nice condo all around. And she is one call away with any problems or questions.

We rented unit B314 from Danica! The stay was nothing short of amazing. My family stays in Destin just about every single year, and Danica has by far been the best person to rent from. She works very hard to accommodate you in any way. For example she text me the night before to see when we would be arriving and she made certain to get us into our condo SUPER early! She also monogramed and personalized 2 beach bags for my nieces. She truly is a hardworking person and you can tell she LOVES what she does for a living. When you rent from her it feels like you’re going to stay at your aunts house and she’s gonna make sure she takes care of you and you have a good time!

We stayed at Waterscape last week in one of Danica's condos and had the best time! The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. The beaches are gorgeous, and the facilities offer so much. Our kids enjoyed the many options to swim and the convenience of the beach. I highly recommend!

B314 was the perfect location to get away and unwind. Walking distance from the pools, gym, restaurants, and the beach! The unit was immaculate with everything you could ever need! It was so nice to not have to pack your entire house of belongings. Just bring clothes (hangers for hanging stuff), food you want to cook....great on-site gas grills as well. Danica's attention to details leaves you the time to just relax and enjoy your stay.

We had a great vacation. Our condo was on the third floor close to elevator. We just hopped on went one floor down and we were at the heated pool. When we weren't at the beach we were at the pool. Can't wait to go back!

We stayed in B314. From the time we walked in the door it felt like home. The beach music playing as we walked in was great! The condo was immaculate!! We moved the loveseat back to play the Wii & it was spotless underneath! Kudos to your cleaning staff!! The kids enjoyed swimming in the heated pool & being able to watch the pool side movie from our balcony. I definitely recommend staying in one of Danica's condo!!

We had such a great stay in unit B314. We have a 2 and 4 year old. The location was just perfect. You are perched just over the waterfall and the warm pool. Easy access to elevators and trash shoot. This updated unit was clean and the decor was super cute. Danica is so professional and accommodating.

This was our second stay with Danica at waterscape and she never disappoints. Everything was perfect. If you're on the fence about a trip to one of her condos or this resort, just do it. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed at Waterscape this past week and it was absolutely gorgeous!! Danica was so awesome about working with us, provided very thorough information about all kinds of activities and was extremely professional/passionate about her job!! The heated pools, hot tubs, lazy river and splash pads were so much fun for us and our children. It’s super convenient to be able to walk right across from the pools to the beach where we already had a table and chairs set up for us daily! The condo was EXTREMELY nicely decorated, completely stocked and even came with extra toys for the kids! Also, we loved the grills all around the pools and utilized them daily. Security and staff were all very courteous and we can’t wait to come back next year!! ❤️❤️❤️

We had the best time!! From all the extra things included that we didn't have to pack, to the moment we walked in with the little detail of music and gifts for our son until we left, everything was perfect! We will 100% be back next year! Thank you Danica for a superb experience!

We had a great trip! Danicas waterscape resort was super clean and had all kinds of extras that made our vcay easy! Her rental had extra beach chairs, a wagon and a sand cart! She also had coolers and beach toys! She thought of everything!

We just left from our family vacation and fell in LOVE with Waterscape! We rented 2 units- B314 and B203. Danicas units were not only pristine, but also well decorated, and made you feel at home! All the kids loved the pool floats, and sand toys that were available to play with during our stay. And the mommas loved the wagons that were available for us to use to carry kids, and their gear! We look forward to returning next year.

We had the best time! Unit B314 was so cute, cozy and so welcoming! We loved walking into the welcome music and clean space! It was the best set up! Danica was awesome to communicate with and is a wonderful host!

We have stayed in several of Danica's properties and, once again, this one did not disappoint. We took time over the Fourth of July this summer and the resort was filled with activities to choose from, or we could just relax on the beach. Even though rain was predicted, the weather was beautiful and you can't beat an Emerald Coast sunset. Don't second guess yourself, make the reservation!

Amazing communication! Thank you Danica... priceless!! The place was mostly well kept, the room was perfect for 2 families (8 people). No negative comments about the condo or Danica. Lots of close convenient stores, groceries, excursions. Only negative thing to mention is the June grass, which obviously they cannot control. Evidently it is an annual event that causes seaweed and algae to invade the beach waters. We fought through it because everything else that could be controlled was awesome. We would go back if it were July or later in a heartbeat, but would avoid June for this reason.

We just returned home from our wonderful vacation! We stayed in B314 at Waterscape and booked through Danica. The condo was beautiful, roomy and we had a great view of the pools at Waterscape, and a view of the ocean even. Danica thinks of everything and the condo had everything we needed. The process was very easy booking through Danica and I highly recommend her. Thank you Danica for helping us have such a great vacation, and making wonderful memories! We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

Had a great family birthday weekend in this unit. Clean with many extras.

We loved this updated and clean condo. The easy access to the elevator and comfortable furniture was a plus. The kitchen was soo nice with the beautiful bar and white cabinets. The patio furniture was comfortable. The only negative is it's further back which doesn't provide a great beach view. The pool waterfall sound is relaxing.

We had the BEST experience renting from Danica. B314 was a gorgeous unit with everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable. The provided beach chair/umbrella service plus additional chairs in the room were very convenient and nice to have. She even had beach toys to use. Waterscape pools are so fun for the kiddos. The location of waterscape is unbeatable, walking distance to many restaurants and super close to the grocery. We will definitely be back.

Great unit, well stocked, very clean. Danica puts a lot of thought and effort into making the unit easy to use. There are instructions and labels everywhere which were very helpful. Danica is very responsive and helpful if you need anything. Waterscape itself is very well managed and is a great family vacation. We barely left to explore Destin because our kids were so happy with the beach and pool.

Waterscape and Danica were great! This was our first time at WS and we loved it. The unit was very clean and well stocked with the basics you would need on vacation! We even had a personalized beach bag waiting for us upon arrival, compliments of Danica. Very thoughtful and very cute! I’ve never had a host do something like that. Very appreciated! Our kids loved the pools and hung out there every day. My husband I enjoyed the beach most days. Having the complimentary beach chair service was awesome! The only cons were the hot tub and the lazy river. There are two hot tubs on site. Both were always overcrowded with kids. It would be nice if they had an adults-only one. And the lazy river was out of commission while we were there. We will definitely be back to Waterscape! It’s the perfect vacation spot for families with kids!

My husband booked this condo. At first I was disappointed that we weren't ON the beach like past vacations, but the view from this condo is breathtaking! I loved how the condo has both pool & beach views! It's like a tropical island with the beautiful palms trees. If you are like us and have teens that love the pool & hot tub, it is the perfect place for you and your family. Being able to check on them from the condo was Awesome! We were close to everything including pool areas, hot tubs, & gym. The condo had everything we needed! It saved us a ton of room in our car not having to bring extra things like a high chair, beach wagon, beach chairs, a cooler etc.. My favorite thing was walking in the condo & hearing the beach themed music playing. Everything was nice, clean, & in working order. We had a choice of a kayak or paddle board every day, plus beach chairs & umbrella. The owner was a call/text away if we needed her. I can't wait to come back!!

Danica is awesome.to work with, she was very responsive and helpful. The condo was very updated, clean and everything was in great working order. The pool area was great and we were thankful one of the pools was heated and there were 2 hot tubs since we were there in late November. The resort is right on the beach so easy access to the ocean. Many stores and restaurants very close as well. We will definitely be back. Great accommodations and you couldn't find anyone any better to work with than Danica.

I would highly recommend renting this condo! It’s perfect for small children as my son loved the shark themed bunk room! The 2 master bedrooms and bathrooms are quite spacious. It’s even got a third bathroom perfect for the little ones. We were very comfortable. The amenities are perfect for families. My son had a blast in the lazy river, cave, heated pool, and obstacle course inside the pool. We loved the multiple hot tubs! It's super convenient to the beach. We will definitely be back!

We booked a last minute stay in condo B314. The condo was very nice and Danica was so pleasant to work with. My son absolutely loved the bunk room! The condo came with all the beach toys and floaties you need! We will definitely stay here again.

This condo was super cute, down to the last touch of having cute Tommy Hilfiger towels! Sometimes, when I stay in a condo, it seems dirty. This one... so clean and so cute; very well kept. My sleep number bed was amazing! And it had softsoap pumps at every sink!! (The small things that matter!!) But the BEST thing about our experience was the amazing communication with the Danica, the manager. She was available at all hours, ALL the time. I just had to shoot her a text. I have never been able to directly communicate with the owner/manager like that. I checked in last minute and she was amazing! Highly recommend this condo!!❤️

Waterscape has everything you could want or need and Danica makes it even better!!! Multiple pools to choose from, lazy river, beautiful beach views, tropical landscapes with waterfalls is everything you could want for a beach vacation and all you have to do is walk out the door to those things. Danica thinks of everything and other than your beach towel and swimsuit there is no need to pack anything else. Can't wait to book our next trip back here!

Waterscape was a perfect resort for our large family of seven. Our kids- varying in age from 13 to 5- all had so much fun and had lots to do. The Lazy River was a family favorite, and we spent hours on the tubes and swimming. The heated pool was also a surprise bonus for early morning and late night swims. Definitely family friendly, and we felt comfortable enough letting our older kids come and go to the condo together, especially because our balcony (B314) was right by the pools. Danica is a great resource and manager--we had no problems at all with our unit and always knew she was a text away with helpful information. We hope to be back soon (after we recover and forget the smells from our 13 hour car trip).

With three kids (ages 2, 5 & 8) this was the perfect place for us. The different pools and access to the beach were perfect. Danica really cares about her properties and her guests. You can't go wrong with this place.

Waterscape never disappoints! So much for the whole family to enjoy. Our condo, B314, was clean, well-stocked, and had beach music playing on the iPod when we got there. The beds are the most comfortable and the view of the pool was AMAZING. We will be back, and will certainly rent from Rentwaterscape.com AGAIN!

Everything at our stay at Waterscape was amazing! Danica is so helpful, organized, prompt, and super sweet! This has by far been the best vacation my family and I have taken together. Danica makes everything super easy and stress free. Her condo B314 was stoked with everything we needed plus more. She provides a pack n play and a high hair, which made vacationing so much easier for this mama! Her kitchen is fully stoked with any and all utensils you could possibly need. The view from the balcony is nothing less than gorgeous. We had a perfect view of all pools, and even a great glimpse of the beach. I loved this because I was able to watch my three old and husband spend one on one time together at the pool, while I wa sin the condo with my one year old while she was napping. These condos are also SOOOO spacious. There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the condo itself. Danica is the best owner I have ever dealt with, and we will be back very soon.

This was our first, far away trip (16 hours) with our three kiddos (2, 5 & 8). I wasn’t sure what to expect but was super excited about the family-friendly atmosphere. Danica and Room B314 did not disappoint! Danica answered all my crazy questions and made sure our stay was amazing! Love her personal grocery shoppers, fully stocked condos & really everything about Waterscape...Variety of pool options were awesome, Restaurants within walking distance was great and to have a gorgeous white sandy beach incredibly close was even better! It was a fantastic experience where my kids made incredible memories all week to last a lifetime!! We will definitely be back!!

We had the fortune of being an extended stay in Unit B314. This unit was immaculate. It had everything we needed and more. Everything was very well decorated and VERY Organized. From the moment we arrived we felt loved and cared for! Danica took great care of us and was immediate in action if we ever needed anything. This was our second time to rent from Danica and it was wonderful. My family and I love Destin and Waterscape Resort. Danica adds a lot of personal touches that we never expected. The condos are beautiful and spacious, the resort is immaculate. There's so much to do on the property that you don't have to spend all the vacation time driving around looking for activities. The beach is absolutely the cleanest beach I've ever been on and that means a lot to me. We already consider Danica our "go- to" beach vacation lady. Destin is our new beach vacation because of the clean family atmosphere.  We already can't wait until next year!

Our family stayed in B314 over fall break. We had a great experience! It was perfect for our family of five plus a grandmother. We had a beautiful view of the pool and could see the ocean, also. The unit was very clean and the sleep number bed was amazing for our backs after playing with three little ones all day. This unit was very convenient to the parking garage and trash chute (always a plus with kids). The main doors to the patio are tinted, so it drastically reduces the glare of the sun. It was also QUIET and seems sound proofed for when our kids needed to rest and sleep. There's also access to the patio from both bedrooms. Overall, experience was excellent and our kids are already begging to come back!!

We had a wonderful trip staying in B314! At the last minute hurricane Sally messed up our normally scheduled vacation to Orange Beach. I saw Danica’s post on Facebook where she was helping people out by matching their rates and offering what dates she still had available. She saved the day! We had a great time and the kids loved all of the pool activities! This was our first time at Fort Walton Beach and is our new favorite!

We stayed at this property over July 4 and it was GREAT.  The unit was clean and well stocked.  The location in the resort was easy to get to.  The view overlooking the pools was fun and the sounds very relaxing.  This resort:  ANOTHER LEVEL!  Amazing.  There is so much to do!!!  The beach chairs provided were extra nice.  We will definitely return here in the future.  Fabulous family vacation!!

From start to finish, this trip was what you want in a beach vacation. We have 3 children so it was not easy to find a spot quite like Waterscape that was so accommodating to the little ones. Plenty to keep the family entertained. It's very easy to get to the pool and the beach, and the sand is just perfect! Lots to do nearby too! That speaks to the location. But as for Danica, she is absolutely somebody you want to work with. Very prompt with her responses, knowledgeable of the surroundings, and takes great care of her properties. Would highly recommend her and Waterscape!

We just spent a week at Waterscape. Danica’s place was so clean and so comfy for our family of 7! She even made our kids personalized sand buckets! We had everything we needed to just play all week at the pools and beach. We will definitely be back!
